Pendidikan di Indonesia sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi, semakin banyaknya pengguna handphone namun kebanyakan mereka tidak memanfaatkannya secara maksimal. Dalam menunjang pendidikan di Indonesia yang berbasis teknologi, pemerintah memberikan fasilitas akun belajar.id yang diberikan kepada pengajar dan pelajar di Indonesia untuk mengakses beberapa aplikasi dengan fitur lengkap. Salah satunya Canva for education yang yang memiliki akses layaknya menggunakan Canva Pro dimana jika diakses menggunakan akun belajar pengguna tidak perlu berlangganan atau membayarnya setiap bulan. Namun, dalam pemanfaatannya yang tidak maksimal oleh siswa bahkan banyak yang tidak mengetahui jika memiliki akun belajar tersebut. Tim penugasan juga mengunjungi perpustakaan dan masih kurangnya hiasan sebagai salahsatu daya tarik pengunjung. Melalui program kampus mengajar Angkatan 6 ini, kami mncoba memanfaatkan akun belajar.id tersebut untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa melalui pelatihan Canva bagi siswa OSIS di SMP PGRI 2 Somagede. Pada pelatihan ini difokuskan pada pembuatan poster media literasi di perpustakaan karena masih minimnya media literasi terutama di perpustakaan. Akan tetapi masih terdapat kendala pada saat pelaksanaan yaitu jaringan yang kurang baik yang mengharuskan menggunakan data seluler atau hostpot seluler untuk mendapatkan jaringan yang stabil di dalam ruang kelas. Beberapa tujuan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu, memanfaatkan akun belajar.id, meningkatkan keterampilan dan kreativitas siswa dalam bidang desain, serta meningkatkan literasi siswa dengan pembuatan poster literasi. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan pada pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan praktek langsung oleh siswa menggunakan handphone masing-masing. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini siswa dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi Canva dengan baik, mengetahui salah satu manfaat akun belajar, dan meningkatkan keterampilan dalam bidang desain. Siswa sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan hingga selesai dan mengharapkan kegiatan selanjutnya dalam bidang teknologi terutama desain yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil karya poster yang digunakan sebagai media literasi di perpustakaan sekolah dan desain poster di kelas ataupun feed Instagram kelas masing-masing.

ABSTRAK Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan Kepala KB Bina Anak Sholih dimana adanya kerjasama yang solid antara pendidik dan juga walimurid serta prestasi yang ada di lembaga tersebut, dapat menjali kerjasama dnegan pihak luar dalam mendukung program pembelajaran yang ada serta dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT sebagai strategi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan kenyamanan, kedisipilinan, dan tanggung jawab dengan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengukur sejauh mana perkembangan yang dimiliki serta rencana apa yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya. Qualitative research is research that uses natural background by interpreting the existing phenomenons and by using various possible methods. Suatu wilayah akan mengalami perkembangan yang akan membawa perubahan penampakan secara fisik. Perkembangan fisik tersebut merupakan perkembangan lahan yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor alam maupun manusia. Pentingnya klasifikasi penginderaan jauh di kabupaten Banyumas sangat diperlukan karena ditinjau dari segi jumlah penduduk yang mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Di kabupaten Banyumas. Jumlah penduduk mencapai 1.0650.625 jiwa yang terdiri atas 824.717 jiwa penduduk laki-laki dan 825.908 jiwa penduduk perempuan dimana pertumbuhan penduduk di Kabupaten Banyumas mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0.90 persen dari tahun 2015. Untuk mengetahui luas lahan dari peningkatan jumlah penduduk di kabupaten Banyumas maka tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah melakukan klasifikasi tutupan lahan di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi dengan citra landsat 8 yang diperoleh dari situs United States Geological Survey (USGS) dengan menggunakan 5 kelas yaitu Perairan (sungai), lahan sawa/padi, lahan basah, Jalan, dan Pohon. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Universitas Amikom Purwokerto ini diikuti oleh beberapa peserta dari Kabupaten Banyumas. Pengabdian ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan keahlian mengenai perencanaan tutupan lahan yang mana sangat penting untuk kelestarian alam dan keberlangsungan hidup manusia.

