The article examines changes in shaping the global economic map from the XXI century, with the entry of emerging economies, supported by high prices of its «commodities» in the international market. The countries that led the presence on the global stage formed the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa later), who received substantial external resources to operate its core resources. However, economic and political crisis and corruption investigations of their governments, two leading countries of the group (Brazil and Russia), moved to investors two new actors (Taiwan and South Korea), occupying the place left Brazil and Russia, giving way to new TICKS group (Taiwan, China, South Korea and South Africa). The work also highlights the importance of the Geo-economics, I came to answer the complexities of the globalized world that transcends States, where geopolitical, geostrategic aspects and the global economy are mixed. This paper examine the Chinese economy's dramatic progress in recent years has come to global attention, in particular in the East Asia Pacific. In fact, China has maintained stable, rapid economic expansion since the government changed its policy towards reform and opening up to the outside world in 1978.
