HETEROGENEIDAD DE LAS LEYES AUTONÓMICAS.I. INTRODUCCIÓN: LEY AUTONÓMICA Y PRINCIPIO DE COMPETENCIA Tratar de la ley autonómica es adentrarse en una de las piezas claves de nuestro Estado autonómico. La Constitución sólo había previsto Asambleas Legislativas para las Comunidades que accedieran a la autonomía por la vía del art. 151, pero, una vez resuelta la opción constitucional mediante los Estatutos, que generalizaron la institución parlamentaria en todas las Comunidades Autónomas, hay legislación autonómica en todo el territorio español, con la excepción de las Ciudades Autónomas de Ceuta y Melilla. Si a esa generalización de la autonomía legislativa le añadimos el dato de que, por obra de los últimos pactos autonómicos y las correspondientes reformas de los Estatutos de Autonomía, el resto de las Comunidades han adquirido un ámbito y nivel de competencias equiparables a las que desde el principio tuvieron el País Vasco, Cataluña, Galicia y Andalucía, nos encontramos, pues, con un ordenamiento, el de nuestro Estado global, en el que la ley autonómica es instrumento normativo tan ordinario como la ley estatal y, además, posiblemente más numeroso. Diecisiete parlamentos territoriales legislando sobre un conjunto de materias extraordinariamente amplio producen y, sobre todo, producirán una ingente legislación.

In spite of the United States' recovery, most Caribbean nations are still struggling in the aftermath of the 2007–08 global financial crisis. This paper examines this slow growth recovery through the analysis of how the Caribbean's growth relates to that of key drivers of the global economy. The paper explores whether the region's links with some important global partners could be behind the sluggish post-crisis recovery. The paper analyzes the economic growth of Caribbean countries as a function of the growth in key global partners and of country-specific characteristics. The findings attribute an important role to the European Union and the United States in the outcomes for the region, especially in services-oriented economies. The findings show that when these nations grow, or when they are in an expansionary cycle, the Caribbean's growth responds positively but less than proportionally. Consequently, the slow recovery in the Caribbean region is attributed to the persistent sluggishness in the European Union and the fact that the U.S. recovery is still nascent and not quite robust.

The study communities have faced a phase of establishment and rating of the productive space. They have privileged the construction of the life space and motor the communitarian organization as of the expression of its interests. They have redefined the productive system, and established a strategy based on the transition to the organic coffee and the productive diversification. They make commercialization processes combining the coffee export in shared in common markets, with the traditional commercialization to the regional market and in spaces of proximity. They are experiencing important changes in the relations of sort and the outstanding paper of the woman in the communitarian life. Still they have many challenges and deficiencies that to surpass in diverse social and productive aspects and lack immediate possibilities to cover the commitments with the debt acquired by the acquisition of land. Basic elements of these advances are the combined communitarian work with the management of external supports. Between the last cooperation of European Union it has been important but it has shown deficiencies. The action of the State to support these processes of agrarian change and micro regional development has been very poor. Still it is not generated excessive economic like maintaining by themselves, processes of accumulation of capital from its productive systems. ; Las comunidades de estudio han enfrentado una fase de asentamiento y habilitación del espacio productivo. Han privilegiado la construcción del espacio de vida y la organización comunitaria como motor de la expresión de sus intereses. Introducción: Durante la actual pandemia de COVID-19 múltiples complicaciones se han desarrollado posterior a la enfermedad, dentro de las cuales se encuentran las infecciones fúngicas, como la mucormicosis, que puede resultar directamente de la infección por COVID-19 y/o como efecto secundario de los fármacos utilizados en su tratamiento. La mucormicosis es una infección causada por un grupo de hongos llamados mucormycetes; a nivel rinocerebral se presenta con celulitis facial, cefalea, proptosis, movilización del diente afectado y secreción nasal.
Reporte de caso: Se presenta a un paciente femenino de 57 años con antecedente de neumonía grave por COVID-19 con posterior desarrollo de absceso periodontal que ameritó extracción del segundo molar superior derecho con posterior formación de fistula. Se toma TC de macizo facial donde se evidencia erosión ósea con pérdida de la morfología habitual y en pared anterior del seno maxilar derecho. Se realiza biopsia reportando tejido óseo con elementos micóticos (hifas aseptadas) morfológicamente compatibles con mucor sp. Se realizó tratamiento con anfotericina B y hemimaxilectomia derecha. Actualmente se encuentra en tratamiento con pozaconazol, y lavados quirúrgicos.
Conclusión: La enfermedad de COVID-19 es una enfermedad muy común actualmente a nivel mundial, por lo que es importante identificar y llevar un seguimiento de aquellas personas con factores de riesgo para desarrollar mucormicosis; el diagnóstico y un plan de tratamiento temprano es fundamental para evitar complicaciones, las cuales pueden originar un desenlace fatal.
