Law Number 6 of 2014 and its implementing regulations have mandated the village government to be more independent in managing the government and various natural resources owned, including the management of village finances and assets. In terms of village finances, the village government is required to compile a Village APB Implementation Realization Report and an Accountability Report for the Village APB Implementation Realization. This report is produced from a cycle of village financial management, starting from the planning and budgeting stages; implementation of administration; to reporting and accountability for village financial management. In the planning and budgeting stages, the village government must involve the village community represented by the Village Consultative Body (BPD), so that the work programs and activities that are prepared can accommodate the interests and needs of the village community and are in accordance with the capabilities of the village. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of human resource competence, village assistance and monitoring on village financial management accountability in Siak Regency, Riau Province. This research was conducted in Siak Regency, Riau Province. Siak Regency has 14 sub-districts, 9 sub-districts and 122 villages.
Wirasaba Airport is a military airport operated under responsibily of the Indonesian Air Force. This airport located in Purbalingga, Central Java. In order to increase economic potential and tourisme in this area, local government of Purbalingga proposed the change function of Wirasaba Airport becoming Civil Enclave Airport. Civil Enclave Airport is a military airport which also provide civil aviation services. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results shows that development of Wirasaba Airport is not a priority based on several considerations. First consideration is the fact that Wirasaba Airport is not included in Minister of Transportation Decree No. Km 69 year of 2013 about the Airport Master Plan. Beside that, land vailability in this area is also complicated. Surrounding area in wirasaba Airport is belong to Indonesian Air Force. Furthermore, this airport does not meet criteria of airport coverage services. The national requirement state that airport coverage service in Java Island is 200 km away to cover 100 km for each nearest airport. The nearest aiport from Wirasaba Airport are Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang and Tunggu Wulung Airport in Cilacap. The distance between Wirasaba Airport to those closest airport less than 200 km and passenger demand in Central Java Area has not show the over capacity trend. Pada tahun 2015 terdapat usulan dari Pemerintah Daerah untuk menjadikan Bandara Wirasaba sebagai Bandara enclave sipil, atau bandara militer yang dapat digunakan sebagai bandara sipil, hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi serta pariwisata di daerah tersebut. Kajian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi adalah Bandara Wirasaba belum dapat menjadi prioritas untuk pembangunan bandar udara Nasional dengan pertimbangan diantaranya adalah tidak termasuk dalam Rencana Induk Bandar Udara yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri Perhubungan, masalah kepastian lahan dengan TNI-AU yang membutuhkan kejelasan, tidak termasuk kriteria dalam cakupan pelayanan bandara dalam Tatanan Kebandarudaraan Nasional, yang mengisyaratkan jarak antar dua bandara dalam Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera adalah 200 km dengan cakupan pelayanan masing-masing 100 km. Sedangkan bandara terdekat yaitu Ahmad Yani di Semarang dan Bandara Tunggul Wulung di Cilacap kurang dari 200 km, dan permintaan jasa angkutan udara di wilayah Jawa Tengah belum menunjukkan trend over capacity. Pilots in aviation an important role in the safety of passengers while in flight. A case of drug use by a pilot is considerably shocking the aviation world. Drug use by pilots certainly something that can not be tolerated, because pilots are responsibility for the safety of passengers. In an effort to realize comprehensive aviation safety, it required an assessment of health surveillance forms that has been the basis for pilothealth surveillance forms that has been the basis for pilot health appraisal. Analysis were conducted using descriptive method and results show the unavailability of an effective form of health surveillance for pilots due to solely relying on the government's role as a regulator to secure all aviation safety. It is expected that all parties including the government, privates, society and every flight practitioner will give their support.Pilot dalam dunia penerbangan memegang peranan penting dalam keselamatan para penumpang selama berada dalam pesawat. Terjadinya peristiwa penggunaan salah satu narkoba oleh pilot sangat mengejutkan dunia penerbangan. Penggunaan narkoba oleh pilot tentu bukanlah hal yang dapat ditoleransi, karena tanggung jawab pilot atas keselamatan ratusan penumpang. Dalam upaya mewujudkan keselamatan penerbangan yang menyeluruh, diperlukan pengkajian terhadap pengawasan bentuk kesehatan yang selama ini menjadi dasar bagi penilaian kesehatan pilot. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa belum tersedianya bentuk pengawasan kesehatan yang efektif bagi pilot jika hanya mengandalkan peran pemerintah sebagai regulator untuk menjamin seluruh keselamatan penerbangan, diharapkan dukungan dari semua pihak, baik itu pemerintah, swasta, masyarakat serta para pelaku penerbangan itu sendiri.
