The study was conducted to test the postulate of four-stage loyalty model through the concept of destination image to represent cognitive component, satisfaction for affective aspect, and intention loyalty as the representative of conative component. The sample in this research was 102 tourists who visited Tarakan City, Indonesia in November 2016. The structural equation model showed that destination image was satisfaction antecedent, and satisfaction was the antecedent of intention loyalty. The impact of destination image towards intention loyalty was fully mediated by satisfaction. Theoretically, this research result had the implication in developing loyalty theory, while the managerial implication was beneficial to increase visitors loyalty to Tarakan City as a tourism destination.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine halal certification for halal culinary, destination brand and emotional experiences on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Design/methodology/approach This study uses a quantitative survey approach to 400 respondents consisting of Muslim foreign and domestic tourists who had visited Lombok in the past three years. The sampling technique is by purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS). Findings The findings showed that halal certification has no effect on customer satisfaction but on influenced behavioral intention, destination brand of Lombok had no effect on customer satisfaction; customer satisfaction influenced behavioral intention and emotional experiences affected customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research limitations/implications This study collects data from respondents both domestic and foreign tourists simultaneously. However, the data acquisition of respondents and foreign tourists is not balanced. Thus, this study analyzes tourists in general, not distinguished between foreign and domestic tourists. Practical implications The government and tourism organizers in Lombok need to provide socialization for domestic and foreign tourists on the need to choose halal-certified food and drinks to ensure halal and hygiene. In addition, so that the destination image of Lombok can provide a beautiful experience that becomes a moment of the truth, then the local government should improve its service strategy holistically. Social implications Destination image needs to be improved. This requires holistic tourism quality services so that the social community knows that Indonesia has a halal tourism destination that exists as tourists come from the airport to the hotel and enjoy food in restaurants and tourist attractions that are Muslim friendly. Originality/value This paper contributes to filling the void in the literature related to tourism management that is linked to tourism in the aftermath of natural disasters, where empirical studies on halal tourism are on the rise. Therefore, respondents in the study were specific, that is, those who had traveled. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this study is the first of a kind that includes behavioral intention in tourist destinations after natural disasters in the Indonesian context.

Smallholder cocoa farming system with multicultural / multicultural system conducted in Gunungkidul Regency is not known how far can play a role in increasing farmer's income. This research was conducted in Gunungkidul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta in July-September 2016. Primary data used were obtained from interviews of cocoa farmers, and secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies that could be justified for the truth. This study aims to assess cocoa farming practices and to identify physical and non-physical factors related to cocoa farming, to know the management and to know how much income is gained compared to the total income of the family. This research is a quantitative descriptive research involving 253 respondents. The observation result shows that the parameter of physical condition is less suitable with the requirement of cacao plant growth is on the soil type, which is more suitable for crops of regosol soil. Non-physical condition parameters related to cocoa farming are: Capital, Manpower, Transportation, Marketing, Credit Facility, and Technology. The majority of farmers obtain seeds from government assistance, fertilization is generally done once a year, harvest frequency 1-2 times each month, the production of smoking 0.5 kg / year.

Tourism is a fast-growing sector, and medical tourism is no exception. The increasing Muslim population has led to Muslim-friendly medical tourism being intensified by Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries. This can be seen from the large number of Muslim tourists who seek Muslim-friendly services for medical tourism, so hospitality management is important. The method of this research is a systematic literature review, which comes from several internationally reputable papers in Scopus and rankings in Scimago. This shows that the quality of medical tourism papers has gone through a rigorous selection process. The results of this study indicate that medical tourism has many enthusiasts. Furthermore, technological readiness is needed for the effectiveness of medical tourism promotion because it can reach the whole world. Medical tourism facilities, distance, and culture in the destination country are considered by medical tourism tourists in making decisions. This research can be useful for medical tourism service providers to further improve services and for the government to improve infrastructure in the medical tourism sector in order to attract foreign tourists.

Medical tourism is a trip abroad that is carried out by someone whose aim is to get health care, both general check-ups, treatment and rehabilitation. The most popular destination countries for medical tourism are India, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia. The number of Indonesians who travel to neighboring countries to get medical services is quite large. The number of Indonesian patients who go to Malaysia is 70% and Singapore is 65% of the total international patients undergoing treatment in the country. In general, people who undergo medical tourism are people who have more economic capacity. Medical tourism or often referred to as medical tourism is a new tourism innovation or a health service program in the form of health maintenance, improvement and recovery packaged in the form of tourism activities. This study aims to determine the effect of functional values, hedonic values , and sentimental values on behavioral intention in the medical tourism sector. This research uses a quantitative approach with online surveys. The analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square with a sample of 100 respondents for patients visiting middle to upper-class hospitals for examination or treatment or rehabilitation of their health after or suffering from illness in Indonesia and Malaysia. The results of this study indicate that functional values and hedonic values affect sentimental values, and functional values, hedonic values , and sentimental values affect behavioral intentions. So, it can be concluded that all relationships between variables are influential and significant.
