The biopolitical paradigm is studied as the basis for the formation of the political context of the model of language policy. It is noted that the biopolitical paradigm is based on such concepts as behaviorism, neobechhevorizm and postbiheviorizm, which are used to study the behavior of subjects of language policy, understanding of language policy as a problem, its analysis and evaluation of the language and political situation that is positively or negatively affects the formation of the linguistic environment, the community, its development and the state as a whole. It is stated that the biopolitical approach made it possible to focus on the political culture and symbolic behavior of politicians who develop linguistic bills, programs, complex measures, make suggestions during their discussion and make the necessary decisions that one way or another influence the implementation of language policy, quality of life and community behavior. An attempt has been made to prove that behavioral, non-ihivorous and post-bayhevorist theories are the basis of the formation of a biopolitical paradigm, which allows us to plunge into the essence of language policy as a model, to analyze its essence, content, meaning and development. It is argued that the biopolitical paradigm is based on a behavioral research method that reflects inter-governmental relations, the relationship between Russian and Ukrainian authorities, as well as between them and the Ukrainian community. The definition of the concept of "paradigm", which the author understands as a set of cognitive principles and techniques that reflect the linguistic-political reality and language-political problem, which, in our understanding, is the political context of language policy as a model that is investigated with the help of post-bestialism, that is, , behavioral direction. It analyzes the behavior of the Russian authorities, which interferes in Ukraine's internal affairs, and pro-Russian-minded politicians, which it uses to implement its plans and protect its own interests. ; Досліджується біополітична парадигма як основа формування політологічного контексту моделі мовної політики. Зазначено, що біополітична парадигма базується на таких концептах як «біхевіоризм», «необіхевіоризм» та «постбіхевіоризм», які використовуються для вивчення поведінки суб'єктів мовної політики, розуміння мовної політики як проблеми, її аналізу та оцінки мовно-політичної ситуації, яка позитивно чи негативно впливає на формування мовного середовища, спільноту, її розвиток та державу у цілому. Констатується, що біополітичний підхід дав можливість зосередити увагу на політичній культурі та символічній поведінці політиків, які розробляють мовні законопроекти, програми, комплексні заходи, висловлюють пропозиції під час їх обговорення та ухвалюють необхідні рішення, що так чи інакше впливає на здійснення мовної політики, якість життя та поведінку спільноти. Зроблено спробу довести, що біхевіористична, необіхевіористична і постбіхевіористична теорії є основою формування біополітичної парадигми, яка дозволяє зануритися у суть мовної політики як моделі, проаналізувати її сутність, зміст, значення та розвиток. Стверджується, що біополітична парадигма будується на поведінковому методі дослідження, який відображає міжвладні стосунки, взаємовідносини між російською та українською владами, а також між ними та українською спільнотою. Дається визначення поняття «парадигма», яке автор розуміє як сукупність пізнавальних принципів і прийомів, що відображають мовно-політичну реальність та мовно-політичну проблему, якою, у нашому розумінні, є політологічний контекст мовної політики як моделі, який досліджується з допомогою постбіхевіоризму, тобто, поведінкового напряму. З його допомогою аналізується поведінка російської влади, яка втручається у внутрішні справи України, та проросійськи налаштованих політиків, яких вона використовує для здійснення своїх планів та захисту власних інтересів.

The article examines prorussian nationalism as a concept, as well as its formation, emergence and development in Ukraine as a phenomenon. The author states that pro-russian nationalism has a history of development in Ukraine. Attention is drawn to the fact that prorussian nationalism in Ukraine was formed and arose on the basis of betrayal, the distribution of its territory, the ban on printing books in Ukrainian, the functioning of education in the native language of Ukrainians, the destruction of imperial Russia's features of Ukrainian statehood, and also the collision of two different ideological systems and political forces, each of which fought for its Ukrainian state. The article draws attention to the fact that prorussian nationalism destroyed the UNR as an independent state, at the beginning. The 1920 years led to the Holodomor, the persecution and execution of Ukrainians only because they were using the Ukrainian language, studied it in educational institutions, studied their history, tried to preserve, develop and spread their native language, culture and literature. It is argued that the USSR as a state could still exist if pro-Russian nationalism did not forbid its inhabitants, including Ukrainians, to study their native language in educational institutions and fully develop their native language, culture and literature. That is, the linguistic policy of prorussian nationalism is based on the prohibition on using the native language and spreading Ukrainian culture in public, as well as persecution, ganglia, terrorism, the hybrid Russian war, etc. ; У статті досліджується проросійський націоналізм як поняття, а також його формування, виникнення та розвиток в Україні як явища. Автор констатує, що проросійський націоналізм має на теренах України свої особливості та історію розвитку. Звертається увага на те, що проросійський націоналізм в Україні сформувався і виник унаслідок заборон друкувати книжки українською мовою, функціонування освіти рідною мовою українців, знищення імперською Росією ознак української державності, а також − зіткнення двох різних за ідеологією систем та політичних сил, кожна із яких боролася за свою Українську державу. Звертається увага на те, що проросійський націоналізм майже знищив незалежну Українську державу, призвів до голодомору, переслідувань і розстрілів українців лише за те, що вони послуговувались українською мовою, вивчали її в освітніх навчальних закладах, досліджували свою історію, намагалися зберегти, розвинути і поширити рідну мову, культуру і літературу. У роботі стверджується, що СРСР як держава могла б існувати й досі, якби проросійський націоналізм не забороняв його мешканцям, зокрема й українцям, навчатися рідною мовою в освітніх закладах та повноцінно розвивати рідну мову, культуру і літературу. Тобто, мовна політика проросійського націоналізму будується на заборонах використовувати рідну мову та поширювати українську культуру публічно, а також − переслідуваннях, загратуваннях, тероризмі, гібридній російській війні, яку Росія здійснює в Україні та ін.
