The notion of "school success" is generally approached in antonymy with that of "school failure" and represents the superior performance that the student obtains in the learning activity, in correlation with the requirements of the school programs and with the aims of the national educational programs. Most of the time the student's school success is related to the activity of the school, as an institution providing education, but we must not lose sight of the fact that the factors that determine the student's education refer not only to the pedagogical influence of the school but also to the family, in the psycho-socio-physiological development of the student. In this sense, we carried out sociological research, on a sample of 24 subjects from Iaşi County, which had as fundamental objective the social construction of the notion of school success from the perspective of parents. The questions underlying the research were established in accordance with the objectives of the research and considered, in addition to defining school success, revealing the concrete ways in which the family is involved in achieving the child's school success and the relationship they establish with the school, in order to optimize school results. The research instrument was the comprehensive interview with the 24 subjects who participated in the research. Following the processing of the data obtained from the interviews, models were developed on the basis of which the theory was progressively developed.

The objective of the study is to approach from a theoretical point of view the importance of the family in the school-family-student triad. The article will focus on the analysis of the role that the family has in the instructive-educational process of the child, focusing on the specialized literature in the field. School and family are the main factors that complete the education of the individual. Each of them contributes through their specific influences to the formation and social integration of the child. The family environment and the school environment are two dimensions of children's lives that make their mark on the formation of their personality. Systematic school education, however, can prove to be ineffective if the family is not involved in carrying out the instructive-educational tasks in the parent-child relationship. Families have decisive educational potential, especially in the first years of a child's life, and strengthen the educational efforts exercised by the school. Thus, working together in interdependence, through combined actions and giving the student an active role in his development, the premises are created for achieving the school success expected by all educational actors: family, school, and student.

A multitude of factors can influence job performance. Workplace motivation and satisfaction might be some of the most important ones. This paper investigates the ways in which these former variables influence each other in regards to a workers performance; whether workplace satisfaction increases after five years of working in the same domain; and lastly how the five factors of personality from the Big Five model influence workplace satisfaction. In order to test our hypotheses we applied three questionnaires: The Workplace Satisfaction Scale, The Multidimensional Workplace Motivation Scale and The Five Factor Personality Inventory. These tests were completed in an online format by 60 consenting adult, half of which had a working experience over five years and half under five years. In our findings workplace satisfaction and motivation influenced each other positively likely due to the quality of external or internal sources of validation. We also found that extraversion, agreeableness and emotional stability have an impact on workplace satisfaction prabably because of the way in which high scores in these facets facilitate good work conduit, communication and integrations in workgroups. Unfortunetely, we did not see significant differences in regards to workplace experience and workplace satisfaction, posibly because of the small sample size of this study. In the end, the biggest takeaway from this paper is that good workplace relationships and proper financial compensation are the true benefactors of high workplace satisfaction that can in turn boost motivation and job performance.
