Along with the flows of China's foreign direct investment following the newly implemented "One Belt, One Road" strategy by the Chinese government comes movement of state employees, entrepreneurs, workers and accompanying family members to respective countries along the Belt and Road. It is not clear how large the Chinese migration flows into these countries will be, who they will be comprised of, how the public reception of the host society will be and how well the migrants will be integrated in the destination country. Based on extant data and literature on current Chinese migration, this paper describes trends and patterns of recent Chinese migration in Africa and Asia, analyzes host country public perceptions on China, and investigates integration patterns of Chinese migrants. Given that the "One Belt, One Road" strategy was officially endorsed in 2015, it is still early to analyze its impacts on Chinese migration in the respective countries. Considering earlier Chinese overseas migration of the past decades, this paper presents potential migration and integration patterns one may expect following the Belt and Road initiative. (This article is in English).

Today, people are favouring screens than genuine communication with one another which is crucial during global crises. This issue is particularly relevant in higher education, where Generation Z is currently being educated, and the focus is on capturing their attention, trust, and engagement. This analysis takes a multifaceted approach to understanding the human factors involved in seeking and utilizing information, especially in an environment that is increasingly dominated by artificial intelligence. It examines information behavior in higher education and the impact of artificial intelligence on information search and knowledge processing.

This essay aims, first, to put forth two new forms of genocide documentaries: The Duel and the Quiet Interview (my terms). These forms emerged from two of the major non-Western catastrophes of twentieth-century Communism — the Cambodian autogenocide and the Chinese Maoist Revolution (respectively). In both the Duel and the Quiet Interview, the directors search for historical truth, which, in both societies, has been silenced, taboo-ized and censored for circa 40 years. Second, despite the obvious differences between their historical-traumatic-cultural contexts, and their addressees, I contend that both forms shed light on the failure of post-Holocaust Western paradigmatic literature – initiated most prominently by Felman and Laub (1992), Hilberg (1993), LaCapra (2001), Felman (2002) and Wieviorka (2006) - to recognize these non-Western catastrophes as an immanent part of the Age of Testimony. I further contend that both forms expand the ethical boundaries of trauma, trauma cinema studies and related fields of research. Finally, dealing with collaboration as an undertheorized subject position in the West, this essay calls for the constitution of collaboration studies alongside perpetrator studies.

The article aims to evaluate the influence of feelings that generate political identities, based on the figure of Manuel Belgrano. The discursive axis in which the correspondence and documents of Belgrano is investigated is given by the referential content of the terms "country" and "nation" that were transformed during the imperial crisis, during the crisis in Buenos Aires and even in full revolutionary war.At first, we analyzed the identity references in the colonial stage, a period in which Belgrano participated in the Spanish bureaucracy as secretary of the consulate and in which he was part of the urban militias in defense of Buenos Aires against the English invasions. In a second stage, the revolutionary stage from 1810, his role in the junta and as a diplomat in Paraguay and in the North. Stage in which the identity construction collides with the reality triggering a conflict of meanings that forces him to redefine his social and cultural belonging. Finally, the third stage of independence, the most widespread in his proclamations of freedom and independence when he replaced Pueyrredón in the Army of the North.
