This paper discusses the development of Islamic banking into an alternatives to interest-based financial institutions. In many European countries, uforia about Islamic banking already familiar. even become its own trend for the population of Europe. In economics and finance, Islamic banks generate enough decent profit. The choice to take advantage Islamic banks in the current modern economy more open to the people. However keep in mind that Islamic banks still continue to be investigated although it has been considered as an alternative. The continuity will be highly dependent on management professionalism, and support the feasibility of their business full of government and Muslims. Bank Islam has ideological advantages that allow it to offering a solution to the problem-an issue faced by Muslims and all mankind. For that we need the political will separately apply its teachings at once his willingness to carry out its renewal.

Pengembangan Worksheet Digital Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Dan Karakter Pada Kelas Iv Tema Delapan Daerah Tempat Tinggalku

This study aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of digital worksheets based on local wisdom and character in grade 4 theme 8 My Living Area. This type of research is development research with AADIE (Analysis), (Design), (Development), (Implementation), and (Evaluation) models. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, document analysis, and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility based on three experts namely material experts, media experts, and practitioners obtained an average of 3.7 with very feasible criteria. The practicality rest was lots obtained from the student response questionnaire in the limited trial with a percentage of 70% with a very practical classification and 30% with a practical classification. In extensive trials, the results were obtained with a percentage of 55% with a very practical classification and 45% with a practical classification. In addition to the practical results obtained from student responses, there are also results of learning implementation. At the first meeting, the average was 3.35 with a very practical classification, the second meeting obtained an average of 3.67 with a very good classification, and the third meeting obtained an average of 3.80 with a very good classification. Based on the results obtained from the feasibility and practicality above, it can be concluded that the digital worksheet based on local wisdom and character in grade 4 theme 8 My Living Area is feasible and practical so that it can be used in learning. Based on the results of the worksheets based on local wisdom and character in class 4 Theme 8 My Living Area, there was an increase in student learning outcomes both from local wisdom and the application of character, as well as an increase in students' interest in knowing local wisdom in Purworejo Regency.
Investigation of E-Health Acceptance Factor
The E-Health is used to support information technology to maximize the tasks and medical services in the hospital. However, the hospital's management still have some issues due to E-Health implementation, particularly in the interaction with the system. This study identifies significant factors affecting the implementation of E-Health. Testing a model has been done, to identify factors affecting E-Health acceptance. Quantitative Research methods has been done is implemented in this research, by conducting a survey of 150 respondents on health practitioners in the District Hospital of Gunung Mas Province of Central Kalimantan. Random Sampling Method has been done is performed by doctors, nurses, medical record officers, and midwives. Meanwhile, model testing has been done with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique. The results of this study show that computer self-efficacy factor is the most powerful factor influencing user's opinion about perceived ease of use and perceived the usefulness of E-Health (significant p <0.05), followed by compatibility, top management support, information quality, system quality, facilitating condition, service quality, complexity, and adaptability. Hospital management needs to work together as a team effort to medical practitioners to apply E-Health in hospitals. Supports and awareness from various parties, such as government, IT support, and resources are expected to help implement E-Health in rural areas. The result of this study could be a decision in taking steps to implement E-Health in the future, in order to improve services of people in rural areas. ; The E-Health is used to support information technology to maximize the tasks and medical services in the hospital. ati regency is one of the regencies that has several areas and landscapes in the form of limestone mountains, covering the South Kendeng Mountains and the North Kendeng Mountains. Such landscape is an area that can be carried out various mining activities, including excavation mining C. Pati Regency Government includes mining mining area in Spatial Plan (RTRW) as regulated in Regional Regulation No 5 Year 2011. For several years the last area of the mining allotment, especially the excavation of C, precisely raises the elements who wildly prioritize personal interests. They conducted excavations in areas that are suitable for their purposes, such as in Gembong, Gunungwungkal, Tayu, Sukolilo, Kayen, Tambakromo, and several other districts.As a result, massive environmental destruction occurred. The mining is not licensed for the excavation of C minerals, so that taxes and levies are not paid and the transport of the excavated products using transport vehicles passing through public facilities, ie, highways that interfere withother road users. The illegal mining of C illegally brings bad impacts, especially for the environment, so that how to solve and handling illegal mining cases of C without permit (Illegal) in South Kendeng Mountain Area and North Kendeng Mountains in Pati Regency is done. The handling of illegal mining of C mining in Kendeng Selatan and Kendeng Utara mountains in Pati Regency is done both penal and non penal.Key Words: Case Handling, Illegal mining C Client, Pati Regency

