Business and entrepreneurship are one of the fundamental and important factors in the economy of a nation. In Indonesia lending is being intensified to small and medium-sized companies that are unable to borrow capital from banks through the establishment of venture capital by the government. The existence and role of financial institutions in the form of venture capital in Indonesia is important to study, because it is a new institution that is starting to develop, which certainly has an influence on the development of the business world and legal institutions and institutions. The research method used is empirical juridical, which is qualitative by means of descriptive analysis. The results of the study are that although venture capital has not been based on clear legal aspects, in practice, venture capital activities are complemented by an agreement. Venture Capitalist has a stronger position on the investee company, while freedom of contract can only be applied well when both parties have the same position. However, venture capital tends to protect interest (capital) with special provisions, including its responsibilities. Therefore there is a need for a model and further regulation of the contents of the "standard venture capital agreement", especially the financing mechanism as well as its implementation instructions, so as to provide clearer, more complete and stronger implementation guidelines. A financing agreement made between a venture capital company and its partner company is based on a standard contract that requires supervision and protection to maintain balance. Measures of protection and supervision are through the basis of legislation, control carried out by the government, control carried out by judges (courts) and legal consultants and notaries.

AbstractThis paper aims to discuss the development of venture capital reevaluation in Indonesia that provides an opportunity for businesses to develop the corporation through financing. This paper uses normative juridical research. The results of the analysis is that the regulation and legal policy which can provide adequate legal protection is needed to support the corporation neither the corporation founded by the State or by private parties. Capital is needed in the establishment and operation of an enterprise, including through venture capital. Therefore, the existence of venture capital should be supported by the government as a regulator and facilitator and community businesses which can grow better so that not only large companies but also small firms and medium can be helped by the growth of venture capital. On the other hand, since the inclusion of funds to the venture capital system is high risk for investors, then early investors must be careful in order to save funds or capital is entered into the corporation's business partners. AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai reevaluasi Pengembangan modal ventura di indonesia memberikan kesempatan bagi pelaku bisnis untuk mengembangkan perusahaannya melalui pembiayaan.Tulisan ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis normatif. Hasil dari analisis dalam tulisan ini adalah bahwa Pengaturan dan kebijakan hukum yang dapat memberikan perlindungan hukum yang memadai diperlukan untuk mendukung kegiatan perusahaan baik perusahaan yang didirikan oleh Negara maupun oleh pihak swasta . Dalam pendirian dan operasional sebuah perusahaan dibutuhkan modal termasuk melalui modal ventura. Oleh karena itu keberadaan modal ventura harus didukung oleh pemerintah sebagai regulator dan fasilitator serta masyarakat pelaku bisnis agar modal ventura dapat berkembang lebih baik sehingga bukan hanya perusahaan besar, namun juga perusahaaan kecil dan menengah dapat terbantu oleh pertumbuhan modal ventura. Di lain pihak berhubung penyertaan dana dengan sistem modal ventura ini mengandung risiko tinggi bagi pemodal, maka dari awal pemodal (venture capitalist) harus berhati-hati guna menyelamatkan dana/modal yang dimasukkan ke dalam perusahaan mitra bisnisnya.

