Muhammadiyah always asserts itself as a social-religious organization to keep it from the (practical) political world. Here, the political potency does not mean that it is in the form of institutional involvement, but it is rather on the policy and the efforts of Muhammadiyah in changing or influencing any policy. The critical attitude of Muhammadiyah organization in moral movement is visible in giving response to a policy that is in colonial literature is called the Godsdiensonderwijs. Muhammadiyah's attitude toward the teacher ordinance policy is not carried out radically and confrontationally. Muhammadiyah's political attitude looks elegant, flexible, and accommodating with a scheme of high politics and allocative politics.
The existence of educational curriculum management is a form of collaborative effort or effort to encourage the achievement of learning objectives, especially to improve the quality of teaching and learning interactions. This requires a series of evaluation, planning and implementation that cannot be separated from the unit. On the other hand, learning management is a part of a system with interrelated components. The learning components in an educational structure include students (students), teachers (educators), materials, curriculum, school infrastructure, and learning method strategies. In curriculum management and learning thus interrelated in education to achieve the desired goals. Curriculum management is an important part that influences the success of education in national education. In addition, because the curriculum is a support system to achieve institutional goals in an educational institution, the curriculum has an important role in realizing and creating quality schools. To support the success of the curriculum, the government sector or must be empowered to lead the curriculum. Curriculum management at the institution or school level must be coordinated by management (administrators) and assistant supervisors (administrators) which are developed as a whole in the context of the SBM and unit level curriculum. Starting in 2021, the government will stop recruiting Civil Servant Candidates from the teacher formation, replacing it with a government employee line with a work agreement (PPK). This study also aims to analyze the policy of terminating PNS teachers. side of mistakes in policy making so as to make actions that are detrimental to private schools as a result of taking teachers and transferring to other schools. UU no. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that teachers are professional educators, where teachers have a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree (S1) and are certified. In practice, education still relies on honorary teachers because of the shortage of professional educators. In terms of qualifications and competence, only a small proportion of honorary teachers have an undergraduate education and are certified. There are still many teacher qualifications that have not been mapped, especially auxiliary teachers who have not been registered in the basic education data. This paper examines the scheme of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in meeting the shortage of educators in schools. The open selection of PPPK for honorary teachers and graduates of Teacher Professional Education (PPG) can be a solution for improving the governance of educators. This step is expected to overcome the problem of the shortage of competent educators and teachers can concentrate fully on carrying out their educational tasks without worrying about their welfare. Synergy between ministries/institutions and all related parties, including Commission X of the DPR RI through the functions of legislation, budgeting, and supervision is needed so that the PPPK selection produces quality teachers.
Minister of Education Nadiem Makarim in 2021 has formulated the National Assessment Policy, this policy is a policy issued by the government in Indonesia a s a substitute for the national exam, which prioritizes reasoning abilities and the application of calculation methods, assessment and morality or character education. So that in the following year the national exams which are usually held in elementary schools, junior high schools and high / vocational schools no longer carry out national exams. The research method in this study is qualitative in nature, by collecting data as a reference source and further research data to describe the problems that occur in accordance with this research, namely the abolition of the national exam which is replaced by a national assessment system. The results of this study are that the policy of the elimination of the national exam greatly influences the final evaluation process of student education, where this abolition is intended to improve the quality of education, because the national exam is deemed less effective due to the lack of government coordination to optimize control of the distribution of questions from the center. The pros and cons of eliminating this national exam must be balanced with mutual support from various parties, so that it is hoped that this national assessment system will run well.
Education is very important to educate human life. A nation will progress if its education is very much considered and even prioritized. This article aims to describe the educational policy analysis model.This research uses literature study which explains the definition of education policy analysis, the function of education policy analysis and the urgency of education policy analysis. Education that runs in an institution cannot be separated from government interference, this is of course because of its policies that are used as guidelines in achieving the goals or vision and mission of an educational institution.The implementation of an educational policy at an educational institution will certainly be one of the determinants of the success of the objectives of education.
Risk is something that always exists in human life, whether it is in the activities carried out by humans, an organization, an institution, a company, and even a government. Risk is usually considered as an adverse event, therefore we as humans need to be careful and make the right calculations in everything. However, when we are careful and run according to the plan, but we experience losses / are still affected by these risks. With this, risk management is needed, as an effort to always be able to survive in the face of all risks in various unpredictable circumstances. The author uses a qualitative method, obtaining information through interviews with the Principal of Mts Muhammadiyah Sanden, as well as from various literatures. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of risk management in improving the quality of education at Mts Muhammadiyah Sanden, through the process of program evaluation, implementation evaluation, and evaluation of activity results. This is very influential and runs smoothly in improving the quality of schools, because in managing its activities it is very good and can minimize the risks of its activities.
The problem that often occurs in the world of education is the lack of proper education. One of the reasons for this is the lack of proper school management. Education really needs aspects that can improve the quality and quality in empowering the community, starting with students. Students who will become the nation's next generation certainly need good quality education. This article uses literature research, by looking for sources of reference material from journals and books that discuss themes related to studies that discuss the nature of educator management and its functions and uses. After the data supporting materials and reference materials are collected, the next step is compiling by analyzing according to the reality that occurs with intellect.
The purpose of this study was to find out how to resolve conflicts in the administration of education in Madrasahs and the challenges faced in education management in Madrasas or schools. This is so that the author as a vocational teacher can find a solution to the conflict in education management in the madrasa that he must find when he becomes a teacher candidate. In this paper, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method to obtain information. Because the information in this document describes efforts to manage conflict in the provision of education in madrasas or schools. Poor management will affect the development of schools, especially at this time the quality of education is still declining. The factors that influence the government are the obsolescence of science and technology due to globalization so that it gives birth to quality, directed, well-planned and well-organized schools. As is happening in Indonesia today, education is still developing unevenly, coupled with the impact of the 19th earthquake, making education management even more chaotic. Therefore, in the arrangement and management of teachers, teachers must carry out their responsibilities and obligations properly in school management in accordance with educational orientation.
Teachers are an important role in the world of education, the teaching profession is a noble profession because it is often referred to as heroes without honors. Talking about teachers, there are several statuses ranging from civil servants or PNS of the Ministry of Education and Culture and Ministry of Religion, honorary public school teachers, permanent foundation teachers, nonpermanent foundation teachers, civil servant teachers seconded to private schools, SM3T teachers (scholars educate in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged areas ), and others. Regarding the many statuses of the teaching profession, it is inseparable from various problems such as the problem of honorary teachers that never ends and with minimal solutions, coupled with the recent policy on stopping the recruitment of PNS teachers in 2021, the purpose of terminating this recruitment is to change the system. recruitment of civil servants to government employees with employment agreements. This policy analysis examines the main points of employment in Law Number 43 of 1999 article 2 paragraph 3 and Law Number 8 of 1974 concerning careers and achievement systems, with this policy it is hoped that the problem of honorary teachers will decrease.
This research is a study that focuses on the analysis of educational policies recently issued by the Government of Indonesia, the Ministry of Education and Technology, namely Permendikbud No. 6 of 2021. This study aims to provide analysis and solutions to the policy of Permendikbud No. 6 of 2021 which stated that the disbursement of BOS Funds is discountinued to schools with less than 60 students for 3 consecutive years. This research was conducted through the study of literature (library research) such as books and websites. The method used for data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis technique that can describe the main discussion and bring up the final solution. Based on the results of this study, the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2021 deserves to be revoked and reviewed.
