The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the impact of the lette rental apartment program in Mariso District, Makassar City. This study used a qualitative method to describe and explain the evaluation of the impact of the rental apartment program. The number of informants in this study were 8 people. The results of the study showed that the evaluation of the impact of the lette rental apartment program Mariso District of Makassar had a number of very significant effects ranging from economic impacts on equity indicators, political impacts on effectiveness indicators and social impacts on responsiveness indicators. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. Furthermore, the evaluation of the impact of the rental apartment program was also influenced by factors of equity, effectiveness and responsiveness. Keywords: equity, effectiveness, responsiveness
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peran humas dalam menyebarluaskan informasi pembangunan di Sektor Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantaeng dan upaya humas dalam meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan di Kabupaten Bantaeng. Jenis penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif mengurai keadaan mengenai peran humas dalam menyebarluaskan informasi embangunan sektor Pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa peran humas dalam menyebarluaskan informasi pembangunan di Sektor Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantaeng bahwa;Bahwa 1. Peran Humas sangat optimal dalam menyebarluaskan Pembangunan di Sektor Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantaeng, telah Membangun Citra Humas sudah di laksanakan untuk menjalin hubungan yang baik dalam Membangun Citra Positif dengan publik, sehingga publik tahu apa yang sebenar-benarnya telah di sampaikan., a). Mengadakan Sosialisasi antara pegawai Dinas Pariwisata dan Masyarakat dan beberapa tokoh yang lain terkait proses Pembangunan parawisata. b) Keterbukaan Pemerintah Daerah dengan memberi informasi kepada publik melalui akun Media Sosial seperti facebook, twitter, Media cetak dan Media elektronik. c). Menjalin hubungan yang baik kepada publik agar apa yang di inginkan dapat tercapai sesuai yang di rencanakan. 2. Bahwa upaya Humas dalam meningkatkan jumlah Wisatawan di Kabupaten Bantaeng. a). Upaya-upaya yang di lakukan untuk mempengaruhi kebijakan pemerintah agar selaras dengan tujuan-tujuan Masyarakat yang ingin di perjuangkan. b). Mengoptimalkan Media Sosial, telah di lakukan agar publik/masyarakat mengetahui bahwa Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantaeng dalam menyebar informasi memiliki Media Sosial berupa facebook, twitter, Media cetak dan Media elektronik. c). Sarana dan Prasarana juga sudah optimal di lakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantaeng seperti jalan menuju ke lokasi, hotel, baruga, kolam renang, taman bermain, walaupun masih perlu perbaikan.c). Menyediakan Sarana dan Prasarana pada obyek wisata walaupun belum memadai di karenakan keterbatasan fasilitas yang di miliki.AbstrackThis study aims to determine the role of public relations in disseminating information on development in the Bantaeng District Tourism Sector and public relations efforts in increasing the number of tourists in Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research describing the situation regarding the role of public relations in disseminating information on the development of the tourism sector. The results of the study found that the role of public relations in disseminating development information in the Bantaeng District Tourism Sector that: 1. The Role of Public Relations is very optimal in disseminating Development in the Bantaeng District Tourism Sector, Building Image Public Relations has been carried out to establish good relationships in Building Positive Imagery with public, so that the public knows what really has been said. a). Hold socialization between Tourism and Community Service staff and several other figures related to tourism development processes . b) Regional Government Openness by providing information to the public through Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, print media and electronic media. c). Establishing good relationships with the public so that what is desired can be achieved as planned. 2. That public relations efforts in increasing the number of tourists in Bantaeng Regency. a). The efforts made to influence government policies to be aligned with the objectives of the Society that they want to fight for. b). Optimizing Social Media, has been done so that the public / community knows that Bantaeng District Tourism Office in disseminating information has Social Media in the form of Facebook, Twitter, Print Media and Electronic Media. c). Facilities and infrastructure have also been optimally carried out by Bantaeng Regency Tourism Office such as the road to the location, hotel, baruga, swimming pool, playground, although it still needs repairs. C). Providing Facilities and Infrastructure on tourism objects, although not yet adequate due to the limitations of the facilities owned.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the government's efforts in controlling and structuring night entertainment venues in Makassar City. This study used a qualitative descriptive that intended to describe the role of government in controlling and structuring night entertainment venues in the city of Makassar. The number of informants in this study was 11 people, the data source consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, while secondary data from documents, records, reports and official archives that could be supported by completeness of data primary. The results showed that the role of the government in controlling and structuring night entertainment venues in the city of Makassar had been running well according to the applicable procedures. Control of government arrangement in this matter had provided assistance to owners of night entertainment venues, including in providing assistance.
