Stock market is a mean for those who have money and needs it for short, medium, and long investment. Although some legislation has been enacted, however there are still administrative violation concerning short selling stock market. Margin transaction is securities sales where the stocks are not owned by the seller at the time of transaction. Therefore, if something goes wrong or there are impersonating information, manipulation also fraud, could detriment the investors or the parties. To avoid these, an institution that holds maximum role and authority on behalf of Indonesia Capital Market supervisory board-financial institution (Bapepam-LK) is needed. This board aims to protect investors by managing law enforcement. One of the legal order that essentially needed to support economic development is the provision regulated in Legislation Number 8 of 1985 on Stock Market. This research is a descriptive analytical study while data collection performed by data reviewing which is obtained in the legislation, textbooks, journals, and prior research on the role of Bapepam as Capital Market Supervisory board on administrative on administrative violations of short selling activities.
The Government has enacted Law Number 6/2014 concerning Villages. One policy included in that Law is the provision of Village Funds (Dana Desa) in which its implementation can be investigated based on non-economic aspects. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the impact of non-economic factors on Village Funds disbursed in 29 districts in Central Java Province. These factors include population and the Human Development Index (HDI). While using secondary data from 2015-2017, this research employs a method using panel data with the best model known as the Fixed Effects Model (FEM). The FEM estimation results show that the population has a significant impact, while HDI's impact is not significant. Besides, the ratio between Village Funds and the population has a significant impact on Village Funds. Thus, both the Central and the Regional Government, as well as the Village Heads, should consider the population in allocating Village Funds. The zakat revenue achievement in Indonesia is always a topic among the government, humanitarian agencies and zakat institution. The zakat institution is required to have an innovative and creative program as well as improving the services quality to show the best condition, The healthy condition of the zakat institutions will attract muzakki (a person who is obliged to give the zakat) to contribute his/her fund through the institutions. The objectives of the research are to 1) analyze factors that influence the Muzakki's level of satisfaction in the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 2) analyze the satisfaction level of the Muzakki for the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 3) analyze the Muzakki's level of loyalty for the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 4) formulate a better strategy to increase the satisfaction service for the muzakki. The research is using questionnaires that are then analyzed using Structural Equation Method (SEM) and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result of the research shows that there are four dimensions i.e.; Compliance, Assurance, Reliability and Empathy have a significant effect on the satisfaction. The IPA analysis also shows that the zakat service performance needs to be increased and the muzakki's complaint needs to be followed up quickly. The results also show that the muzakki's satisfaction, shows the loyalty and satisfaction index value by 82.34% This means that the muzakki is satisfied with the service provided and the muzakki's loyalty level is 84,7% is the sign that the muzakki loyalty to the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta. Lembaga zakat dituntut membuat program yang inovatif dan kreatif serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk menunjukkan kondisi yang terbaik. Kondisi lembaga zakat yang baik dapat menarik Muzakki untuk menyalurkan dananya ke lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah 1) menganalisis faktor yang Memengaruhi kepuasan Muzakki terhadap pelayanan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 2) menganalisis tingkat kepuasan Muzakki atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 3) menganalisis tingkat loyalitas Muzakki atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 4) merumuskan strategi yang perlu dilakukan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik bagi Muzakki. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat dimensi yaitu Compliance, Assurance, Reliability dan Empathy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa atribut pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu permasalahan zakat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan segera dan karyawan merespon dan menindaklanjuti keluh kesah. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan Muzakki Memengaruhi loyalitas dan nilai indeks kepuasan Muzakki sebesar 82,34% yang berarti bahwa Muzakki telah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dan tingkat loyalitas Muzakki sebesar 84,7% yang berarti bahwa Muzakki telah loyal kepada LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: LAZ, kepuasan, loyalitas, SEM, IPA
AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengapa intensi yang kuat untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif di Kabupaten Banyuwangi ternyata masih belum berhasil dengan baik. Artikel ini didasarkan pada penelitian yang menggunakan model deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara mendalam dengan informan dan sumber data lain yang bersifat sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sudah dibentuk Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu di Banyuwangi akan tetapi proses perizinan yang dilaksanakan belum sepenuhnya efektif dan efisien. Kajian ini juga menemukan bahwa pendelegasikan kewenangan dalam perizinan dan non perizinan masih belum dilaksanakan dengan sepenuhnya. Artikel ini berkesimpulan bahwa dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan kebijakan PelayananTerpadu Satu Pintu, pembentukan institusi yang bertanggung jawab sebagai penyelenggara adalah langkah awal yang penting. Selanjutnya keberhasilan tujuan kebijakan akan sangat bergantung pada komitmen bupati dalam mendelegasikan wewenang yang dimilikinya kepada institusi pelaksana. AbstractThe main purpose of this article is to examine why strong intention to create a conducive business atmosfer in Banuwangi regency has not been successful yet. This article is based on a qualitative descriptive research method. The data for the research was obtained from personal in-depth interviews with informants and secondary data sources. The findings show although the Integrated Licensing Service Agency has been established but the licensing process is not yet fully effective and efficient. The study also found the policy of the delegation of authority in licensing and non licensing has not been fully implemented. It concludes that in the effort to achieve the policy objectives of one-stop integrated service, the establishment of institution which responsible to the management is an important step. Furthermore, the success of the policy objectives will depend on the political will of the regent.
