Die "nuklearer Winter"-Theorie amerikanischer Wissenschaftler hat nun seit Ende 1983 diese Befürchtungen wissenschaftlich untermauert und damit auf die zwingende Notwendigkeit hingewiesen, politische Lösungen zur Beendigung des Wettrüstens und der Bedrohung durch einen Nuklearkrieg zu finden.