The 2013 curriculum is a substitute curriculum for KTSP which has three aspects of assessment which include knowledge assessment, skills assessment, and attitude assessment. This curriculum is competency and character based which integrates learning into four important things, namely strengthening character education, literacy, integration of 21st century skills, and higher order thinking skills. In an effort to increase the skills and knowledge of students, student activity sheets are one of the teaching materials suitable for use in learning. This study aims to develop and analyze the feasibility of teaching materials in the form of Student Activity Sheets for class XII SMK accounting practicum material. The development model used in this research is the 4D development model by Thiagarajan which is limited only to the develop stage. The analysis technique used to process quantitative data in the form of numbers and qualitative in the form of input is a quantitative descriptive technique. Three expert lecturers consisting of accounting education lecturers, Indonesian language lecturers, teaching technology lecturers and one SMK accounting teacher are research subjects that validate the material, language, and graphics of the developed LKPD products. The results of the expert validation showed 88.5% for the material score, language validation with a score of 87.9%, and graphic validation of 92.7% so that the average score obtained was 89.7% with a very feasible category. So that the participant activity sheet is provided with the material for the accounting practicum for government institutions / agencies developed as a support for the integration of 21st century skills in the learning process by students.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a corporate responsibility towards the social or the surrounding environment as a result of company operations. In Indonesia, there are many factors that influence a company in disclosing CSR such as government intervention (Laws, Government Regulations and Regional Regulations), external corporate pressure on CSR (foreign subsidiaries and company scale), as well as institutional perspectives (industry sensitivity and CSR promoting institutions). This study examines the institutional perspective of CSR reporting among listed companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this paper is to identify the influence of sensitivity industries; the presence of CSR promoting institutions; subsidiaries of MNC's and business size and explore the managerial perceptions on CSR reporting. This research extends the existing literature on the debate over accountability, regulation, international standards, sustainability, and the influence or otherwise of other stakeholders by exploring organisational and external institutional drivers of CSR reporting in developing countries. This research was conducted with quantitative data and linear regression methods with 1,730 data or the same as 346 companies. The result showed that sensitivity industries, subsidiaries of MNC's and business size have a significant effect on CSR disclosure, while CSR promoting institutions was not able to affect CSR disclosure significantly. This study helps to understand how institutional perspectives as well as company external pressures can influence CSR disclosure in Indonesia.

Indonesia currently adopts the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum which is expected to be able to improve education from the aspect of knowledge, aspect of skills, and aspects of attitudes and behavior. One of learning models that best fits the 2013 revised curriculum is the learning model with the scientific approach. The observing stage is the initial phase in the scientific approach so that it becomes the most important support capable of providing meaning in the learning process (meaningful learning). Observation activities in learning that are often encountered are reading and listening to modules, books, and pictures. In addition, the Institutional / Government Accounting Practicum is a new subject whose learning media is currently very limited, some of the existing media contain material with instruments that are not in accordance with basic competencies, and the sources used are not reliable. Therefore, the researcher developed a special learning media for the Institute / Government Accounting Practicum subject in accounting SMK. The development model used is ADDIE, the resulting media will be validated by 2 material expert and media expert. The results of validation from material experts get an average percentage value of 87.6% with the interpretation criteria "Very Appropriate" and media experts of 96% with the criteria "Very Appropriate". The overall results of the validation material and media experts get an average score of 91.8%, so that it can be said the media developed is very suitable for use on observing activities while teaching and learning.
Maternal mortality (MMR) in Cilacap Regency is still high and receives special attention from the District Health Office. One cause of maternal death is 4 Too (too young, too old, too close and too often). Family Planning as one of the government's efforts to reduce MMR. One of the efforts to reduce the use of contraception and the most effective is the Long Term Contraception Method, which has only reached 30%, this is still less than the target so it is necessary to identify family planning participants for the Long Term Contraception Method. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of age, parity and husband's support by selecting the Long-Term Contraception Method in the Central Cilacap Health Center. 1. The study design used descriptive analytic with the cross sectional approach, the research sample was taken using purposive sampling method, as many as 99 mothers. Data were analyzed using chi-square test with a significance level of 95% and (0.05). The results of this study indicated age variables (p = 0.398), parity (p = 0.0340, husband's support (p = 0.536), the conclusion of this study was parity related while husband's age and support are not related to the choice of the Long-Term Contraception Method.
Tax revenue is the main source of revenue from APBN. Seeing the importance of taxes in advancing and developing the country, it is natural that the Indonesian government targets taxpayer compliance to continue to increase every year, especially income tax. However, when viewed from the percentage of individual taxpayer compliance (WPOP) KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng, each year has decreased in the last four years. This study aims to test whether awareness, socialization of taxation, quality of tax service services, and the application of e-filing have an effect on WPOP compliance. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 100 WPOP KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used, namely multiple linear regression. The results of this study simultaneously all independent variables together affect WPOP compliance. While partially, awareness, socialization of taxation, and the application of e-filing affect WPOP compliance, but the quality of tax services does not affect WPOP compliance.
