Purpose Big data analytics capability is the new source of competitive advantage. This is very axiomatic and it is also known that this capability covers the domain of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics. Apart from the capability of managing data coming with high velocity, huge volume, and high variety the capability to analyze data with the same or more speed is a not only a hygiene factor but a compulsion for any organization. Ease of use of data visualizing tools which help in describing the data is driving the consumption of visualization tools and Tableau has taken a clear lead, and is witnessing mass adoption. The paper is a detailed account of creating a interactive visualization of heath care infrastructure data using Tableau Publix as a business intelligence tool. Methods: The Visualization is done on data taken from Open Government Data (OGD) Platform India. The paper is a demonstration of the use of visualization for exploration of data, generation of relevant questions and thereafter finding the right answers. Result: The papers explores the data and does the following through visualization 1. Maps the geography (Indian states) with total number of patients) 2. Maps the state name with segregated number of patients suffering from acute and chronic disease. 3. Maps the state name with segregated number of patients suffering from chronic disease. 4. Maps the state name with segregated number of patients suffering from acute disease. 5. Builds all the above in an interactive dashboard.

Department of Chemistry, Government Post-Graduate College, Chum-831 001 (Rajasthan) Manuscript received 24 March 1980, accepted 7 August 1980 The reaction of 4-amino-5-mercapto-3-substituted-s-triazoles(I) with ehloranil and α-haloketones furnished 3, 10 -disubstituted-6, 13-dichloro, bis(s-triazolo[3,4 : 2'3'] [1,3,41 thiadiazino[5',6'-b : 5',6'-e]) cyclohexa-1,4-diene(II) and 7H-3,6-disubstituted-s-­triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazoles(III) respectively. Similarly reaction of I with aromatic carboxylic acids and oxalic acid in presence of phosphorous oxychioride gave s-triazolo [3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazoles(IV) and 6,6'-bis(3,6-diphenyl-s-triazolo 13,4-b][1,3,41 thiadiazoles(V) respectively, whereas with α-chloroacetic acid afforded 7H-3-phenyl-s- triazolo thiadiazin 6(5H)-one(VI). Some of the compounds were screened for their antitumor activity.

Given the limited economic opportunities in rural Nepal, the desire of young men of all income and education levels, castes and ethnicities to migrate has never been higher. Crossing the Border to India provides an ethnography of male labor migration from the western hills of Nepal to Indian cities. Jeevan Sharma shows how a migrant s livelihood and gender, as well as structural violence impacts his perceptions, experiences, and aspirations.Based on long-term fieldwork, Sharma captures the actual experiences of crossing the border. He shows that Nepali migration to India does not just allow young men from poorer backgrounds to save there and eat here, but also offers a strategy to escape the more regimented social order of the village. Additionally, migrants may benefit from the opportunities offered by the open-border between India and Nepal to attain independence and experience a distant world. However, Nepali migrants are subjected to high levels of ill treatment. Thus, while the idea of freedom remains extremely important in Nepali men s migration decisions, their actual experience is often met with unfreedom and suffering

Sustainable development has garnered the attention of the global community when United Nations created Brundtland Commission in 1983 to suggest various ways to save the human environment and natural resources and promote economic and social development. Sustainable development is a way of organizing that an organization can function in the long term. United Nation's sustainable development goals provide a framework to translate these into solutions through responsible business and investment by incorporating the ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into strategies, policies and procedures, and establishing a culture of integrity which are expected to bring out transformative change and create enabling environment for doing business globally.