Abstract: this study aims to discribe forms of legal protection of shareholders in the company's asset sales in excess of 50% (fifty percent) of the amount of the net worth of the company without the approval of the General Meeting Of Shareholders under article 102 paragraph 4 of Act No. 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability companies as well as to know what kind of Board of Directors responsibility. The study method uses normative juridical with legislation approach. Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Company provides legal protection by freeing shareholders from personal responsibility for commitments made on behalf of the Company and is not liable for losses of the Company in excess of its shares. Then the responsibility of the board of directors in running its stewardship must be based on in good faith and full of responsibility because the directors hold the fiduciary duty of the company. If the board of directors is negligent in their duties, directors may be subject to piercing the corporate viel of personal liability to personal property of the board of directors for loss received by the company, shareholders or third parties. The Dukuh traditional village community is a strong community with the principle of holding ancestral traditions based on Islamic values. The purpose of this study was to describe the experiences, understandings, and meanings of the da'is in Dukuh village and to describe the effectiveness of his da'wah communication. The research method used is the phenomenology method with Harold Lasswell's communication theory which assumes 5 elements of communication. The results of this study indicate that da'i cannot impose heavy material because the majority of the livelihoods of the residents are farmers; each da'i understands that preaching must be carried out by everyone in the village of Hamlet with their respective abilities; the meaning of da'wah according to the preachers in the village of Hamlet is 5T, namely the purpose of inhaling (khaufullāh and rahmatullāh), the task of inhaling (worship), the procedure of hrup (by being obedient to Allāh, apostles and government), inhaled challenges (must be strong against trials) , and Tuntung breathes (always expresses himself to face death by worship). Da'wah in the Dukuh Customary village environment has run quite effectively because the community generally adheres to the 5T principle which has been maintained for generations. AbstrakMasyarakat kampung adat Dukuh merupakan masyarakat yang teguh berprinsip memegang tradisi leluhur berasas nilai-nilai Islam. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengalaman, pemahaman, dan pemaknaan para da'i yang ada di kampung Dukuh serta menggambarkan keefektifan komunikasi dakwahnya. Metode penelitian yang diguanakn adalah metode fenomenologi dengan teori komunikasi Harold Lasswell yang mengasumsikan 5 unsur komunikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa da'i tidak bisa memaksakan materi yang berat karena mayoritas mata pencaharian penduduknya adalah petani; setiap da'i memahami bahwa dakwah wajib dilakukan setiap orang di kampung Dukuh dengan kemampuannya masing-masing; makna dakwah menurut para da'i di kampung Dukuh adalah 5T, yaitu Tujuan hirup(khaufullāh dan rahmatullāh), Tugas hirup (ibadah), Tata cara hrup (dengan taat kepada Allāh, rasul dan pemerintah), Tantangan hirup (harus kuat menghadapi cobaan), dan Tuntung hirup (selalu memperispkan diri untuk menghadapi kematian dengan ibadah). Dakwah di lingkungan kampung Adat Dukuh telah berjalan cukup efektif karena masyarakatnya secara umum memegang teguh prinsip 5T yang telah dijaga secara turun-temurun.

The development of the digital economy has provided various services that make it easier for the community, one of which is the presence of information technology-based lending and borrowing services or online loans through Fintech. However, the issue of online lending or financial technology peer to peer lending (P2P fintech) is increasingly in the public spotlight. The most recent case of a Kindergarten teacher in Malang entangled in a loan of Rp. 40 million in 24 online loan service providers due to continuous default. This paper will examine the problems with online loans from the point of view of interest rates in this case related to the credit agreement and how or suggestions to overcome these problems. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research using a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of this study indicate that the problem of imposing interest rates on online loans occurs because Article 17 Paragraph (1) of POJK Number 77 of 2016 creates uncertainty in the practice of determining interest rates and arrangements regarding limits on the imposition of interest rates are only regulated through the association's code of ethics.

Penelitian ini mengnalisis pemungutan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) atas transaksi jual beli hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan di Kota Malang yang tergantung hasil verifikasi lapangan pajak BPHTB dan mengetahui dasar hukum verifikasi lapangan dalam menentukan besaran tarif pemungutan Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) atas transaksi jual beli hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan di Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Tarif pemungutan pajak penghasilan (pph) atas transaksi jual beli hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan ditentukan oleh hasil verifikasi lapangan PPh BPHTB tetap pada besaran yang telah ditetapkan dalam PP Nomor 34 Tahun 2016 yaitu hanya sebesar 2,5% tanpa harus dihitung kemudian dengan hasil verifikasi lapangan seperti yang terjadi di Kota Malang. Dasar hukum dalam melakukan verifikasi lapangan dalam menentukan besaran tarif pemungutan pajak penghasilan (pph) atas transaksi jual beli hak atas tanah dan/atau bangunan di Kota Malang tidak ada sama sekali, baik di dalam Perda maupun Perwal sehingga kegiatan verifikasi lapangan yang selama ini dijadikan dasar untuk menentukan besaran PPh BPHTB tidak memiliki kepastian hukumThis study analyzes the collection of Income Tax (PPh) on the sale and purchase transactions of land and / or building rights in Malang which depend on the verification result of BPHTB tax field and to know the legal basis of field verification in determining the tariff rate of Income Tax (PPh) on sale and purchase transactions rights to land and / or buildings in Malang. The research method used is empirical juridical with sociological juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the tariff of income tax (pph) on the sale and purchase transactions of land and / or building rights is determined by the verification result of the field of fixed income tax on the amount specified in Government Regulation Number 34 Year 2016 which is only 2.5% must be calculated later with the results of field verification as happened in Malang. The legal basis for conducting field verification in determining the amount of income tax collection tariff (PPh) on the sale and purchase transaction of land and / or building in Malang is not present at all, either in Perda or Perwal so that field verification activity which has been used as the basis to determine the amount of PPh BPHTB does not have legal certainty.

