This research is to find out the process of implementing a fiduciary guarantee agreement and to know the legal consequences of a fiduciary guarantee agreement when FIF Astra is not registered. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that in terms of its implementation and the contents of FIF Astra's financing agreement, it has fulfilled the provisions of legislation, especially the Civil Code. This is intended to provide legal certainty for the parties, both for fiduciary providers and for fiduciary recipients so that they can provide legal protection to creditors (fiduciary recipients) and other third parties. Regarding to the consequences of fiduciary guarantee law which is not registered according to Law Number 42 of 1999 that fiduciary guarantees must be made with a Notary Deed and registered with the Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, in order to have execution power, in addition, creditors will obtain preferential rights. If the fiduciary guarantee is not made under the hand and is not registered in accordance with the provisions of the legislation, it does not have the execution power, and the right of preferential rights and can be nullified and voided by law.Keywords: Implementation of the agreement, Fiduciary Guarantee

Індонезія є однією з країн з найбільшою кількістю користувачів Інтернету у світі. З розвитком Інтернет-світу людина окрім реального життя включається в кіберспільноту. Соціальні мережі стали необхідністю для сучасного суспільства. Однією з найбільш популярних є Facebook, який надає переваги комунікаційного майбутнього. Facebook містить багато спільнот чи асоціацій, однією з яких є асоціація Рольових гравців (Roleplayers). У Рольовій грі гравці грають ролі уявних або реальних персонажів, спільно створюючи історію.
Метою цього дослідження є з'ясування того, яким чином юридично захищений рольовий гравець, який став жертвою злочину в соціальній мережі Facebook.
Наукова новизна полягає в аналізі законодавчої політики щодо захисту жертв кібербулінгу на основі використання результатів емпіричного дослідження.
Емпіричне дослідження проведене з використанням якісних методів. Застосовано цілеспрямовану техніку вибірки, зосереджену на дослідженні рольового гравця (Roleplayer) у соціальній мережі Facebook.
Висновки. Виходячи з цього дослідження, рольовий гравець (Roleplayer), фанатично ставлячись до певної персони, ідолізує її, створює обліковий запис у соціальній мережі Facebook, ідентифікуючи себе з особою бажаного ідола, після чого взаємодіє та розігрує ролі з іншими рольовими гравцями. Таким чином, рольові ігри є фанатичною діяльністю для своїх кумирів. Розвиток і легкість рольових ігор у Facebook може мати негативні наслідки, одним із яких є поява злочинів, які можуть завдати шкоди іншим гравцям. Злочини, які поширені в рольовій грі, включають: кіберзалякування, словесні сексуальні домагання та шахрайство. Формою правового захисту рольових гравців, які стали жертвами злочинів у соціальних мережах Facebook, є ув'язнення та штрафи для винних.
Положення, що стосуються кібербулінгу, регулюються п. (3) ст. 27 і ст. 45 Закону № 19 від 2016 р., словесні сексуальні домагання в соціальних мережах регулюються п. (1) і (2) ст. 14 Закону № 12 від 2022 р., і шахрайство – п. (1) ст. 28 і п. (2) ст. 45 Закону № 19 від 2016 р., ст. 378 Кримінального кодексу Індонезії.
Однак перешкоди протидії злочинам у цій рольовій грі полягають в анонімності, яка є головною вимогою гри, адже жертва та злочинець не використовують свою справжню особу. Дослідженням робиться акцент на тому, що відсутня спеціальна політики, яка б регулювала безпеку у світі рольових ігор.

Many people want to improve the governance of forest areas, yet what is considered good governance is not necessarily self-evident or agreed upon by everyone. This study demonstrates the diversity of views held by communities and government officials in Malinau, Indonesian Borneo about what they consider to be good governance. Each group described how they thought decisions about forests should be made, including how to represent interests, allocate land rights, distribute cash benefits from forests, share information and manage forests. Striking differences of opinion among villagers and officials suggest the need for more dialog and discussion about how to coordinate decision-making in Malinau. The results suggest a more general conclusion that defining "good governance" requires an understanding of local contexts and the participation of different groups in determining jointly held principles.
