Jogja Fashion Week Carnival (JFWC) is held in order to promote the development of costume creative industry in Indonesia, especially in Yogyakarta. Woven and batik (Javanese traditional fabric) as products of Indonesia is reproduced into art costumes. It may add the value of both the product and the price of the product itself as the core of the continuity of the creative industry economy in Indonesia. The eastern value of the costume design worn during the carnival may reflect the traditional value of society. The concept of the costume making is rooted from Indonesia folklores, legends and myths that are still being developed in present society. Throughout the event, exploration done by the artists is seen as a genuine attempt to support the Government in promoting costume industry both in national and international scale. Costumes worn in JFWC were analysed using aesthetic theory by adopting the point of view of DeWitt Henry Parker. The point of view comprises three main aesthetic principles, i.e.: an intact unity, thematic principle, as well as balance principle. Those three concepts can be used to find out the basic locality value of a costume that later can be used as the art education's source of material. Finally, it is concluded that the theme of JFWC costume creation concept is sourced from the rich tradition of Indonesian society.

The Jogja Fashion Week Carnival (JFWC) is related to various agendas of the local government in Yogyakarta, particularly in industrial and tourism sectors. The JFWC event is correlated to the domestic industries in which one of them has a positive impact upon the progress and the existence of this industry in order to reduce the rate of import from outside Yogyakarta. In another domain, the use of public space, which is often done by JFWC event, gives entertainment and cultural education to the people, thus this event is useful and appropriate if it is held as a routine agenda for the existence of the tourism industry in Yogyakarta. The education given to the people includes the global warming issue, the treatment and utilization of hazardous waste, and the important role of JFWC event in an attempt to create clothing trend centre in Yogyakarta. The dialectics of JFWC clothes can be seen as a process of cultural diplomacy locally, nationally, and internationally. In addition, the existence of JFWC clothes can be viewed as a sustainability phenomenon of contemporary artworks in Indonesia.

The development of communication technology has given birth to new media and social media. One of the potentials of social media is to form the personal branding of political actors. Personal Branding through Twitter social media accounts is becoming the current trend. This study aims to analyze Sandiaga Uno's Twitter account during the presidential and vice-presidential election campaign process in 2019. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze secondary data on Personal Branding from Sandiaga Uno's Twitter account. As well as additional data from a literature study that discusses Personal Branding. Nvivo 12 Plus is used to analyze data. This study found that Sandiaga Uno used his personal Twitter to do branding during the campaign process, this can be seen from the content of photos, videos, and tweets that portrayed themselves as someone close to the community.

Proyek konstruksi memiliki tingkat risiko dan ketidakpastian yang lebih tinggi dibanding denganindustri manufaktur. Para pelaku proyek konstruksi harus mampu menilai setiap perubahan cuaca,material, politik, kemampuan tenaga kerja dan lain sebagainya sebagai faktor-faktor yangdiperhitungkan sebagai risiko dan ketidakpastian dalam pengambilan keputusan. Mengkuantifikasidan meminimalisasi risiko yang disebabkan oleh penundaan dalam industri konstruksi adalahsebuah tantangan untuk dikembangkan. Dampak kehilangan float aktivitas non kritis adalah salahsatu penundaan yang sulit untuk dinilai baik pada durasi proyek maupun biaya proyek. Ini adalahfakta di mana pendekatan secara deterministik tidak dapat menghitung dampak penundaanaktivitas non kritis. Menurut CPM, menunda aktivitas non kritis selama tidak melampaui totalfloat-nya maka tidak berpengaruh terhadap durasi total proyek. Sedangkan Ahuja et al (1994)memberikan contoh yang menarik bahwa keterlambatan aktivitas non-kritis pun mengakibatkankontraktor mengalami kerugian finansial. Secara keseluruhan, mengidentifikasi waktu secaraakurat dan prospektif dalam industri konstruksi sulit dilakukan, bahkan menghitung besarnyarisiko pada tingkat aktivitas pun sulit dilakukan. Tesis ini mendiskusikan pemodelan integrasirisiko biaya dan skedul proyek konstruksi secara simulatif, dampak penundaan atau konsumsi floataktivitas non-kritis terhadap biaya dan durasi total proyek, walaupun penundaan tersebut tidakmelebihi waktu ambang yang dimiliki serta risiko keterlambatan proyek konstruksi bila risikoekskalasi biaya dibatasi dan sebaliknya, risiko kenaikan biaya proyek konstruksi bila risikoketerlambatan proyek dibatasi. Multiple Simulation Analysis Technique (MSAT) (Isidore danBack 2002) digunakan pada tesis ini untuk men-generate biaya proyek yang realible dan durasipada nilai yang berbeda dari nilai kehilangan float (waktu ambang) pada aktivitas dengan teknikMonte Carlo Simulation (MCS) yang diimplementasikan pada @Risk digunakan untuk mengeneratedurasi dan biaya. Hasil pemodelan mengimplikasikan bahwa menunda aktivitas non kritisberpengaruh terhadap durasi total proyek dan juga akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya biaya totalkeseluruhan proyek.

