; The Colombian Government, like most of the countries that committed to the Sustainable Development Agenda, has included the Sustainable Development Goals –SGD– within its public policies as a strategy to manage to develop sustainably. In the Colombian case, this initiative on the sdgs has been more evident since 2018, when they were included in the new National Development Plan –NDP–. The ndp included different mechanisms and strategies to work on the sdgs, at different levels and sectors of the country. Based on this context, this chapter aims to analyze how the figure of the regions can be used as a tool to achieve the Sustainable Development Agenda. In first place, we study the different legal aspects of the regions in Colombia. Then, we revise the role that has been attributed to them within the framework of the National Development Plan and, lastly, the reasons that support their strategic nature on the Sustainable Development Goals scenario.

During a military operation, besides providing technological infrastructure and specific weapons, it is also essential to have physical logistics to support the basic needs of troops. To provide this specific care, the Brazilian Air Force (BAF) has the Cellular Unit of Intendancy (CUI). Annually several support operations are planned, and events that cannot be predicted are estimated. Currently, the estimated budget and the report of total costs calculated after missions do not reflect the reality of the CUI expenses. The estimated budget presents values much lower than those presented in the reports of total costs, prepared after finishing each support event, and the report of total costs covers only a few activities performed in each support event. This gives the decision makers the erroneous impression that there are sufficient resources for accomplishing all objectives established. The Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and the Activity-Based Budget (ABB) systems were used in this research to generate the ABC and ABB models of calculation that will allow planners (officers) to provide more precise estimates of budgets and more accurate reports of total costs, based on the cost of the activities performed in each support event. These models will allow the decision makers to better plan the financial applications for the CUIs and to have more control of the existing resources. With this, the CUIs will be able to provide with excellence all activities needed to maintain the well-being and the morale of the troops deployed and, consequently, help to improve the overall results of the BAF missions.

The interpretations that the judiciary emanates on matters of great international repercussion, such as the condition of uberized workers, matter to the questioning because it conveys a series of ideologies similar to the mythological foundations that found the law itself. Therefore, this article proposes to problematize the naturalization of business practices that deny the existence of labor relations between digital platforms and their service providers. The method of approach was deductive, with a monographic procedure methodology, based on the literature review, concomitant with a brief documentary research. It is considered that the myth of uberization is legitimized in Brazil based on social influence, by legal means, to justify logic linked to the autonomy of work, through self-entrepreneurship.
