General Secretary Xi Jinping, in a report at the XIX Party Congress, clearly stated that "culture is the soul of the country and the nation. When culture flourishes, the country flourishes; when culture is strong, the nation is strong." Currently, an important period has come for strengthening the cultural consciousness of the people of China and the active development of Chinese music as its element. Under the influence of foreign and West-ern culture, the study and inheritance of traditions in this area can allow the modern younger generation of Chi-nese to better understand the meaning of national musical culture, which is of great importance for its devel-opment and further search for the place of Chinese traditional musical art in the world as a source of national spirit and strength. It is very important to inherit Chinese traditional musical culture in order to strengthen patriot-ism, national identity and ensure the pride of the younger generation of their ancestors. This article defines tra-ditional Chinese musical culture, examines its connotation, cultural value, principles of inheritance and devel-opment.

Protest actions of the population are the most important factor in the transformation of the society's political systems. The authors consider protest moods monitoring to be an indicator of the government legitimacy and an integral part of public opinion. At the same time, indicators of citizens' protest activity often become hostages of political technologies and public consciousness manipulation. The paper attempts to give an analytical description of dynamic potential and actual indicators of street protest activity in modern Russian society, which is done based on the materials of monitoring surveys conducted by leading sociological agencies, as well as information from the media and non-government organizations. It is shown that street protest activity as such can indicate deep social contradictions in Russian society. The main reason for mass protests of the population is essential problems that affect specific vital interests of ordinary people. In addition, the border between socioeconomic and political requirements is becoming increasingly blurred. At the same time, it is revealed that manifestations of street protest activity in modern society are situational. The social resource of rallies and demonstrations among the population is relatively limited. Survey data indicate that the majority of Russian citizens do not support participation in mass protests against decreasing living standards, in defense of their rights. In case of such protests they will most likely not take part in them, and, in general, they hold an opinion that mass street protest movement is unlikely to develop. According to the authors, the possible scenario for the protest situation development in society will depend on what problem factors determining the «peak» social tension and protest potential will coincide, as well as on the intensity of those factors.

This article is a study of the factors influencing the educational migration of Syrian youth. Given the difficult socio-political situation in Syria, young people face a variety of challenges that affect their decision to explore educational opportunities outside the country. Key factors such as political instability, economic difficulties, quality of education, access to educational resources, societal and cultural aspects are analyzed. The results of the study will help to better understand the dynamics of educational migration among Syrian youth, and provide a basis for developing strategies and support programs to ensure access to quality education in the context of migration and integration into new educational environments. The authors provide forecasts and recommenda-tions based on the results of the study in order to better understand the dynamics of educational migration among Syrian youth and develop support strategies aimed at ensuring access to quality education in conditions of migration and successful integration into new educational environments.

The concept of music culture reflects a rather complex process of preschool children's exposure to music, in-cluding the formation of initial perceptual skills in the art of music; music and performance activities appropri-ate for preschool children and the study of musical works. These components are interconnected and represent a complete system of preschool children's mastery of musical and cultural achievements. Studying the evolu-tion of preschool music education is of great value in understanding its past, present, and future, and can com-plete the study of "the history of children's music education" and "the history of children's art education". Educa-tion that focuses on the child's all-round development is the most successful education, and plays an important role in the child's future development in the arts. It plays a guiding role in the child's future development in the arts.

The culture of each nation is distinctive and is based on the unique worldview of a particular ethnic group. Chi-nese calligraphy is one of the significant manifestations of Chinese national tradition. The aim of the present study is to investigate it in the historical and cultural aspect due to the author's desire to emphasize the speci-ficity of Chinese national art and its historical conditionality in the context of globalizing modernity. Based on Eastern worldview practices, the art of hieroglyphic writing in China is a symbiosis of painting and philosophy. It is emphasized that having originated for practical purposes to convey information in writing, calligraphy gradu-ally transformed into a full-fledged art form enriched with philosophical content. The author examines in detail the history of Chinese calligraphy development, noting its connection with the transformations in the society. Connectedness of hieroglyphic writing with the concepts of "yin" and "yang", which are traditional in Chinese culture, is described. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that preserving the tradition of calligraphy plays an im-portant role in securing Chinese national identity.

The relevance of the topic is primarily due to the fact that the number of children with disabilities in Russia con-tinues to be quite high, at the same time, insufficient research attention is paid to the functioning of a family with a disabled child. The main results of our work are related to the analysis of the structure of a family with a disabled child, the specifics of its functioning, the existing dysfunctions and their causes, dynamics, characteris-tics and the most important needs of the family, the possibilities of their satisfaction and family support. It is revealed that the analyzed type of families usually relies on their own resources in the functioning and rehabili-tation of the child; incompleteness of the family structure is common. As the child grows up, there is a change in the needs of the family: from medical assistance to domestic assistance. There is an increasing need for assistance in the implementation of such a family of its main functions – reproductive, socialization, economic, caring for family members, etc. To create conditions to support the functioning of a family with a disabled child, it is proposed to develop the digitalization of individual services and the institution of social supervision of the family. The novelty of the study also consists in appealing not so much to the opinions of experts as to the anal-ysis of the experience, judgments, expectations and recommendations of the parents themselves.

The article examines the problems of the participation of the state and social institutions in the cultural life of Russian society. The main resources of the relevant state cultural policy, which include both state and civil structures, are analyzed. The levels of social interaction between cultural policy and society – micro-, meso-, macro- and mega-level – are highlighted for the study. The main priorities of the activities of state cultural insti-tutions in accordance with the main tasks of the state cultural policy are highlighted, the main promising direc-tions for the formation of an institutional space for interaction between the existing system of cultural services and the population, the need to overcome the existing self-exclusion of state structures from influencing the cultural activity of the population are considered. The proposed solutions for further improvement of the state cultural policy in this context may be of interest to a wide range of specialists in the field of culture and art.

Social work is a fairly new professional field in our country. The «Social Work» major was introduced on August 7, 1991 in accordance with the order of the USSR State Committee for Public Education No. 376 «On the opening of the «Social Work» major» [1]. Over the thirty years that this occupation has been studied and taught, the approaches not only to the social work study, but also directly to the professional activities of social workers have changed in many ways. However, in the eyes of ordinary people, a social worker remains not a representative of a serious profession, a certified specialist and a professional in his field, but an extremely incomprehensible person. For ordinary people, the job of a social worker is not important or prestigious, and this is largely due to people's ignorance of the social worker's professional activities.

The article examines the peculiarities of the state cultural policy in relation to domestic private entrepreneur-ship. For their analytical assessment, a conceptual distinction of social interaction at the macro, meso and mi-cro levels is introduced. State policy in the field of entrepreneurship is implemented at the meso-level, where the processes of interaction between communities and organizations take place, as well as their interests and capabilities are manifested. At the same time, public structures act as intermediaries between the state and the microlevel, that is, entrepreneurs and individuals. It is shown that non-profit organizations perform a compensa-tory function in relation to those spheres of sociocultural life of society where the direct impact of the macro-level on the micro-level is difficult, not provided with administrative resources or powers. The author gives an idea of ideally functioning parties, movements and associations in the sociocultural sphere, the interaction of which is based on complementarity, rather than on competition and struggle. Stability of such a social mecha-nism is proposed to be ensured by the creation of a branched public-state structure that collects, processes, disseminates information about socio-cultural processes, problems and vital interests of various social groups at the meso- and microlevels.
