In Australia, we don't currently have good gender diversity in senior leadership positions. How women support and empower each other in the workplace is important in bridging this gap. Sandy Rea is a practising consultant psychologist who works with the Channel 9 TODAY show, the Herald Sun, Nine News, and has a weekly radio slot with Glenn Ridge. Superintendent Ingrid Tomanovits has served with the Australian Federal Police (AFP) for 20 years, and is currently attached to Professional Standards.