Penyakit DBD termasuk masalah kesehatan di Indonesia yang memerlukan penanganan serius, mengingat DBD termasuk penyakit yang sangat potensial untuk menjadi Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB). Iklim tropis merupakan media tumbuhnya penyakit DBD, termasuk DKI Jakarta - ibukota negara Indonesia. Pada tahun 2018, Jakarta Barat menempati posisi teratas untuk kasus DBD dibanding kota administrasi lainnya. Penelitian ini mengambil fokus di Jakarta Barat, khususnya di Kecamatan Tambora sebagai kecamatan terpadat di Indonesia tetapi juga di Asia Tenggara. Jumlah penduduk yang padat dan lingkungan terbatas, memungkinkan bagi penularan penyakit DBD secara cepat.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memahami bagian kehidupan sosial manusia berdasarkan gambaran menyeluruh (holistic) dan kompleks dengan informan berjumlah 15 orang.Penelitian ini menggunakan enam karakteristik primer implementasi kebijakan dari Van Horn dan Van Meter, yaitu : 1) Policy standard and objective, 2) The resources and ancentive made available, 3) The quality of inter-organizational relationships, 4) The characteristics of the implementation agencies, 5) The economic, social and political environment dan 6) The disposition or response of the implementers. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi kebijakan masih belum efektif, sebagaimana teori Van Meter & Van Horn yang mengungkapkan bahwa enam karakteristik tersebut harus ada dan terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa selain ke enam karakteristik implementasi kebijakan, perlu ada interpretation yang sama dalam hal keterkaitan pengendalian penyalit DBD di setiap Perangkat Daerah yang ada di Pemerintah Jakarta Barat maupun pelaksana-pelaksana kebijakan tersebut di Kecamatan Tambora Jakarta Barat. DHF is a health problem in Indonesia that requires serious treatment, considering DHF is a disease that has the potential to become an Extraordinary Event. The tropical climate is a medium for the growth of dengue fever, including DKI Jakarta - the national capital of Indonesia. In 2018 the West Jakarta Administrative City occupies the top position for dengue cases compared to other administrative cities. This research takes focus in West Jakarta, specifically in Tambora Subdistrict as the most populous sub-district in Indonesia but also in Southeast Asia. The population is dense and the environment is limited, allowing for rapid transmission of DHF.This study uses qualitative methods to understand parts of human social life based on a holistic and complex picture with 15 informants.This study uses six primary characteristics of the implementation of policies from Van Horn and Van Meters, namely: 1) Policy standards and objectives, 2) The resources and threats made available, 3) The quality of inter-organizational relationships, 4) The characteristics of the implementation agencies, 5) The economic, social and political environment and 6) The disposition or response of the implementers.The results showed that the implementation of the policy was still not effective, as the theory of Van Horn and Van Meter revealed that the six characteristics must be present and integrated. The results of the study revealed that in addition to the six characteristics of policy implementation, there needs to be the same interpretation in terms of the relationship between DHF control control in each Regional Apparatus in the West Jakarta Administrative City Government and the implementers of the policy in the Tambora District, West Jakarta Administrative City.
This study aims to find out the general description of the rattan processing business in the study area, knowing the management of rattan processing into furniture in the study areaand knowing the magnitude of the analysis of added value produced from rattan processing into furniture in the study area.This research was carried out in the Rotancraf processing industry of SMKN-2 Katingan Hilir, Katingan Regency, Jenderal Sudirman No. 2 Kilometer 8 Kereng Humbang Kasongan. Site selection is done purposive based on certain considerations adjusted to the research objectives on the grounds that the location of the research is the only rattan processing industry in the Katingan Hilir District. Data sources used in this study include primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data data obtained from the results of direct interviews with respondents and assisted with a questionnaire. Secondary data are data obtained from other sources such as journals, research reports, theses, internet sites, textbooks and from several government agencies related to research. The results of this study indicate that the added value obtained for rattan chairs is Rp.2.561.000 (two million fivehundred sixty one thousand rupiah). While the added value for rattan bags is Rp.2.648.000(two million six hundred forty eight thousand rupiah).

The lack of socialization resulted in the process e-verification and e-voting in this when no pilkades with different pilkades that uses paper ballots, the difference the result is issued rapidly as pilkades after. Unpreparedness the community in Pilkades for 55 % of 50 over years old still stutter technology, thus the voters from outside to guide chambered sound. Unstable electricity to every village has to provide generator, and the effectiveness of the moment the networks operate generator power lines fell deeply affect the smoothness of Pilkades. Because there needs to be cooperation with the stakeholders: the local government, the voters, the committee/Pilkades officers, BPPT and PT. INTI as developing technology, and PLN. In terms of chances, the Pilkades simultaneously in Pemalang Regency in 2018 has found that accuracy and speed the Pilkades, the efficiency of the funds and the time, the integrity of the committee, elector of the privacy of the voting booth well maintained. It means operational the contraints to be covered by the integrity committee/officers and security system of keeping the votes voters behind the voting booth.
