The method used in this study is the Random Effect Model and gravity model. Estimation results show that EPA Indonesia (ITPC) has a positive and significant effect on the value of Indonesian non-oil exports in all models. Foreign direct investment (FDI) has a positive effect and significant for global and developing countries model. GDP per capita and Free Trade Agreements have a significant positive effect on non-oil exports in all models. Banks are a particular type of institution within the financial system that have influence on financial stability. Their readiness will determine the government's policy, notably in an economic era of integration. In the case of South East Asia, there is the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) which facilitates economic integration to strengthen allthe member countries. This study aims to measure bank efficiency (conventional and shariah) in Indonesia, and also establish the transmission scheme based on the estimated result through financial stability issues confronting the AEC. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is used to estimate banking efficiency statically and dynamically (Malmquist Index). The result showed that technical efficiency of conventional banks is statically better than shariah banks. Meanwhile, dynamically, considering technological index, both types of banks have good results. The optimizing effort by each bank in order to increase their input utilization can be maintained through intensification of the financial program and making it more comprehensive. Subsequently, this effort hopefully can increase the number of financial participants. Eventually, increasing the number of participants will strengthen the financial stability of Indonesia.
Police reform in the Mobile Brigade Corps unit in Indonesia, which seeks to break away from militaristic elements, has not been fully implemented optimally. This is reflected in the lack of implementation of human values in serving the community. The extra effort of officers in encouraging community service based on human values can be realized through Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is not only directed at fellow officers, but also towards organizations in the context of community service. Based on Social Exchange Theory, this study aims to investigate the mechanism of strengthening Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the context of the Police Mobile Brigade Corps with the support of Empowering Leadership, Psychological Empowerment, and Job Satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach, this study distributed online questionnaires to 395 Mobile Brigade Corps officers. Furthermore, this study analyzes the data using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. The test results show that Empowering Leadership can strengthen Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In addition, this study reveals the mediating role of Psychological Empowerment and Job Satisfaction in the influence of Empowering Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. With these findings, the Police Mobile Brigade Corps needs to improve the competence of officers through training and development efforts so that officers feel psychologically empowered and have job satisfaction. On the other hand, Mobile Brigade Corps needs to encourage leaders to provide opportunities for officers to participate in decision making and recognize their contributions to work.
AbstractIndonesia is one of the countries affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, so many victims died. Seeing an increase in Covid-19 cases, the government made a physical distancing policy to reduce the spread of Covid-19. However, this policy has an impact on hampered economic activity. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in 2020, the number of poor people in March 2020 was 26.42 million people, an increase of 1.63 million people compared to September 2019. In addition, the Indonesian economy in the second quarter of 2020 compared to the second quarter of 2019 experienced a growth contraction of 5.32 percent (y-on-y). One of the groups of people who feel the impact of the Covid-19 on the family's economic condition is a group of people with disabilities. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many people with disabilities have lost their jobs. In addition, some of them have succeeded in developing cooperatives. Currently, there are many Cooperatives for Persons with Disabilities. However, their work is lacking in demand due to declining demand in the market. Therefore, this is the background for community service activities to increase business volume through optimizing the use of digital platforms at the Indonesian Disability Cooperative. With business assistance for people with disabilities, it can help improve the skills of people with disabilities and help promote their products so that they can expand the marketing reach of products for people with disabilities. Thus, the income of persons with disabilities will increase. Keywords: Cooperatives, Disability, Digital Platform, Covid-19AbstrakIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19, sehingga banyak korban meninggal.
