In 60 years, Computer aided design (CAD) has established itself as an indispensable tool and its use has spread to various fields, including dentistry.With its democratization in our practices and our prosthesis laboratories, it has become necessary to update the training of future practitioners to integrate it as well as possible into the curriculum.The objective of this work is to review the evolution of CAD in the general and dental field, then to propose the implementation of an educational tool allowing third year students to interact with a software of dental CAD. This tool consists of 3 explanatory videos guiding them in getting started with the DWOS software of Dental Wings as well as in the realization of two clasps of removable partial denture (RPD).Students then have the opportunity to test these emerging technologies but also to compare the CAD method and the conventional method concerning the modeling of RPD clasps. ; Depuis sa création il y a plus de 60 ans, la Conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) s'est imposée comme un outil indispensable et son utilisation s'est étendue à des domaines variés, y compris celui de la dentisterie. Avec sa démocratisation dans nos cabinets et nos laboratoires de prothèses, il est devenu nécessaire de mettre à jour la formation des futurs praticiens afin de l'intégrer au mieux au cursus. L'objectif de ce travail est de revenir sur l'évolution de la CAO dans le domaine général et dentaire, puis de proposer la mise en place d'un outil pédagogique permettant aux étudiants de troisième année de se familiariser avec un logiciel de CAO dentaire. Cet outil se compose de 3 vidéos explicatives les guidant dans la prise en main du logiciel DWOS de Dental Wings ainsi que dans la réalisation de deux crochets de prothèse amovible partielle à infrastructure métallique (PAPIM).Les étudiants auront alors la possibilité de tester ces technologies émergentes mais également de comparer la méthode de CAO et la méthode conventionnelle concernant le modelage des crochets de PAPIM.
