The purpose of this article is to analyze the main publications on the issues of genesis and formation of methodological foundations of culturology as a scientific field of knowledge. At the same time, considerable attention is paid to the contribution of scientists of the Kharkiv State Academy of Culture in the process of formation and establishment of culturology not only as a scientific field of knowledge and its methodology, but also as an educational program for higher education.
The methodological basis for writing this article is the culturological approach (method), which accumulates a set of principles and methods of the humanities, which were adapted to conduct scientific researches on cultural issues.
The result of scientific research of this article is demonstration of the achievements of modern cultural historiography in the formation of its methodological paradigm, its arsenal of principles and methods of scientific research.
The scientific novelty of this article is to confirm the view that no scientific field of humanities, including culturology, should limit research only to its scientific tools. Each science chooses from a diverse methodological arsenal of the humanities those principles and methods that it needs and is suitable for studying the problems of its scientific field. At the same time, each science, including culturology, adapts the methods and principles of other sciences to their research.
The practical significance of the results of the analysis of modern historiography of the problems of methodological principles of culturology as a field of scientific and educational knowledge is that the materials of the article can be useful in further research of methodological principles of culturology. At the same time, the materials of the article can be used in the process of preparation of scientific and educational programs and methodical manuals devoted to the courses of culturology and its methodology.
The processes of mediation of intercultural dialogue during the establishment of international cooperation in the context of globalization are analyzed. The issues of genesis and formation of dialogue and its formation in the field of culture in the age of civilizational globalization are considered. At the same time, the role of international organizations in the development of intercultural dialogue is shown. It is demonstrated that the sustainable development of modern civilization mainly depends on the dialogue of cultures as a mediator in the process of international cooperation establishment.

Problem statement. The study of problems related to the old domestic intellectuals, which acquired education, upbringing and practical experience before the Bolshevik occupation of Ukraine, continue to be relevant today. Because the historical circumstances of 100 years ago in many ways resemble the situation and events in Ukraine today. That is why it is important to re-analyze the selected issues in order to come to convincing conclusions for making promising fateful decisions for modern Ukraine and its future.
In the course of scientific research, the author took into account the conditions under which the cultural and educational activities of the old intellectuals of Ukraine took place — mainly between 1917–1925. It was the period of civil war in Ukraine, when the presence of the figure of the leader, dictatorship and terror, forced mobilizations of the population and especially of the old intellectuals, which were supplemented by the death sentence without charge or trial of those who disagree with the ruling regime. All this testified to the fact that a totalitarian system of state and political power was gradually formed in Ukraine, which led to the death of almost all the old intellectuals, which the Bolshevik regime turned to its advantage, shot down, tortured in prisons and camps, or forced to emigrate.
It should be noted that a detailed historiographical analysis of the available literature on the old intellectuals and government was conducted by the author in his monograph (Sheiko, 2020, pp. 8–87). This analysis testifies to the relevance of this topic and that it is still poorly studied.
The methodology of this study are culturological principles and methods of analysis of problems related to the cultural and educational activities of the old intellectuals during the Ukrainian revolution of 1917–1921 and the formation of the totalitarian system in Ukraine.
The result of this scientific research is a culturological analysis of the problems of educational activities of the old intellectuals of Ukraine under the conditions of the civil war, the Ukrainian revolution and the formation of the totalitarian system.
The scientific topicality of this scientific research is that with the help of culturological methodology it was possible to highlight the role of the old intellectuals in mass cultural and educational activities among the population in the difficult and brutal conditions of the civil war, revolution and totalitarianism that had begun to form.
The practical significance of this article is that its results can be used in further researches on selected topic. At the same time, the scientific results of this study can serve as material in the process of preparing scientific and methodological documentation for humanities courses.
The purpose of this research is to analyze a meaningful understanding of the definition of the polyethnosphere and to identify mediation trends in the relationship of the polyethnosphere with the processes of interexistence of various archetypes of the modern globalization world.

