The article deals with the constitution of a «historical people» in the conference munity that underlie to the interpretations of works of art in the conference are examined, pointing out the relationship of both with two types of different communities. In turn, they also constituted the images of ideal community of nacionalsocialism in power. This coincidence shows a deep agreement of Heidegger with governing nacionalsocialism different from a mere adhesion to the party. In this way, it is shown the parallel of the question about the «new beginning» looked for by Heidegger starting from the Kehre and his political commitment for those years ; El artículo se ocupa de la constitución de un «pueblo histórico» en la conferencia El origen de la obra de arte, de Martin Heidegger.
We analyze Heidegger's Rectoral Address with the objective of understanding the sense of the term "German nation" in it. We sustain that Heidegger's treatment of this question is deeply related with his reading of the work of Ernst Junger, The Worker. Heidegger accepts in general lines Junger's diagnosis on the modern world, but he in fact differs from him in the sense that he attributes to the German nation in that situation. We analyze the meaning of the "spiritual mission" that Heidegger attributes to the German nation as a force able to contain the nihilistic unfolding of the will of power through the technique. We want to demonstrate that that attribution tries to grant a new meaning to the nation in the historical horizon transformed by the "death of God" announced by Nietzsche & that it explains the sense of the political position of Heidegger in 1933 & in the immediately later year. ; The article discusses the arguments put forward by Thomas Hobbes against the "foole" in his book Leviathan relating them with the dichotomy between Commonwealths by institution and Commonwealths by acquisition established by that same author. We hold that the refutation of the skeptic is a criticism of the political conception developed by Niccolò Machiavelli in The Prince and illustrated by the notion of virtù. Hobbesian arguments reveal the normative limits that Hobbes himself imposes on the realism usually attributed to his theory and his notion of the state seems to be prescriptive rather than descriptive. ; Fil: Rossi, Luis Alejandro. ; The article deals with the problematic perspectives of contemporary democracy diagnosed by Carlo Galli in a series of short works in the last Fve years. I will make a systematic exposition of his approach, focusing on the relationship between State, democracy and rights. Galli builds his historical narrative about democracy leaning on the ideas of Carl Schmitt. I want to point out that political realism characteristic of Schmitt's thought leads to a problematic relationship with pluralism. The modern State has its Archimedean point in the removal of pluralism, and the political space becomes homogeneous through the work of sovereignty. In the global age, however, the dislocation of modern political spaces exacerbates pluralism, deleting the old boundaries between the inside and the outside. However, in both approaches pluralism is only considered external to the notion of democracy, without being problematized, as the issue at hand to Galli is "the political" and its wane in the radical pluralism of the present world. ; Fil: Rossi, Luis Alejandro. ; In § 74 of Being and Time, Martin Heidegger makes a reference to the event of becoming people, understood as a community. The identification of the people with a popular community has an immediate political significance in the cultural context of the Weimar Republic. The claim for a popular community typical of the radical and anti-republican sectors echoes in Heidegger's work. This article attempts to show how traces of the social and political debate opposing community to society appear in being and Time. ; Fil: Rossi, Luis Alejandro. ; The paper examines affinities between Being and Time and The Concept of the Political regarding methodological issues, the reception of themes of the philosophy of existence and the conceptual and political importance of the concept of "community" in both works. It considers the methodological function that the idea of death fulfills in both theories, pointing out that both lead to a practical atheism. The paper seeks to find a common ground for both works that reveals the ethics shared by them. Both Heidegger and Schmitt develop a vision of politics as a community, which is only referred to in the texts through the images of the comradeship of the soldiers and the nationalist fusion of the celebrations by the beginning of the First World War. Seriousness, risk and heroism appear as the most salient collective features of a union that presents itself as "destiny" The study of Heidegger's thinking from the perspective provided by the concepts of Schmitt's text allows us to understand the political aspects of the philosopher's thought before his commitment to National Socialism and allows us to appreciate the strong nationalist imprint underlying some of his ontological formulations. ; Fil: Rossi, Luis Alejandro.
