In: The Forum: a journal of applied research in contemporary politics, Band 4, Heft 2
ISSN: 1540-8884

Bush's victory that some commentators at first claimed, it may nevertheless have identified an important element in the election and quite possibly for the future. Various criticisms of the question are considered, and found to be wanting.
