; This article analyses the poetic anthology España canta a Cuba, published in Paris in 1962 by the anti-francoist publishing house Ruedo Ibérico. An hommage to the Cuban revolution, this anthology has been hardly studied, in spite of the presence of reknowned poets like Rafael Alberti, Blas de Otero, Gabriel Celaya, Jaime Gil de Biedma, José Ángel Valente and Carlos Barral, who contributed a poem that has never been republised elsewhere. This antology is relevant in order to understand not only the ideological inclination of the Spanish literature in the late francoism and the transatlantic cultural relations of the period, but also the evolution of a certain epic and politically committed conception, so important at times in the 20th century, of the creative process in poetry. In addition, the study of this anthology will help to understand the chronology of the "poesía comprometida" in the context of the different post-war generations of poets.

; This essay gives an overview of the situation of homeschooling in Spain. The starting point is whether this practice is legal in our law. The response changes depending on the norm that we take, either the Constitution or the Organic Law of Education. On the one hand, when the Spanish Constitution refers to the right to education establishes that only basic education is compulsory. Neither in the Civil Cede, in line with the regulation of parental authority, any specification is collected around the duty of parents to provide education. Finally, the legislator has linked compulsory basic education with compulsory school attendance in the Organic Law of Education.

Summary: The Constitution of 1812 marked the beginning of Spain's constitutional history and became a symbol of liberalism. The development of its ideas took place intermittently throughout the 19th Century until branching off into a constitutional model, as envisaged by Cánovas del Castillo. The basis for this was the so-called "internal constitution" which implied a sovereignty shared between the Parliament or "Cortes" and the King. Key words: Constitution, Crown, Parliament, royal prerogative, internal constitution.

Although often overlooked in the academy, fidelity is a critical notion for any kind of human group, whatever the size, from a simple couple to a geopolitical alliance, as it necessarily depends on it to work properly. In Social Psychology, fidelity or loyalty has mostly been approached indirectly through Social Identity Theory in a rather simplistic way: a person is considered a loyal member of a group as long as they accept all of its mainstream ideals and rules with no exception. In other words, Fidelity is thought to be inextricably linked to believing and behaving, understood in an orthodox-conformist way. By contrast, we postulate that it is possible to be faithful to a group while subverting its ideology and norms, or, to put it another way, to integrate fidelity and subversión in a paradoxical yet coherent position: subversive fidelity. There have already been similar conceptual propositions both inside and outside Social Psychology, but we delve into its distinctive features, thus laying the foundations of an initial but promising theory.