The practical significance of this article is that its results can be of interest in the preparation of methodological materials for history and theory of culture in higher education institutions, especially in the ones of the humanitarian specialization.
The purpose of the article is to provide a conceptual justification (mainly based on the materials of KSAC) of the essence of multi-vector interaction in the system of internal and external communication of higher educational institutions with the main stakeholders of the educational process.
The methodology. The peculiarity of the analysis of the multi-vector interaction of higher education institutions with stakeholders in the system of educational communication required the application of the entire spectrum of principles and methods of socio-communicative and cultural-educational direction.
The results of the study of the given topic are embodied in the concept, proposed by the authors, of raising the higher education of Ukraine to the European and world level, which involves, first of all, a fundamental reform of its substantive, structural, organizational, methodological and technological foundations.
The scientific novelty of the researched topic is that, in fact, for the first time, the authors, on the basis of a comprehensive study of scientific sources, based on many years of scientific and pedagogical experience at Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, qualified the communication links of a higher education institution on the micro-, meso-, exo-, macro- and mega-levels.
The practical significance of the scientific results of the study of the given topic is that they can be used for further study of this and similar issues, and can also be used in the process of educational and creative work of higher education institutions teachers of Ukraine during the interaction of higher education institutions with stakeholders in the educational communication system.
The purpose of the article is to highlight the mediating role of psychoanalysis in the processes of evolution of culture and art and the formation of culturology as a new and young scientific field. The main attention is paid to the mediating role of psychoanalysis in the development of the cultural and artistic field and the formation of personality.
The methodology of this scientific research is culturological principles and research methods. It is the culturological methodology that has convincingly proved the mediating role of psychoanalysis in the civilizational development of culture and art, in the processes of formation of culturology as a scientific field.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the culturological basis of mediation on the basis of available literature on the problems of culturological aspects of mediation in the context of globalization. After all, the very mediation of culture in the context of globalization makes it possible to resolve extremely complex and controversial issues of social relations, both internal and external. In the context of globalization challenges, resolving the conflicts of international civilizational cooperation gives hope for the further preservation of peace on the globe and for the further evolution of the world community. In addition, the study of this problem allows us to ensure that this issue is not only relevant but also poorly researched.

The result of the research is constructive conclusions of the analysis of the existing literature on the issues of cultural mediation, demonstration of achievements in the process of resolving international conflict situations through indirect dialogue of cultures in the context of civilizational globalization.
The scientific novelty of the article is that by studying the achievements of indirect application of intercultural dialogue, the world community gets an additional opportunity for further international cooperation in resolving urgent conflict challenges, which allows the world community to maintain sustainable peace on the planet.

The essence of anthropocentrism as a key methodological principle of modern higher education, based on the elevation to the status of the goal and center of human educational activity, human development. Studentcenteredness is considered as one of the main components of educational anthropocentrism. We analyzed the scientific views and demonstrated the results of our own research on the peculiarities of building equal partnerships and mutual evaluative judgments in the systemic relationships "teacher — student", "student — student", "teacher — teacher" to ensure the integrity of the pedagogical process, balance and responsibility of educational participants. activities, improving its quality.
Emphasis was placed on the advantages of the latest pedagogical technologies: peer teaching, which has significant didactic potential in the system of studentstudent interaction, is useful for student — "student" and for student — "teacher" as well; peer coaching technique, which is aimed at partnership "teacher — teacher".
Conclusions are made on the growing role of anthropocentric approach as a worldview basis for developing a new strategy of higher education in Ukraine, its strategy of humanization, balancing the importance of all major actors involved in the educational process, ensuring the integrity of teaching, strengthening interpersonal communication, achieving balance and responsibility. quality of higher education. In the process of democratization of higher education in Ukraine, the anthropocentric approach is of paramount importance, the practical implementation of which will contribute to the strengthening of academic traditions and effective implementation of innovations, the establishment of partnerships between all participants in educational activities: students, teachers, HEI employees, employers and others, built on the principles of mutual understanding, mutual enrichment and development.
