The neologism "Bibliologos" is literally translated from Greek as a "Book mind". Real areas of bibliologos existence are education, science, management. Bibliologos can be considered from three points of view: first, genetic (or rather epistemological, theoretical and cognitive) measurement, revealing the initial substances and philosophical categories that are inherent to both the National Logos in general and its varieties – Bibliologos; secondly, the socio-functional dimension, considering the productive forces, material tools and bibliosphere technologies; thirdly, system-structural measurement, studying signs, symbols and documents that form the system of bibliologos. Hence, there are three private definitions: genetic, functional and system-structural. The generalization of private definitions is the general definition: Bibliologos-Σ is a collective mind of a civilized society in the form of a productive force providing creation, preservation, use of book culture.The idea of the Bibliologos in all interpretations will undoubtedly find use in such areas of modern mental labor as education, science, management for to educate a new type of person. It is obvious. Prospects of the synthesis of book culture and digital culture are problematic. It should be assumed that in the future digital sphere for processing the Big Data arrays, Big Logos will be required as the universal vaccine from ignorance and nonsense.

Intelligence is understood as a means of mental activity, that is, a means of generating, storing, understanding, transforming thoughts in a special intelligible space of the noosphere. Three types of intellects are distinguished depending on the thinking subject: Intelligence A is an individual lively wit of a member of a society, which is in his mind; Intelligence B is a social logos, which is the core of abstract thought and speech sphere of public consciousness (logosphere) and includes the BB Bibliologo as one of its particular types; Intelligence C is an artificial intelligence that exists in a digital virtual reality (computer space and time). Intelligence A is a natural one, operating with symbols (speech and images) in a psychical human world; Intelligence B is artificial, operating with cultural codes in a social environment; Intelligence C is artificial, operating with digital signals in an electronic virtual environment. Two ideological problems are examined: firstly, the problem of the intelligences A, B, C dynamics of development in biological and historical time; secondly, the problem of interaction of various intelligences in the modern society logo sphere. The conclusion that digital culture must be balanced by humanitarian (humanistic) culture, the bearer of which is book cultural heritage, is made. For this, each Russian library should be a center of Russian culture, combining three types of intelligences: 1) library logo; 2) artificial intelligence of free access; 3) lively intelligence of a library team. The educational mission of Library Logos is to use their intellectual potential for to bring to senses (familiarize with the mind) the population of Russia. Moreover, it is desirable that our politicians should comprehend that the library is the humanistic stronghold of the nation, and digitalization (informatization, automation) is an auxiliary tool to strengthen book culture as the basic value of Russia.

The object of the article is to review scientific articles, to evaluate Wikipedia in publications of native library science periodicals. Wikipedia is considered from the point of view of scientific activity management. The table is presented, which shows relative pros and cons of this electronic encyclopedia. Such disadvantages of this electronic resource as incomplete reflection of scientific subject areas, lack of professional categorization of electronic resources, influence from foreign copyright are noted, further direction of Wikipedia research in the system of national scientific sovereignty is determined as a subject-by-article analysis of the articles of this encyclopedia within the framework of certain scientific areas and, especially, in the field of library science and librarianship.

The article presents an analysis of the bibliographic database of the Google Academy as a source for studying the most cited articles of leading foreign journals in library and information sciences. The most rated journals on library science are introduced. The crisis of foreign library science as a social discipline in the subjects of the journal Scientometrics is ascertained. The place of foreign library science in the interdisciplinary discourse for November 2022 has been estimated. The leader of the turn towards new library science with greater focus on knowledge management and socio-ethical component in researches is designated R. David Lankes Professor of Library Science at the University of Texas in Austin. Based on the analysis of the most cited articles in the leading foreign journals on library science, the ways of modern library studies within the framework of the so-called "social turn", as well as the directions of interdisciplinary research in the field of social sciences with the participation of specialists in library and information sciences, are shown. When searching for a new library methodology, the so-called "chronotopy" and "altmetrics" are considered as a compromise option for combining quantitative and qualitative research methods, which also involve the author's immersion in the content under study – the basis for scientific introspection, self-reflection and self-control.

The recent trends in the world output of titanium-containing concentrates and titanium sponge – intermediate product in the production of metallic titanium – has been studied. The differences in the dynamics of these indicators have been found due to the fact that titanium-containing concentrates are used not only as raw materials for the production of titanium metal. The clusters of the world's major producers of titanium-containing concentrates and titanium sponge have been identified. The range of factors potentially influencing the titanium sponge price dynamics has been studied; the independence of this dynamics from fluctuations in supply and demand and the price of raw materials has been shown. The results of activity of JSC "Corporation VSMPO-AVISMA" were analyzed. The study shows that the main factor determining the sales profit margin of the Corporation is the dynamics of the exchange rate; a quantitative assessment of the degree of such influence has been made.
