À l'heure où l'enseignement supérieur semble glisser vers un « marché commun de l'éducation et de la formation », le débat sur l'amélioration des politiques éducatives universitaires suscite l'intérêt des chercheurs, hommes politiques et public large. Dans le cadre de cet article, nous abordons les principaux piliers pour la coopération scientifique et le « bien-être académique ». La recherche s'est basée sur un échantillon de chercheurs jeunes ou expérimentés provenant d'une vingtaine de pays de cinq continents. Les principaux défis académiques identifiés sont : la mobilité académique, les diplômes conjoints, l'influence de l'Union européenne, le financement et la bureaucratie administrative, la précarité du métier d'enseignant-chercheur, le réseautage international et « l'emprise anglaise » de la recherche, la vulgarisation scientifique et l'ingénierie éducative. Une série de solutions ont été proposées, parmi lesquelles on peut citer : la création d'un dispositif d'ingénierie éducative, l'affinement du cadre administratif-juridique pour les diplômes conjoints, l'accessibilité à l'enseignement supérieur, une meilleure gestion financière et un fort soutien aux jeunes chercheurs. Ces changements augmenteraient le « bien-être académique », renforceraient le courage, la confiance et la motivation d'agir, rendraient la mobilité plus fructueuse et l'éducation interculturelle plus prégnante. --- At the time where higher education seems to drag a "common market of education and training", the debate on the improvement of university educational policies interests researchers, politicians and wide public. In this article, we analyse the main pillars for scientific cooperation and "academic well-being". The search is based on sample of young and experienced researchers from twenty countries of five continents. The main academic challenges identified are: academic mobility, joint diplomas, influence of the European Union, financing and administrative bureaucracy, precariousness of the profession of professor/researcher, international networking and "English influence" on research and educational engineering. A series of solutions have been proposed, some of which including: the creation of a mechanism of educational engineering, refinement of the legal-administrative framework for joint degrees, accessibility to higher education, better financial management and strong support to young researchers. These changes would increase the "academic well-being", strengthen the courage, confidence and motivation to act, make mobility more fruitful and intercultural education more meaningful.

Abstract
After the fall of communism educational policy in Romania was called upon to 'shake up' the communist heritage and effectively translate European and international prerogatives into the national context there. The main focus of this article then is the educational reforms occurring since the Ceauşescu era. The author examines key vectors of educational policies by analysing the discourse of officials from the international organisations UNESCO, OECD, ILO, and the Council of Europe and that of policy makers and educational actors from the European Union and Romania. Her threefold approach highlights the persistence of communist heritage and the scope of European mimicry, as she shows that corruption, nepotism, and favouritism are among the most common features of Romanian educational policy. She uncovers too a lack of perspective, with a mimetic reproduction of external standards, and absence of landmarks, no team-work and poor organisation of debate, all in a climate of political instability.

International Symposium on Science, Theology and Arts (ISSTA 2020) ; Abstract: Nowadays, the dialogue and the knowledge of religions and worldviews are emphasized in the academic field. Legislation and strategies from national policymakers, from the European Union and the International organisations, especially the UNESCO and the Council of Europe, highlight the role of education for promoting intercultural dialogue, human values and societal interaction. The mission of education is to raise the immaterial capital, by developing the abilities of thinking and creation in a stimulating environment. Religious education could support multicultural understanding in a changing society being a debated and important issue for these new social-educative, demographic and economic changes. With almost 200 million orthodox human beings in Europe, Orthodox religious education provides an important lens to better establish it as human right and an intercultural value in the perspective of educational policies. Based on these approach, our article aims on the one hand to analyse the understanding of religious education as right for all citizens and, on the other hand, to open the path or to give an example of deeper researches on the field of religious education within the Orthodox Christianity. In our society, there has been a controversy concerning the "research globalization". It seems that the harmonization of educational policies is taking place at the level of higher education. Thus, at the European Union's level, the "common academic market" is already being invoked. This close collaboration generates a reciprocal inspiration of researchers both at the level of the topics addressed as well as at the level of the methodology. In this context, we can be questioned about the specificity of qualitative research in France and the United Kingdom. In this paper, we will present a model of scientific similarities arising from examples from the both countries to address the question. In order for this purpose, our analysis highlights the deontological arsenal, the scientific ethics and interview research methods applied to different contexts for academic research. ; À l'ère de la globalisation, on parle de plus en plus de la « mondialisation » de la recherche. Il paraît que l'uniformisation des politiques éducatives est en train de se réaliser pleinement et en premier plan à l'échelle de l'enseignement supérieur. Ainsi, au niveau de l'Union européenne, on invoque d'ores et déjà le « marché commun académique ». Cette étroite collaboration émerge une mutuelle inspiration des chercheurs tant au niveau des thématiques abordées qu'au niveau de la méthodologie. Dans ce contexte, on peut se demander quelle est la spécificité de la recherche qualitative en France et au Royaume-Uni ? Afin d'y répondre, nous présenterons un modèle de similarités scientifiques surgies des exemples provenant des deux pays. De ce fait, notre analyse compare l'arsenal déontologique mais aussi l'éthique scientifique fortement encouragées à être respectées lors d'une recherche académique.

The paper addresses the foundations of governance and democracy by presenting an evidence informed strategy that supports the collection of new evidence through groundwork case studies delivered through a consortium of 11 HEIs in different nation states. The partners working with Senior Credentialed Educational Leaders in schools have developed research questions, addressed by applying A Blueprint for Character Development for Evolution (ABCDE). This paper presents ABCDE as the strategy. Community members start to develop their sense making from observations to their beliefs (A-B) and from their beliefs to their methods (B-C). Community members can move from methods to developing hypotheses (C-D) to developing principles and theories-of-change (D-E). Community members apply ABCDE to develop confidence and trust in themselves and others in a process of becoming self-governing. ABCDE Empowers Young Societal Innovators for Equity and Renewal (EYSIER) by mobilising grass roots up theories-of-change with new partnerships brokered by 'Professional Educators and Administrators' Committees for Empowerment' (PEACE). PEACE is brokered by cross faculty partnerships of HEIs that partner with private, public and third sectors of all spheres in the wider society to produce and exchange knowledge to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The paper identifies PEACE needs supporting by coherent policy to build trust in societal institutions within a social contract and embedded economy that socialises investment, risk and rewards.
