The main purpose of my article is to analyze political ideology as a set of philosophical, social, political, psychological ideas specific to an era or a social group. In this sense, ideology is imposed by authority, by indoctrination (instruction), by a mentality of individuals and implicitly enters into the daily life of people (family, work, society, nation, etc.). According to my main hypothesis, the general theory of ideology is specified for the vast interdisciplinary "field" of political and sociological sciences: psychological cognition and interaction, the various psychoanalytic origins of its functioning, cultural processes and practices, and political discourse, in that they characterize political groups (such as political parties, political leaders, identifications, social movements, intergroup and international relations, etc.). According to several studies analyzed in the article, the main personality traits have a significant impact on the behaviors, attitudes, psychoanalytic identifications, political ideas (electoral choices, preference for the given ideology, attraction to the particular political leader, etc.) of individuals in society. ; Le but principal de mon article est d'analyser l'idéologie politique comme un ensemble des idées philosophiques, sociales, politiques, psychologiques propres à une époque ou à un groupe social. The results obtained in my theoretical and empirical research confirm the need for the application of negotiations in these activity in the era of digitalization.

The main objective of my research is to analyze Mikhail Bulgakov novel 'The Master and Marguerita' which is very complex and at the same time a story of sacrificial love, religious interpretation, symbolic and moral, criticism of the totalitarian Stalinist political regime, burlesque comedy about the social life of the time and also of fantasy tale. According to my hypothesis, the purpose of Bulgakov's thinking in this novel is to place sacrificial passionate love at the centre of the conflict between good and evil. It should be noted that this novel is best considered one of the major masterpieces of Russian literature of the 20th century. The interaction of two worlds is the centre of the novel: whose action takes place in Moscow in the Stalinist era, alternates with a rewrite of the Passion, including the Roman Procurator Pontius Pilate and ancient Jerusalem. Another original element is the central scene of the book which is set in a Moscow theatre where the Devil (named Woland) clique performs a grandiose session of black magic in front of a delirious Moscow crowd. In conclusion, different readings of the work can be made: a novel of humour, philosophical and socio-political allegory, satire of the Soviet system, and the vanity of modern life in general.

International audience The current concern, in the number of local or international conflicts, where there are problems of reconciliation, collective identity, political, security, economic and environmental interdependencies is in favour of a closer look at these issues, which can only encourage such international negotiations. International negotiation is a complex and specific decision-making process in which people tend to find a common agreement instead of acting unilaterally. A privileged tool of exchange between people, of the adjustment of their points of view, of the coexistence of their social identities and of the resolution of their conflicts, international negotiation is one of the most fundamental springs of life. Moreover, international negotiation of all types (diplomatic, political, commercial, cultural, economic, and environmental) is affected by cultural phenomena: the differences in goals and objectives that separate negotiators are added here, a cultural difference, which can make them difficult and opaque. Culture greatly influences the process, communication, cognition, motivation and actions of the protagonists. Knowledge of the cultural peculiarities of the opposing party could have a positive effect on the perception of the country and on the communication of negotiators and the search for solutions, on the other hand, its ignorance or negligence can lead to complications, risks of disagreements or interruptions of negotiation, etc. Moreover, the international negotiator is in a position of the interface of two relations that with his own country and that with the opposing party. His dilemma here, caught between conflicting objectives, is to defend the positions of his own country, his own interests and reach an agreement with the opposing party. During long or short discussions at the negotiating table, he must propose new solutions, try to change expectations, adapt strategies, styles and tactics and, at the same time, exchange ideas with his adversary to reach a mutually acceptable ...
