Pharmaceutical law: particularities of regulation of the Argyrea nervosa circulation in the Ukraine from the point of forensic pharmacy ; Фармацевтичне право: особливості регулювання обігу троянди гавайської (Argyrea nervosa) в Україні з позиції судової фармації
In this article the problem of the need to improve pharmaceutical legislation of Ukraine to strengthen state control over the regulation of plant species Argyrea nervosa from the point of judicial pharmacy. Negative health consequences of drug abuse by the plants species of Argyrea nervosa by the youth were studied. ; В статье рассмотрена проблема необходимости усовершенствования фармацевтического законодательства Украины для усиления государственного контроля за регулированием оборота растений рода роза гавайская (Argyrea nervosa) с позиции судебной фармации. Изучены негативные медико-фармацевтические последствия злоупотребления растениями этого вида молодёжью.