ABSTRAK Kekuatan partai politik di parlemen seolah tidak mampu diimbangi oleh kekuatan pemerintah, sistem multi partai seolah membuat jebakan baru bagi pemerintahan yang menganut sistem presidensial yang ada saat ini. Eksekutif seolah dibatasi ruang lingkupnya dengan berbagai kebijakan dan regulasi yang dikeluarkan oleh legislatif. Kepentingan politik dan intervensi politik terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dijadikan sebagai posisi tawar bagi partai politik yang berhasil menguasai parlemen. Negosiasi politik untuk mengakomodir kepentingan banyak partai agar dapat menjamin dukungan mayoritas di parlemen semakin mempersulit efektivitas pemerintahan. Pemberian mandat atau kepercayaan masyarakat bagi anggota legislatif seolah tidak disertai dengan kewajibannya dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya penyalahgunaan wewenang (chek and balances). Lembaga legislatif sebagai pemegang kekuasaan politik masih diidentikan sebagai penguasa, sehingga masyarakat harus tunduk pada kekuasaan tersebut.Untuk itu, perlu dilakukan suatu upaya yang dapat menciptakan sistem akuntabilitas lembaga legislatif yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai demokrasi. Karena pada dasarnya sistem akuntabilitas yang dilakukan oleh para anggota legislatif akan mencerminkan tentang adanya peran dan fungsi pertanggungjawaban amanat kepada rakyatnya, dan memberikan penilaian positif atas keberadaan lembaga legislatif yang bersih, netral dan bebas dari penyalahgunaan kekuasaan Kata Kunci : Akuntabilitas Politik, Demokrasi

The results show that there is no legal certainty regarding business decisions taken by Directors who experience losses in business transactions so that the Government / DPR must amend the BUMN Law by adding articles on the legal protection of the Directors of Persero.

According to McLuhan's idea, for a communication phenomena to occur through the use of media, it must do more than just consider the medium in which the message will be delivered. In analyzing the context of the message on a specific platform, this investigation on Twitter in Indonesia demonstrates how Twitter has become a facilitator of extremism and an accelerant of radicalization chances. In contrast to the common belief that radicalism has a single meaning, the purpose of this study is to explain why the media and messages can only substantially alter the mode of communication if they are backed by ideological components and features of the technology itself in Indonesia.

One of the 21 tribal groups in North Maluku, the Togutil Tribe still closely upholds its traditional beliefs and practices. They also form their own community and restrict interaction and communication with other ethnic groups, such as the Maba tribe. This study aimed to determine how opinion leaders' role in the acculturation between the Togutil tribe and the Maba tribe caused acculturation in East Halmahera Regency. The research approach used is qualitative research, which seeks to understand, explain and analyze the acculturation process between the Togutil tribe and other ethnic communities in the "Gam Rangge" customary area of East Halmahera Regency. The results showed that the communication process between the Togutil tribe and religious leaders, traditional leaders, community leaders and the government had been going on for a long time since 1984 and had a direct impact on cultural acculturation. The existence of religious leaders and community leaders has an essential role in providing awareness to the Tugutil people in the forest interior of East Halmahera Regency to acculturate with the local community.

The self-concept of migrant women, is part of the meaning that comes from the communication symbols obtained from the stimuli obtained both verbally and non-verbally. Differences in the reception of stimuli received by migrant women lead to different perspectives in shaping the self-concept of migrant women in their role in the scope of patriarchal culture. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see how the self-concept of migrant women is seen from their role and position as wives in patriarchal culture. The research method used in this study is ethnomethodology, where the ethnomethodology method looks at the social reality of individual activities which then creates a place for social actors. From this, the research results obtained that there are differences in the self-concept of migrant women in interpreting their role and position as a wife, this is based on the construction obtained from the surrounding environment, both family and community

There are many types of contraceptives used by the Baduy remote indigenous communities (Baduy KAT) in Lebak regency, Banten, West Java, Indonesia. According to data, the number of family planning acceptors among the Baduy community stood at 1,529 in February 2021 comprising 1,503 in Outer Baduy and 26 in Inner Baduy. In the beginning, most Baduy KAT used implants before they changed contraceptives of their choice. This study aims to reveal what channels are used to disseminate information about family planning, as well as to ensure the effectiveness of the innovations about family planning information they receive. The method used is explanatory survey, with a frequency distribution to analyze and determine the relationship between variables and Spearman correlation analysis. The results showed that most respondents or 49% received family planning information from their relatives, 22% received it from health workers (posyandu cadres), 21% received it from village officials, 7% received it from indigenous community leaders (kakolot), and only 1% received it from the media. This study found that there is a fairly strong relationship between communication channels and the effectiveness of innovation acceptance. Most of the respondents stated that they decided to accept the family planning innovations concept within 6 months by using humans as a communication channel, such as their relatives, health workers, village officials, and kakolot leaders.
