This research paper aims at identifying the current issues of Malaysian Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to globalize to enter into new market, identifying companies' internal and external barriers, identifying gaps of effective global strategy etc. The seriousness of the study will affix the current knowledge of business situation of effective globalization strategy to progress Malaysian SMEs. Earlier there is a study that has been placed that organizes Malaysia SMEs challenges across discipline for a better perspective to unleash SMEs potentials. In particular, benefaction of the SMEs will be creating employment possibility and providing constant economic development in both ways, enlarging entrepreneurial foundation and expanding human capital. With the implementation of the New Economic Policy (NEP) in 1971 which aimed to improve people's welfare and restructure ethnic, economic imbalances, this step has been shown the importance of SMEs in Malaysia which can be traced back to the early 1970s. The commitment of Malaysian Governments to develop SMEs was further strengthened by the implementation of the Malaysia Industrial Master Plan, particularly the Industrial Master Plan 2 or IMP2 from 2000 to 2005 which was followed by the IMP3 spanning 2006 to 2020. Among other policies, this plan coincides with the country's vision to be a developed nation by 2020 (MITI, 2005). In this research paper there shall be a significant study on identifying the barriers to globalize and extend the borders for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). If one asks today whether Yemen can be extended by railway lines, it is natural to answer that the geographical nature of Yemen does not allow the extension of the railway line. It is surprising that the Ottoman Empire decided more than 100 years ago to complete this project, but the fall of the empire deprived Yemenis of this Great achievement. Under the title of establishing a modern network of railways for metals, goods and passengers, in recent years, practical steps have been taken to establish a railway network in Yemen and linking it to an international network of economic feasibility studies, but the railway project in Yemen is still just studies prepared by several companies. In 2013 there were talks between the Yemeni government and Russia, the outcome of the Yemeni-Russian talks committee was for the planning of the establishment of a local company in Yemen specializing in railways Under the supervision of the Russian leadership, a project that is the first of its kind as it aims to build an infrastructure. In this research paper the author attempt to use quantitative and qualitative research method, plan and execute fieldwork, collecting data from Competent ministerial bodies, ministry of transportation, Visit the specified area of the project) mineral wealth areas, coastal areas) etc. in Yemen, during fieldwork. Compile preliminary maps of the first alternative - Shahn / Aden and the second alternative - Muscat / Salalah / Sarfeet / Algheiza / Aden. During fieldwork and data collection, the author will visit ministry of transportation to meet the representative to get the requested data of the Proposed railway project along with Yemen land transportation affairs authority, then the author will visit designated area of the proposed project to meet the local authorities of each area to collect the data and discussing the main causes of the project's failure and delay along with that inspecting the security and services of the project's designated area, although the government has conducted several studies on this project. After that the author will visit a the Minister of Transportation or a senior figure from the ministry for an interview to discuss the main challenges and constraints that causes the failure of the project and the delay to support the study, finally the author will visit Ministry of Public works and roads to collect preliminary maps of the International Coastal Railway (from Haradh to Shahn) and the economic feasibility study of the railway linking the mineral wealth areas (Al-Jouf and Marib Shabwa Balahaf). After analysing data and identifying findings that led to the projects failure, the author found three main challenges at present to build the railway project in Yemen are the absence of government economy, security and political stability.

Key results of this research are that the study proposed seven hypothesis against all seven macroeconomic variables (Real Growth, Price Inflation, Government Consumption, Private Consumption, Investment, Export and Import) of Exchange Rate and results indicated there are a positive relationship and strong association of short-term and long-term between Exchange Rate and its Macroeconomic variables providing satisfactory results as all research objectives were met and research questions were answered. A research philosophy was derived from the results that Exchange Rate Variability will continuously and indefinitely will occur and Price Inflation of a Nation will determine its fluctuations.

This study focuses on the relationship between psychological capital structure, psychological capital and related factors of Shenzhen Supply Chain enterprises employees. Shenzhen Supply Chain enterprises stand in the front line of China's developed regions, which is the vane of the local economy. The acquisition and maintenance of their competitive advantages is a subject that corporate managers, academic researchers who care about corporate management and even government departments should be faced. People have to pay attention to the positive and developmental psychological elements that employees exhibit in the working environment, growth and development process. This psychological factor has input-output characteristics, which is conducive to the improvement of individual work performance and meets the Psychological Resources criteria for active organizational behavior. Thereby helping companies gain new competitive advantages. On the basis of literature research, this study collected 1768 psychological capital initial response items from 392 technicians in Shenzhen Province through personal interviews, group interviews and questionnaires. Concluded 35 initial psychological capitals from behavioral events. In terms of Entries, 92 initial capital entries were obtained through content analysis. A psychological capital pre-test questionnaire was compiled, and 254 valid responses for Shenzhen Supply Chain employees were collected. On this basis, researchers used strict item screening procedures and project analysis methods, EFA, CFA and other quantitative means, innovatively obtained the high-level structure of five-dimensional psychological capital which is Hope, Optimism, Resilience, Authenticity and Forgiveness of the employees in Shenzhen Supply Chain enterprises. After using correlation analysis, regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and other statistical methods, and using triangulating Excel, SPSS, AMOS and other statistical tools, researchers focus on the analysis and verification of the research models and related hypotheses proposed in this study. Innovatively analyzed the multiple mediating role of psychological capital in organizational support and emotional commitment, work input, and job performance, and provides important research conclusions for academic circles and management practices. Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusions of this study, and explains the limitations and shortcomings in the research, as well as the prospects of subsequent research.

The perception of halal is a serious concern for all Muslims worldwide. The majority of the population in Bangladesh are Muslims. Restaurants providing halal food are important as the religion advocates that Islamic principles and beliefs must be practised in all transactions. A sample of 317 Generation Z (Gen Z) respondents was selected from 10 halal restaurants in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Gen Z comprises anyone born between 1996 and 2010 who are usually tech‐savvy. Which factors motivate customers from this young generation to revisit halal restaurants? To answer this question, the study examined the direct impact of service quality, physical environment, and price perception on their revisit intention, and tested the indirect effects of these three factors based on customer satisfaction, using Smart PLS 3.0 to test the research hypotheses. The findings confirmed a positive and significant relationship between service quality, physical environment, and price perception with revisit intention. The analysis also confirmed that customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between physical environment and price perception with customer revisit intention. However, the study did not establish any relationship in the mediation role of customer satisfaction with service quality and customer revisit intention. This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by highlighting the importance of each factor in the hotel and hospitality sector. Its application in the hospitality business and implications for future research are also discussed.
