Both physical and mental comfort is essential in every workplace for improving productivity. Work environment distress is exceptionally normal for laborers utilized in proactive tasks; especially the specialists occupied with building locales in India are occupied with various kinds of active work in inconvenient conditions in outrageous environment dust, and so on. So, research should be crucial for concentrating on distress levels. Along these lines, the specialists need to consider sufficient security the executives rehearse notwithstanding appropriate working stances. Consequently, an endeavor was made in this review to distinguish the potential assignment execution-related danger factors and the related uneasiness levels for the specialists occupied with building destinations with the plan to give conceivable ergonomic arrangements, to such an extent that the exhibitions of laborers' can be improved to an ideal level. Sustainable supply chain management in the incorporation of the environmentally, socially and financially suitable practices into the whole lifecycle of the supply chain, from starting to the end of the supply chain. If sustainability is implemented in a supply chain helps the enterprise and individuals in many ways like improving their continuity in supply, reduction in impact to the environment, increase their businesses and particularly in the food enterprises it also improves the food safety. The main aim was to study and analyse the barriers which come under the way of implementation of sustainable supply chain management in Indian Shrimp industry. The prioritisation of the barrier was done by grey relational analysis.

In this study, based on an extensive review of the literature, the variables influencing the sustainability of agriculture were identified. Next, the responses were obtained from 144 farmers of Odisha in India by the use of questionnaires on the extent of influence of these variables on sustainability. Subsequently, the factor analysis was done to find the most significant influencing variables. Then, the ANFIS model was created and found as appropriate for the prediction of agricultural sustainability based on the most significant influencing variables as inputs.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the discomfort levels of farmers in Indian agriculture leading to mental stresses, and for this, the discomfort questionnaire has been applied after carrying out a detailed literature review. With the help of discomfort questionnaire and "Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21)", the farmers discomfort levels and their mental stress levels were evaluated. Further by the application of ANFIS, an effort has been made to predict the mental stress of farmers during their work activities in hot-climatic conditions based on the associated parameters like "kcal burnt, Pulse rate, High BP, Low BP, and Temperature", respectively.

COVID-19 has been primarily regarded as a respiratory disease, and until a safer and effective treatment or vaccine becomes available, the prevention of COVID-19 may continue through interventions based on non-pharmaceutical measures such as maintaining of physical distances and use of personal protective equipment like facemasks, etc. Therefore, an attempt was made in this study to explore the drawbacks with the presently available facemasks for protection from COVID-19 viruses in the state of Odisha in India, and also to explore the possible opportunities for further development of these facemasks. The associated discomforts; strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis of existing facemasks in Odisha; possible opportunities for "Make in India" of these facemasks; along with safer use have been analyzed with the help of interpretive structural modelling (ISM) approach followed by MICMAC analysis.

Most of the agricultural-tasks are involved with considerable drudgery. So, it is preferable to utilize more developed tools in agriculture. In this study, an evaluation was made on the drudgery-levels of farmers during harvesting of paddy in Odisha (India) in two cases, such as use of serrated-sickles for manually harvesting, and use of power tiller reaper. A reduction of 26.61% in drudgery-level was observed based on the measured ergonomic-parameters by power tiller reaper as compared to serrated-sickles. Further, correlation-coefficient matrix was obtained by considering the ergonomic-parameters for both the cases. Moreover, an attempt was made for the evaluation of adoption practices of the farmers by the use of "Adoption and Diffusion Outcome Prediction Tool (ADOPT)" to provide the prediction of an expected rate of practices as well as peak level of adoption by determining the significance of diverse factors that influence it. Then, the SWOT analysis was done for the power tiller reaper, which was followed by the opinions of farmers in to assess the suitability of both cases.
