The Russian Orthodox Church has been an integral institution of social development for many centuries. The history of the relationship between the State and the Church is very rich and, at different times, there have been a number of peculiarities. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the development of relations between the Russian Orthodox Church and the state received a new impetus, and today it is difficult to imagine the devel-opment of a large number of public institutions without the participation of the Church. In Russia there is a tradi-tional relationship between the Church and the state, which has its own specificity. According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Church and the state relate to separate spheres of activity and cannot interact with each other in the areas of governance and politics. However, in Russia there is a tradition of recognizing religion as an important component of the country's cultural heritage, as well as recognizing religious organiza-tions as social institutions that have the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression. Church and state can interact within the framework of legislation, for example, in the field of charity, the protection of cultur-al heritage, religious propaganda and education. Nevertheless, any form of Church interference in political processes is prohibited by law. State support for religious organizations is also provided, including tax exemp-tions and the provision of land for the construction of churches and monasteries. In general, this support is based on general grounds and is not tied to the Church's political influence on the state. Overall, the interaction between the Church and the State in Russia is characterized by the observance of the principle of separation of powers and respect for the rights to freedom of religion and freedom of speech. The paper attempts to exam-ine the key features of the interaction between the State and the Church as a model of communication of the Russian Federation's modern society.

The article presents strategic project management methodology developed to meet the relevant requirements and challenges faced by organizations in current business environment. The methodology includes an algo-rithm for strategic project management, a system of indicators for assessing the results of project implementa-tion and a mathematical model for optimal resource allocation. The relevance of the methodology develop-ment is determined by the importance of strategic project management in current conditions of instability, un-certainty and innovations implementation necessity. It enables organizations to effectively plan, analyze, moni-tor and coordinate project activities to achieve their overall strategic objectives. The study also provides an ex-tended list of prospective project management principles, which served as the basis for the development of an algorithm and a system of indicators for evaluating the results of such activities. The latter are categorized into groups, including assessment of the achievement of strategic objectives, the quality of task performance, the use of resources and the level of risks. The mathematical model for optimal resource allocation enables effi-cient resource management in projects, taking into account requirements and limitations. The said model is based on minimizing the use of available capacity while meeting the availability restrictions for each project task.

The evolution of innovation models in the oil and gas industry is crucial for ensuring competitiveness and sustainability in the rapidly changing global market. The article presents research results on advancing models of the innovation process as applied to enterprises in the Russian oil and gas industry. The research is based on the analysis and further development of ideas from various Russian and foreign authors regarding the use of the integrated network model of the fifth generation of the innovation process – 5G. The proposals formulated in the article are grounded in the potential opportunities of digitizing oil and gas enterprises and utilizing new digital tools. In this regard, taking into account the specifics of the innovation process in the oil and gas industry, the author's version of the innovation process model is proposed, on the basis of which it is possible to reasonably plan, organize and digitalize the management of innovative processes of enterprises. The research results contribute to expanding the range of methodologically sound models of the innovation process and are aimed at enhancing the management of innovation processes in strategically important sectors of the Russian economy. By aligning with the principles of the fifth generation of innovation models and leveraging digital technologies, this model aims to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of the Russian oil and gas industry in the global market landscape.

The difficulties that at the present stage arise in the modern legal regulation of all social relations in general, the peculiarities of the formation of a rule of law state in Russia, the strengthening of the role of the judicial sys-tem is happening very rapidly, but the key issue still remains the problem of legal regulation of the institution of forensic examination, which is one of the ways obtaining evidence in court proceedings. At the same time, the development of many areas of forensic examination lags behind the demands of the time. The practice of ex-pert activity shows that there are difficulties that are directly related to the legal regulation of this area, there are some contradictions and inconsistencies in the provisions of the current criminal procedural legislation, in addi-tion, some areas of forensic examination lag behind the requirements of modern times. The practice of ap-pointing and conducting examinations shows that difficulties often arise associated with the legal regulation of this area. It is still possible to detect individual contradictions and inconsistencies in the provisions of civil, ad-ministrative and criminal legislation. Of course, the legislator eliminates all problems promptly, which is often facilitated by law enforcement practice. However, there are a number of fundamental problems that prevent the effectiveness of forensic examination. Consequently, today the role of scientific research in the field of legal regulation of forensic examination remains significant.

The aim of the paper is to investigate the role of the process approach to cost management in the evolutionary reengineering of business processes and to develop tools for its implementation. To achieve the specified goal, the following tasks were set in this work: analyze the essence of the process-oriented cost management approach and its connection to business process reengineering; present an algorithm for implementing the process-oriented cost management approach with the aim of subsequent business process reengineering; develop a mathematical toolkit that describes the essence of the approach and allows evaluating the effective-ness of the process-oriented cost management from the perspective of optimizing business processes. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the identified approach and its applicability for the implementation of evo-lutionary reengineering of business processes were highlighted, the main advantages and limitations of this type of activity were characterized. The algorithm is presented and a mathematical model of implementation and performance evaluation of the process approach to cost management with subsequent reengineering of business processes is developed.

Cost management is one of the key tasks of an industrial enterprise. In today's world, cost reduction helps an enterprise to improve competitiveness, attract more customers and increase profits. Process optimization, effi-cient resource utilization, market adaptation, and investment in innovation are all made possible through cost reduction. The process management model and principles of lean production are actively promoted and im-plemented in enterprises across various industries as part of the national project "Labor Productivity". The syn-ergy of these approaches, along with other modern methodologies and methods, provides a toolkit for the for-mation and implementation of a comprehensive process-based cost management model in enterprises. The paper presents the results of some enterprises – participants of the national project, proving the effectiveness of the process approach to management. The author identifies key problems and tasks in cost management within enterprises and proposes a toolkit for addressing them.
