The relevance of this study is due to the large role of the sales contract in the economy of each state. In any country, an important place in the regulation of civil law relations is occupied by the regulation of contractual obligations. The contract law of the People's Republic of China is of theoretical and practical interest as this country plays an extremely significant role in the world community, is an economically developed country, as well as a direct geographical neighbour and business partner of Russia.

AbstractChildren's temperamental surgency is associated with later child behavioral problems. However, the underlying mechanisms linking child surgency and child aggression, such as negative parental control, are relatively understudied. Moreover, the potential protective effect of a close parent‐child relationship on these associations remains untested, particularly among non‐White families. Participants included 259 Chinese American preschoolers (Mage = 4.5 years, SD = .9 years, 50% girls) and their mothers (Mage = 37.9 years, SD = 4.7 years), the present study examined the moderating effects of parent‐child relationship quality on the association between mother‐rated child surgency and teacher‐rated child aggression as mediated by maternal psychological control. Overall, results showed that child surgency was linked positively to maternal psychological control, which, in turn, led to higher levels of child aggression six months later, but only when the parent‐child relationship quality was less optimal. These findings indicate that psychological control is one underlying mechanism linking child temperament and child maladjustment, and that parent‐child relationship quality is an important protective factor. Findings also expand an existing theoretical framework by explicating how these variables are applicable to an Asian American population, suggesting the critical buffering role that parent‐child relationship quality plays. The study findings inform efforts to mitigate the potential negative effect of psychological control in reducing childhood aggression.

The coronavirus pandemic has been accompanied by the spread of misinformation on social media. The Plandemic conspiracy theory holds that the pandemic outbreak was planned to create a new social order. This study examines the evolution of this popular conspiracy theory from a dynamic network perspective. Guided by the analytical framework of network evolution, the current study explores drivers of tie changes in the Plandemic communication network among serial participants over a 4-month period. Results show that tie changes are explained by degree-based and closure-based structural features (i.e. tendencies toward transitive closure and shared popularity and tendencies against in-degree activity and transitive reciprocated triplet) and nodal attributes (i.e. bot probability and political preference). However, a participant's level of anger expression does not predict the evolution of the observed network.

However, capillary leakage syndrome, which is associated with endothelial cells damage, is under intensive focus in CART123 therapy.Purpose: The present study aimed to explore the change in CD123 in endothelial cells and the injury to endothelial cells caused by CART123.Methods: The expression of CD123 and cytotoxicity were assessed by flow cytometry. Cytokine release was assessed by ELISA. An in vitro co-culture model was designed to mimic the status, wherein CART123 was stimulated and cytokines were released.Results: In the current study, CART123 exhibited cytotoxicity and the effects of cytokine production on endothelium, and the upregulation of CD123 enhanced the cytotoxicity. The addition of interferon (IFN)-γ and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α neutralizing antibodies can effectively reverse the upregulation of CD123 on the endothelial cells caused by CART123, while the cytotoxicity of CART123 in AML cell lines was not affected in vitro. Second, we proved that CD123 expresses in CART123 and would be upregulated after activation, putatively causing an overactivated and fratricide effect.Conclusion: In summary, this study identified that the expression of CD123 on endothelial cells could be upregulated when co-cultured with CART123. Furthermore, IFN-γ and TNF-α could aggravate endothelial damage caused by CART123 in vitro.Keywords: chimeric antigen receptor, CD123, capillary leak syndrome, cytokine release syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia, endothelium

The Integrative Model of Behavioral Prediction is used to assess how, through shaping people's attitudes, perceived norms, and self-efficacy, acculturation affects the intent to use a condom with casual sex partners among U.S.-dwelling Chinese/Taiwanese men who have sex with men. Results suggest that only acculturation to both American and Chinese cultures leads to a more favorable attitude toward using a condom, which eventually determines the intent to do so. The study contributes to the literature on acculturation and safe sex practice and provides theoretical and practical implications for public health researchers and practitioners.

<b><i>Background:</i></b> Common malignant tumors of the urinary system include renal cell carcinoma, bladder carcinoma, and prostate cancer. The research on the <i>CYP24A1</i> gene for prostate cancer is mainly concentrated in European and American populations, and there are few studies in the Chinese population. Therefore, we selected bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and renal cancer as the research objects to explore the influence of <i>CYP24A1</i> on the genetic susceptibility of urinary system tumors. <b><i>Materials and Methods:</i></b> rs6068816, rs2296241, rs2762934, and rs1570669 in 529 patients and 523 controls were genotyped via the Agena MassARRAY. Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the odd ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) of two SNPs with susceptibility of urinary system cancer. Database predicts the expression of the <i>CYP24A1</i> gene in urinary system cancer. <b><i>Results:</i></b> Individuals with the AG genotype of <i>CYP24A1</i> rs1570669 has a 28% lower risk of developing urinary system tumors (OR = 0.72, 95% CI: 0.56–1.13, <i>p</i> = 0.016) and has a 31% lower risk of developing renal cancer (OR = 0.69, 95% CI: 0.51–0.92, <i>p</i> = 0.012). <b><i>Conclusions:</i></b> <i>CYP24A1</i> rs1570669 may play an important role in the susceptibility of tumors of the urinary system and renal cancer.
