As a leader, the principal must have several competencies. Social competence is one of the competencies that must be possessed by the principal as a leader in the school. This is directly related to the way the principal communicates with all school residents. If the school principal has sensitivity towards all school members, there will be no obstacles, so the aims and objectives of the school will be more easily achieved. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on how the principal's social sensitivity to citizens or community groups in schools. The purpose of this study is to describe the principal's social sensitivity towards other people or groups. By knowing this, principals can consider better behavior patterns. The results of the study revealed that social competence in terms of social sensitivity to other people or other groups, the principal of SMA Negeri (State High School) 11 Rejang Lebong was able to play a role as a decision maker, especially in overcoming various problems that occur at school, creative and able to offer solutions, involving religious leaders, the community, and government in resolving various problems, being objective or not taking sides in resolving internal conflicts, being sympathetic or considerate and empathizing with others. Researchers provide advice to school principals to continue the efforts on social sensitivity to other people or other groups, especially in high school 11 Rejang Lebong.

The low quality of early childhood education management in Indonesia can be seen from the results of accreditation that refer to national education standards. This study offers a solution that is to streamline management through the application of a management model based on national standards for early childhood education, which is integrated with a management information system. This article describes the process of formulating and testing a model called MPAUD-SNSI. The tests conducted at 45 schools in Bengkulu Province showed that the model and application of the management information system produced in this study were valid and reliable. The spider diagram simulation feature in the application can conduct a self-evaluation before applying for accreditation. This evaluation helps schools to improve the quality of management sustainably. The empirical test results show that if the indicators in the PAUD-SNSI model are applied in schools, the level of effectiveness of school management can reach the very effective criteria.

The general objective of this research is to describe the implementation of classroom management in teaching and learning activities at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Rejang Lebong. Specifically, the purpose of this research is to discuss the teachers' implementation of classroom management regarding (1) How the teacher maximizes the students' freedom of expression during learning activities, (2) How the teacher develops the students' expected behaviours and eliminate the unwanted ones. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method. Observation, interviews and documentation were used as the technique for collecting the data. The research subjects were five people consisted of four teachers and one principal. The research results revealed two things in classroom management. (1) The cultivation of prayer before learning and learning culture is a meaningful experience to increase devotion and create or maintain an orderly class atmosphere; (2) The teacher can create a dynamic, optimal learning atmosphere and open interaction for the emergence of the students' critical thinking.
