Political and career officials have a different character but is a unity in the government who should be able to synergize with each other. However, in line with the reform of the bureaucracy, the politicization of the bureaucracy have made a messy political position in the pattern of relationships and careers in the bureaucracy. This study sought to answer the question how to reform the bureaucracy to the relationship between political officials and career officials in the Environment Government of Riau Province, any problems that exist / arise, and how to organize the pattern of the relationship between political and career positions in the bureaucracy that occurred in Riau Provincial Government Environment.
Tracer Study is also useful in providing important information about the relationship between tertiary institutions and the professional work world, assessing the relevance of tertiary education, information for stakeholders, and completeness of requirements for tertiary accreditation. This study had two orientations, namely: (a) as a tracer study as the information from alumni would be used as input to improve the learning process and increase the relevance of graduate competencies to the job market needs; (b) as an application of a descriptive research approach in which the results of data tracking information from alumni were analyzed and described in tables and diagrams. This study resulted in interesting findings. First, accounting department of Universitas Islam Negeri Suska was a favorite major in accordance with the primary choice of the alumni when studying in college. Second, most of the alumni wanted to work in government, but in reality, most of them worked as private employees. Third, most of the alumni worked in accordance with the field studied and the majors taken during education. Fourth, alumni had the ability which is not less competitive compared to alumni from other tertiary institutions. Fifth, increased time of practical work in companies/government agencies was given to able to improve the experience needed in the job market. Sixth, there were several competencies that need to be improved, namely teaching and learning process, which include English language skills, computer skills and specific practice majors. Consumptive behavior today is a phenomenon that is prevalent in many societies. No exception career woman to do the job requires a supporting infrastructure. But in fulfilling these needs are often trapped in Consumptive behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of educational level and income level of the Consumptive behavior of career women in the Provincial Government of Riau. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. To determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable partially used t test, whereas to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable simultaneously used F test research population is all women career civil servant status and positions in the Riau Provincial Government amounted to 365 people. While the number of samples using Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 78 people. Data obtained using questionnaires, analyzed with regression at α = 0:05. The results showed that simultaneous two variables level of education and income levels significantly influence Consumptive behavior with α significance level of 0.002. And a variable level of education is partially no effect on Consumptive behavior with α significance level of 0.632, while the variable income levels partially significant effect on Consumptive behavior with α significance level of 0.005.
