The article is devoted to highlighting the main provisions of the system of remuneration of medical personnel as one of the key functions of personnel management in the healthcare sector. The author highlighted and substantiated that one of the important components of the success of the implementation of an effective system of financing the health sector is the change in the conditions of remuneration of medical workers, with the focus on the volume and quality of performed work.

Рассматривается модель ветвящегося случайного блуждания по целочисленной решетке $\mathbb{Z}^d$ с периодическими источниками размножения и гибели частиц. Предполагается, что режим ветвления надкритический, а для распределения скачка блуждания выполнено условие Крамера. Установлена теорема о скорости распространения фронта популяции частиц по решетке при неограниченном росте времени. Доказательства основаны на фундаментальных результатах, относящихся к пространственному распространению общего ветвящегося случайного блуждания.

У статті викладені результати дослідження історії виникнення уявлень про фізичний і соціальний простори в рамках європейської інтелектуальної традиції XVIII-XX ст. В роботі використані історико-порівняльний та феноменологічний методи. Точкою відліку нашого дослідження стала коротка експлікація апріорних підстав вчення про фізичний простір в межах трансцендентальної естетики І.Канта. Завдяки історико-порівняльному методу вдалося викласти історію поняття простору в контексті ранньої німецької (М.Вебер) і ранньої французької (Е.Дюркгейм) соціогуманітарної думки. Було показано, що соціологічний метод Е. Дюркгейма побудований на принципах класичного кантіанства з його вченням про речі в собі. У свою чергу М.Вебер, навпаки, відмовився від принципу речі в собі, оскільки його соціологічні погляди знаходилися під прямим впливом неокантіанства В.Віндельбанда і Г.Ріккерта. Стан питання в післявоєнний період викладено за допомогою порівняння понять соціального простору в феноменологічній соціології А.Шютца, П.Бергера і Т. Лукмана і в постструктуралізмі Г.Дебора, М.Фуко і П.Бурдьє. Феноменологічний метод сприяв виявленню трансцендентального аспекту в конструкції поняття соціального простору. У роботах М. Фуко було знайдено перші спроби визначення цифрового простору, викладені у вигляді метафори «дзеркала». Порівняльний аналіз соціального та цифрового простору продемонстрував трансформацію поняття «насильство». Соціальне насильство в соціальному просторі виникло в роздумах ситуаціоністів з приводу урбанізації, а цифрове насильство в цифровому середовищі є не насильством як таким, а відмовою від низки розумових операцій, фундаментальних для феноменологічного пізнання. У статті аргументовано положення про необхідність збереження поняття інтенційності для всебічного уявлення про зв'язок цифрового простору і свідомості людини.

Today humanity faces a lot of problems due to a huge gap between scientific and technological capabilities of humanity and its ethical maturity. Morality crisis is the base of many economic, social, and political crises. Higher education institutions have a significant influence on the individual's moral behavior formation. However, even in the higher education system, there are incidents of unethical behavior. Main ethical problems faced by students in higher education institutions are: conflicts between academic personnel, complications with student involvement in scientific research, issues of co-authorship, problems of the research finding and funding. The purpose of this article is to identify and investigate the causes of some ethical problems connected with Russian higher education institutions. Authors conclude that the current system of higher education in Russia provokes unethical behavior of students, teachers and researches which is gradually becoming the norm in the academic community and then leads to the decrease of the morality level of Russian society.

The paper analyzes the relativistic concept of truth, which develops an individual approach to the interpretation of the meaning of statements. This is its main difference from the correspondence theory of truth and the coherence theory of truth, which are aimed at forming an ideal model of language with strict concepts that reflect the material world. One of the most famous representatives of the relativistic approach is the American philosopher D. Davidson. In his works, he writes that the interpretation of the meaning of a statement depends on the place, time and speaker's intentions. If the content and focus of these aspects change, there is a change in the interpretation of meaning. According to the author of the paper, the relativistic concept of truth, aimed at individual understanding, is more productive for communication and dialogue.

The study investigates the language and genre structure and formation of a particular type of political text, an election address of a political leader to the electorate. The article considers the history of the appearance of the public speech genre in Russian political discourse, its functions, and linguistic features that solve the problem of revealing the main ideological content at the lexical level. The research material was the texts of Gennady Zyuganov's election addresses in 2000 and 2019 taken from the Internet sources and the accompanying comments estimated to be about 50 sources. In the course of the study, the linguistic characteristics of the implementations of the political address functions (influence, inspiration, advocacy, and propaganda, informing), typical of this type of political statements, are revealed along with the established dynamics of changes in rhetoric by Gennady Zyuganov as the leader of a political party and its leading representative. ; El estudio investiga el lenguaje y la estructura de género y la formación de un tipo particular de texto político, un discurso electoral de un líder político al electorado. El artículo considera la historia de la aparición del género del discurso público en el discurso político ruso, sus funciones y rasgos lingüísticos que resuelven el problema de revelar el contenido ideológico principal a nivel léxico. El material de investigación fueron los textos de los discursos electorales de Gennady Zyuganov en 2000 y 2019 tomados de fuentes de Internet y los comentarios adjuntos se estiman en unas 50 fuentes. The discourse of American politicians like any other political figures prominently features a narrative – a system of interconnected stories that transition from one into another from speech to speech. The ideological narrative in political discourse plays an important part in myth creation in supporting the concept of Exceptional America. The potential of linguistic means, specifically, metaphors, in the narrative is typically used to achieve the main communicative goal – for example, the protection of traditional values, America's right for exceptionalism and promotion of the national interests. Context analysis of the usage of these metaphors shows that the speaker models politics as a means of protecting valuable concepts (freedom, peace, leadership, democracy, security, health, dream) which feeds into a myth in the public consciousness, be it the American dream, American exceptionalism, American freedoms or something else. In these contexts, metaphors are usually aimed at influence rather than modeling the political system. The metaphors capture the audience, show the speaker's solidarity with the public and prompt the people to engage in a dialogue with the authorities, hold those in power accountable, not be afraid, feel the unity and historical continuity of the common cause and build the future together. The conceptual metaphor is an efficient narrative technique and way to transition from language to consciousness. The modeling of the state's actions aimed at protecting the basic values of the American society activates in the addressee's consciousness a metaphorical model that contributes to a more figurative and accessible interpretation of reality. The article deals with the features of metaphor functioning in the modern ideological narrative of the United States of America, expounds the role of the metaphors in the implementation of the global communicative strategy "Us and Them" and the ensuing tactical moves.