The concept of logistics is a supply chain system to facilitate the movement of goods and resources (raw materials), delivery scheduling, storage, and marketing to consumer endpoints that support economic growth. The increase in logistics transportation also has a negative impact, especially environmental problems, the effectiveness of logistics transportation, and the quality of materials and goods which will eventually involve economic problems. This article aims to compare the implementation of modern logistics transportation systems in the European Union and Indonesia with the application of green logistics. This study uses a comparative study method with a qualitative descriptive approach to modern logistics transportation that applies the concept of green logistics. The problem of European Union logistics transportation is only in the human resources sector and congestion in a certain period. The solution is to add regulations related to alternative or manipulated road systems to reduce congestion. On the other hand, the problems that exist in Indonesia are related to the low facilities, regulations, and investment for logistics transportation. As a solution, several regulations and programs have been implemented as a green logistics concept such as anti-ODOL regulations, and the sea toll program.

The promotion of the position auction through the "assessment center" is an effort to reform the bureaucracy by the Aceh provincial government. This is done as a response from the government to the image of services that were previously deemed not optimal and to improve the quality of effective and efficient public services. This study aims to determine the process of implementing a promotion auction for positions through an assessment center in Aceh Province. qualitative research methods. This study found that the Aceh provincial government had carried out a position auction promotion to fill the vacancy of structural positions held. This is done as a step in improving government performance to make it more optimal. The auction of this position carried out by the Aceh Provincial Government will be seen by involving the Aceh Civil Service Agency (BKA) against Law no. 5 of 2014 which regulates the state civil apparatus. Special autonomy as one of the strategies in overcoming social welfare issues is one of them in Aceh Province. The implementation of regional autonomy after the reforms marked by the issuance of Law Number 33 of 2004 concerning the financial balance between the central government to the regions. The hope is to make the regions more autonomous or independent in government, and a more equal financial structure and the right to manage financial resources that are more transparent. This research focuses on the impact of the implementation of special autonomy in Aceh Province, limited from 2015 to 2019 in poverty alleviation efforts. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to literature study and statistical data analysis. Data analysis techniques in this study were using statistical data analysis obtained from BPS. The results showed that special autonomy as an effort to reduce poverty in Aceh has a very good contribution because it has reduced poverty in Aceh from 819 thousand in March 2019 to 810 thousand people in September 2019. And the use of the special autonomy fund was channeled through programs made by the Aceh government in the fields of Education, Health, and the economy.

Jurnatan area is a trading and office hub in Semarang City which was built in the 1970s. Furthermore, the area is directly adjacent to Semarang's premier cultural heritage area, namely Kota Lama. Since the economic center shifted to the Simpang Lima area in the 1980s, Jurnatan area lost its chief appeal, and was gradually abandoned. This heavily impacted the area, resulting in abandoned complexes, declining trade, and its current status as a 'no man's land'. This study aims to find design concepts to revitalize the area, and revitalize its function as an area which supports the area of Kota Lama Semarang, in its ambition to become a World Heritage site. The area planning forwards the concept of walkability, which puts pedestrian needs ahead of vehicles. Besides being an important part of the Semarang City Government's plan to revitalize the Kota Lama, this concept is suitable for reducing the density of vehicles both in the cultural heritage area and the transition area of shopping complex.

This article aims to analyze the relationship between the teacher and the congregation of the Naqsabandiyah in local political action and their relationship with local political elites. This study uses a qualitative approach that aims to interpret a case that will be carefully examined and analyzed using periodic descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study indicate that the pattern of relations between teachers and congregation of the Naqsabandiyah groups in local political action in Rokan Hulu Regency tends to be more accommodating to the authorities, where the political orientation of this group has undergone a transition from traditional to rational action with its own political choices. Then, the relationship between the group and local political elites in socio-religious practices has confirmed the existence of a very strong religious and political relationship, where the Naqsabandiyah sees Achmad (local political elite) as a group representation traced from the existence of kinship ties.

Along with the many potentials in developing the tourism sector and impressive research in the tourism sector, in the last ten years, interest in studying and researching the sustainability of the development of Indonesia's tourism sector has continued to increase significantly. However, despite the increase, the scientific literature published so far has not evaluated in detail the sustainability of Indonesia's tourism development. This study analyzed 861 articles published until February 2021 in the Scopus database on Indonesia's tourism development sustainability. In conducting the analysis, the VosViewer software was used to find results about the most contributing authors, the number of citations, regions, organization, publica-tions and co-occurrences of keywords that could provide new gaps in future research. The results obtained showed trends and impacts of literature published to date, then new gaps/novelties for further research related to the themes of sport tourism, mangrove tourism, sharia tourism and Indonesia's tourism resilience were found. With these results, the next researchers should raise the theme so that Indonesian tourism's sustainability can develop adequately to have a more significant impact in the future.