The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Central Java folklore as a strengthening of character building on Indonesian learning. This research is a case study which belongs to qualitative research and uses document as the data analysis. The object of this research is Central Java folklore, classroom observation result, lesson plan and syllabus of VII grade second semester, and the interview script of teacher and student. The technique of subject taking used is purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data is observation, interview, and document analysis. The validity test is using method triangulation and source triangulation. The data analysis technique is interactive analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display, and building meaning and interpretation.The researcher found that, first, the intrinsic element of Central Javafolklore was encouraged by the characters in each story. Second, the value of character building on Central Javafolklore that existed in the characters. Third, the use of Central Javafolklore in Indonesian learning begins with planning in the form of lesson plan development based on the syllabus that has been prepared by the government. The planning, the implementation of learning begins from preparing the physical and psychological learners by providing stimulus in the form of motivation.
The training of the village medium-term plan (RPJMK) in the Oridek district of Biak Numfor Regency was conducted to 1) improve the knowledge and understanding of Arapatur District/Village in the middle term plan village (RPJMK) in the Oridek district of Biak Numfor Regency, which complies with prevailing regulations, and 2) the creation and consistency between the planning, budgeting, implementation, and supervision of government programs from the district level to the village. This training was held at Anggaduber village of the Oridek district of Biak Numfor Regency. The results of the training showed that from the results of the Pree test, it was found that of the 20 participants who attended the training, 45.14 percent of participants did not understand the concepts and rules related to the planning of village development. The remainder, as many as 54.86 percent, has been aware of the concepts and rules relating to the planning of village development. As for the results of the post-test, it was found that from 48 participants who attended this training, 20.49 percent of participants did not understand the concepts and rules relating to the planning of village development. The remainder, as many as 79.51 percent, has been aware of the concepts and rules relating to the planning of village development. In the development planning in Anggaduber village, there has been a well-run, were in the preparation of the existing RPJMK village government has coordinated with the Ditrict and BPMK Biak Numfor Regency in looking at the direction and target of village development in supporting development in the Oridek District, Biak Numfor Regency, Papua Province, and state development.

Teknik pengolaan data dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh disajikan secara kualitatif kemudian akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis diskriptif. Dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil bahwa Kebijakan kriminal dalam penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana yang melanggar ketentuan SNI wajib dimulai dari tingkat pembentukan undang-undang oleh lembaga legislatif, Di tingkat penyidikan dan penuntutan yang dilaksanakan oleh PPNS, Penyidik Polri, dan Penuntut Umum pada Kejaksaan RI sebagai kekuasaan pemerintahan negara (eksekutif), kebijakan kriminal dalam penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana yang melanggar ketentuan SNI wajib tidak ada kebijakan khusus. Kebijakan kriminal kekuasaan kehakiman yang dijalankan oleh Mahkamah Agung RI dan badan peradilan di bawahnya, tercermin dari putusan hukum terhadap tindak pidana yang melanggar ketentuan SNI wajib dapat dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga) aspek yaitu penjalanan fungsi ultimum remedium hukum pidana, penerapan pembuktian secara materiil atas barang dan/atau jasa yang diberlakukan SNI wajib dan penjatuhan pidana yang optimal.
The main purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the implementation of activities financed by the Special Autonomy Fund whether it is in accordance with existing rules/guidelines, whether it is seen from the routine activities, the funds used in each activity, the leverage of the implementation of activity towards the achievement the vision and mission of the regional head, the involvement of the Papuans in the activities, and the influence of the implementation of the activities towards solving the problems of the Local people. Methods used include: Quantitative descriptive statistics in the form of concentration measures, and crosstab analysis. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that: 1) During the period of 2008-2014 the implementation of programs/activities classified routinely carried out all almost been implemented with reference to the rules / guidelines of the implementation of Special Autonomy in Papua Province; 2) Development Programs /Activities implemented through the use of Special Autonomy funds, indicating the amount of activities that use substantial amount of funds and the implementation is in accordance with the rules/guidelines of the implementation of Special Autonomy in Papua Province; 3) Implementation of development activities using Special Autonomy funds in Jayapura City has been able to play a role in improving the achievement of vision and mission of regional head, whose implementation has been in accordance with existing rules/guidelines; 4) The results of this study indicate that many programs/activities involving the implementation of many Orang Asli Papua, whose implementation has been in accordance with existing rules/guidelines; 5) Implementation of Special Autonomy policy in Papua Province is expected to solve the problems faced by Orang Asli Papua. The results of this study indicate that most of the activities undertaken by the Jayapura City Government using Special Autonomy funds have had an impact/change in alleviating the problems/problems faced by Local People, whose implementation has been in accordance with existing rules/guidelines.

While only a small percentage of respondents stated that programs / activities undertaken by the local government have not been beneficial to the improvement to the community economy in Jayapura City.