Penerapan pernyataan standar akuntansi keuangan nomor 45 tentang laporan keuangan organisasi nirlaba pada dewan pimpinan daerah partai amanat nasional kota samarinda
Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaporan keuangan yang dilakukan oleh Partai Amanat Nasional Kota Samarinda. Rumusan Masalahnya adalah bagaimana penerapan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 45 pada Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Amanat Nasional Kota Samarinda. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 45. Data yang sedang diproses adalah dengan mengubah sistem pelaporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Amanat Nasional Kota Samarinda yang masih menggunakan sistem cash basis menjadi sistem accrual basis untuk mendapatkan kesesuaian dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 45. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa sistem pelaporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Amanat Nasional Kota Samarinda tidak sesuai dengan sistem pelaporan keuangan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 45, oleh karena itu penulis mengubah sistem pelaporan keuangan Dewan Pimpinan Daerah Partai Amanat Nasional Kota Samarinda untuk menyesuaikan dengan sistem pelaporan keuangan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) No. 45. Laporan keuangan yang telah diolah menjadi hasil yang sangat relevan dan mudah dimengerti, sehingga memudahkan mereka yang membutuhkan laporan keuangan tersebut dalam mengambil keputusan dan lain-lain.

ANALISIS RASIO UNTUK MENILAI KINERJA KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH KOTA SAMARINDA TAHUN 2014-2016
This study is aimed to analyse financial performance of Samarinda local government for period of 2014-2016 which is focused on ratio of effectiveness, ratio of financial efficiency, ratio of matchness, ratio of growth, and ratio of financial independence.This study is designed as quantitative descriptive. The study was held in Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) of Samarinda Government. Data was collected using documentation method. Technique of analysis which was used in this study was quantitative descriptive using formulas of ratio of effectiveness, ratio of financial efficiency, ratio of matchness, ratio of growth, and ratio of financial independence. The results of the analysis show that the financial performance of local government city of samarinda in terms of the ratio of the effectiveness of the original income areas categorized not as effective with an average effectiveness of 70%. financial efficiency ratios of the region belongs to inefficient because of the magnitude of the average of this ratio was 107.14%. the ratio of harmony can be categorized that local government is allocating most of the samarinda city budget budget submission for operational expenditure areas with average sevesar 63.18% compared with an average of capital expenditures that of 36.17%. the ratio of growth decline each year with an average of 1.15% less well categorized. the ratio of the financial independence of the area is still classified as low and instructive relationship patterns within the category because the average ratio of 20.54%.

Pendidikan Nonformal Dan Agribisnis Berkelanjutan Kajian Tentang Kontribusi Dana Desa Di Sleman
When quality education is not always accessible for youth in rural areas, non-formal education has provided a key alternative for the character and career of youth in villages. This role of non-formal education has been enhanced recently by the distribution of government village funds. Non-formal education has had a key role in the development of youth in villages. This paper elaborates on the role of village funds (dana desa) and non-formal education in managing agribusiness supported by village youth in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This paper is based on mixed research method that combined quantitative and qualitative methods of data collection. Samples were taken by proportionally in five villages in three sub-districts with a total sample of 60 village youth using simple random sampling. Quantitatively, the data is processed using multiple linear regression analysis, and qualitative data is analysed by simple descriptive. The results show that the dominant use of the fillage fund for infrastructure and lack of allocation for agriculture and youth empowerment activities. Nonetheless, the use of the village fund allocations to improve village roads has provided access and transportation of crops, and this can supports the sustainable management of organic zalacca agribusiness. Additionally, the improved management of the sustainable agribusiness made possible by the road construction. Ultimately, this paper points at the importance of youth attitude in the prospect of organic zalacca agribusiness.Keywords: Non-formal education; Organic zallaca; Sustainable agribusiness managemen; Village funds (dana desa); Village youth.
