Die Vision einer menschlichen Freiheit, die von Gegebenem unbeeinträchtigt ist, hat, so der Verfasser, etwas Anziehendes, Berauschendes. Es mag sogar sein, dass die Anziehungskraft dieser Vision dazu beigetragen hat, das genetische Zeitalter überhaupt einzuläuten.
