This paper also points out how the employer involved mobility and improvedpost-hire training. In spite of the diversity of positions offered (daily-paid, contractual andpermanent workers), recruitments are structured around common benchmarks, whichstandardize the profile wanted and make requirements higher, especially regarding thecreativity and the ability to ensure children's safety. Drawing on an employee labour survey, this article explores job-finding channels in the Spanish labour market and points out that social networks are the most important way of finding a job. It focuses on a comparison between an informal channel (relatives and close personal relationships) and a formal one (job advertisements), and demonstrates that these channels serve two specific segments in the labour market. The most important results concern workers' profiles: advertisements are highly selective because they tend to focus on tangible reference points (education level, prior work experience, age, sex), while social networks exclude people with poor connections in the labour market but might favour applicants without qualifications or experience.

"Ausgehend von einer Arbeitskräftebefragung untersucht dieser Beitrag Rekrutierungskanäle auf dem spanischen Arbeitsmarkt. Die Ergebnisse dieser Befragung zeigen, dass die meisten Arbeitnehmer durch soziale Netzwerke eine Stelle finden. Der Vergleich zwischen informellem Weg (verwandtschaftliche und enge persönliche Beziehungen) und formaler Arbeitssuche (Stellenanzeigen) ergibt, dass diese beiden Rekrutierungswege zwei spezifischen Segmenten des Arbeitsmarktes dienen. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse beziehen sich auf die Profile der Arbeitnehmer: Stellenanzeigen sind höchst selektiv, da sie sich meist auf konkrete Bezugspunkte konzentrieren (Bildungsniveau, Berufserfahrung, Alter, Geschlecht usw.). Soziale Netzwerke andererseits schließen diejenigen aus, die nur wenige Beziehungen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt haben, aber können Arbeitssuchende begünstigen, die keine berufliche Qualifikation oder Erfahrung haben." Cette étude porte sur les déterminants informationnels du processus d'accès à la formation professionnelle à la demande du salarié, à partir de l'enquête Defis (2015). Un modèle multivarié permet de traiter les biais de sélection au cours de la séquence des choix des salariés en matière de demande et de participation à une formation, et de rendre compte de formes de non-recours pour certaines catégories : seniors, salariés peu qualifiés, ouvriers et employés, salariés en contrats courts. Les informations diffusées lors d'entretiens professionnels ou par la hiérarchie, favoriseraient le sentiment de penser possible de se former et la demande effective de formation. La participation à une formation demandée serait conditionnée par le fait que l'information soit donnée par un interlocuteur impliqué dans la formation (hiérarchie, RH ou représentant du personnel).
