Au lendemain du génocide commis contre les Tutsi au Rwanda entre avril et juillet 1994, l'ONU crée un tribunal pénal international pour le Rwanda (TPIR). Background: Alongside the COVID-19 pandemic, government authorities around the world have had to face a growing infodemic capable of causing serious damages to public health and economy. In this context, the use of infoveillance tools has become a primary necessity. Objective: The aim of this study is to test the reliability of a widely used infoveillance tool which is Google Trends. In particular, the paper focuses on the analysis of relative search volumes (RSVs) quantifying their dependence on the day they are collected. Methods: RSVs of the query coronavirus + covid during February 1—December 4, 2020 (period 1), and February 20—May 18, 2020 (period 2), were collected daily by Google Trends from December 8 to 27, 2020. The survey covered Italian regions and cities, and countries and cities worldwide. The search category was set to all categories. Each dataset was analyzed to observe any dependencies of RSVs from the day they were gathered. To do this, by calling [Formula: see text] the country, region, or city under investigation and j the day its RSV was collected, a Gaussian distribution [Formula: see text] was used to represent the trend of daily variations of [Formula: see text]. When a missing value was revealed (anomaly), the affected country, region or city was excluded from the analysis. When the anomalies exceeded 20% of the sample size, the whole sample was excluded from the statistical analysis. Pearson and Spearman correlations between RSVs and the number of COVID-19 cases were calculated day by day thus to highlight any variations related to the day RSVs were collected. Welch's t-test was used to assess the statistical significance of the differences between the average RSVs of the various countries, regions, or cities of a given dataset. The purpose of this essay is to highlight and comment on the importance of musical presence within Jennie Livingston's documentary film Paris is Burning (1990), a pivotal film of the cinematographic moment of New Queer Cinema. Despite multiple analyses, from Judith Butler in Bodies That Matters (1993) to Peggy Phelan in Unmarked: The Politics of Performance (1996), there is a lack of literature regarding the narrative, performative and resilient potential of its soundtrack. The essay proposes a new methodological approach by presenting, following a brief historical framework, the audiovisual analysis of three thematic nuclei. The first object of study is the resilience of the pre-existing songs that compile the Paris Is Burning soundtrack, both for their trans-genre nature and for the high number of beats per minute that distinguishes them. Subsequently, a spatial and sound tripartition is proposed which initially diversifies the collective queer minority environments from the heteronormal, cis-gender, collective ones and afterward from the individual queer ones; also determining how Realness compare itself with urban and sound spatiality. Moreover, a new suggestion about the bequest of Paris is Burning on a cinematographic, musical and performative level has been pointed out. ; Il saggio si pone l'obiettivo di evidenziare e commentare la presenza musicale all'interno del docufilm Paris Is Burning (1990) di Jennie Livingston, pellicola cardine del 'momento' cinematografico del New Queer Cinema. Nonostante sia stata oggetto di molteplici analisi, da Judith Butler in Bodies That Matters (1993) a Peggy Phelan in Unmarked: The Politics of Performance(1996), vi è un'assenza di letteratura riguardante le potenzialità narrative, performative e resilienti della sua colonna sonora. Il saggio propone un nuovo approccio metodologico presentando, a seguito di un breve inquadramento storiografico, l'analisi audiovisiva di tre nuclei tematici. Il primo oggetto di studio è la resilienza dei brani pre-esistenti presenti in Paris Is Burning, sia per la loro natura trans-genere sia per l'alto numero di battiti per minuto che li contraddistingue. Successivamente, viene delineata una tripartizione spaziale e sonora che diversifica inizialmente gli ambienti collettivi di minoranza queer da quelli collettivi eteronormati, cisgender e bianchi, e, a seguire, da quelli queer individuali; determinando, consequenzialmente, le modalità attraverso cui la Realness si confronta con la spazialità urbana e con quella sonora. Viene inoltre sottolineato un nuovo suggerimento sul lascito di Paris Is Burninga livello cinematografico, musicale e performativo.

The paper is concerned with customs classification matters and analyzes the difficult relationship between the Harmonized System Convention and the GATT, mostly Article II, for the purpose of interpreting the WTO Schedules of commitments for trade in goods under the Vienna Convention as well as the reasons for the migration of purely customs classification disputes from the World Customs Organization (WCO) to the WTO. The result of such analysis is that there is a binary relationship between the HS and the GATT. On the one hand, the GATT is concerned with customs classifi cation issues as 'measures' challenged in WTO Dispute Settlement and, on the other hand, the HS is the 'context' for interpreting the Schedules of commitments under Article II GATT. The final outcome is a complicated and obscure way of interpreting the tariff commitments for trade in goods that needs further clarifi cations by Panels and the Appellate Body.

Herodoto narra una supuesta discusión que habría tenido lugar en el-522 entre al­gunos Persas que habían vencido a Alejandro Magno: Otanes defendía la 'isonomía' al­go semejante a la democracia ateniense del s.V; Megacibo proponía el gobierno de unos pocos u oligarquía; y Darío sostenía el gobierno de uno sólo o monarquía". Con el tiempo esta visión de las tres formas elementales de constitución parecen haberse reducido sólo a dos: democracia y totalitarismo. Es más, hay quienes sostienen una suerte de oposición geopolítica entre el occidente liberal y el oriente comunista. Corresponde entonces que desde nuestra situación latinoamericana reflexionemos sobre el particular. Para ello, y en este trabajo, nos centraremos en el estudio de la democracia que eti­mológicamente significa' gobierno del pueblo' , y que conceptualmente es un régimen po­lítico que supone, garantiza y promueve la libertad.
