Profesionalisme Militer pada Pemerintahan Soeharto dan Abdurrahman Wahid
The reforms that rolled out in 1998 were one of the important momentum in the history of civil-military relations in Indonesia. The thick political and bureaucratic culture of military domination in the 32 years of Soeharto's reign with Dwi The function of his ABRI turned to Abdurrahman Wahid's government which put forward civilian supremacy especially in terms of politics and bureaucracy to be interesting to discuss. This study is a comparison of the role of the military during the Soeharto government and Abdurrahman Wahid's administration with a historical social qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the New Order government regime tended to be authoritarian in that the power rested on one President who was able to control military power to maintain power, whereas during Abdurrahman Wahid's administration system tended to shift towards a more democratic regime. Through this study, it can be concluded that in the transition to a democratic regime, restructuring the role of the military in political life is an important prerequisite that must be carried out.

Management and development of charitable money entrusted by legislation to the Financial institutions considering shariah professionalism owned by the agencies in managing the Islamic finance in addition to meet the required characteristics of endowments guarantee the integrity of the property anyway. But this may still be at the level seen in idealitas whenever practical level where the purity Islamic financial institutions in implementing the principles of sharia realatif not total, because it will see is the management and development of charitable money through investment in Money Market Invesment schemes Mudaraba through inter-bank or Wadiah Bank Indonesia Certificates. This is done by the Islamic Financial Institutions in order to minimize investment risk to meet the characteristics of endow-ments, but the main goal in "mensejahterahkan" people through direct investment or development of real sector of high risk postscript far from expectations.

PERAN KIAI DALAM PEMILUKADA DI PAMEKASAN 2008
The social structure of Madurese society gives a high position to kyai for playing roles both politics and religion, as well as social and culture fields. Roles they say "bhepa' bhebu' guruh ratoh." These affirms that Madurese people should regard parent first, then teacher (kyai), and at last ruler (ratoh). Yet, practically, people give more affection, loyalty, devotion, and dedication for the kyai than to their parent. From this reality, this paper aims to elucidate the inter-connection between politics and religion, in the process of local election of Pamekasan 2008. It articulates how the kyai intensively participated in local election using both social and religious domains. The study showed that the roles of the religion, social structure, and politics "communicate" each other.b
