A economia criativa e as startups estão em expansão por todo o mundo, promovendo o desenvolvimento social, movimentando a economia e gerando empregos. Apesar de ambos terem como força-motriz o empreendedorismo, a inovação e a criatividade, é possível, sob aspectos conceituais, que uma startup seja da economia criativa? Mais do que na teoria, existe atualmente um mercado de startups de economia criativa? Este artigo faz uma revisão da literatura e do estado da arte da economia criativa e startups, com foco teórico-prático. Como resultado, demonstra que os conceitos podem, e são, trabalhados em conjunto, visto que o mercado de startups de economia criativa está em ascensão.
The aim of this study was to analyze the role of Chinese science & technology parks in the development of the country's technological innovation. Therefore, an integrative review was carried out in order to synthesize the existing literature considering theoretical and empirical studies. Thus, 17 articles were selected as the scope for the analysis. As a result, it can be understood that science & technology parks have enhanced the development of national high-tech industries and have fostered the creation of highly technological Chinese startups. Finally, it is concluded that the government through its policies has had a considerable influence on the creation and development of these zones. Os acometimentos musculoesqueléticos estão presentes na profissão dos músicos. Muitas vezes, as queixas de dor e desconforto são relacionadas aos afastamentos das atividades instrumentais. Porém, essas associações ainda não são esclarecidas pela literatura, principalmente em âmbito nacional. Logo, o presente estudo buscou analisar as associações entre as queixas musculoesqueléticas e os afastamentos em função dessas queixas em músicos de orquestra. O estudo foi realizado com 20 músicos de uma orquestra da região Sul do Brasil. Os instrumentistas responderam ao questionário Nórdico e a um questionário com perguntas abertas que identificou os aspectos sociodemográficos, de saúde e de trabalho. Os aspectos foram associados às queixas musculoesqueléticas nos últimos 12 meses, 7 dias e aos afastamentos da profissão em função das queixas. Os resultados ilustram relações moderadas entre a idade, gênero, tempo e freqüência de prática instrumental com as queixas musculoesqueléticas relatadas pelos músicos. Além disso, o tipo de instrumento tocado também está relacionado às queixas, sendo os músicos de cordas aqueles com maiores tendências de ter queixas.
O tema Parques Tecnológicos tem ganhado popularidade por se tratar de ambientes promotores da cultura de inovação na produção de conhecimento tecnológico, que contribuem para o desenvolvimento econômico e social das regiões onde atuam. Diante disso, o objetivo desse estudo foi demonstrar o panorama das publicações sobre parque tecnológico na coleção de base de dados Web of Science e Scopus, no período de 2010 a 2020. Para tanto, utilizou-se a técnica bibliometrica, com o tópico "technological park", sendo encontrados o total de 133 publicações, as quais 42 encontram-se disponíveis na WoS e 91 na base Scopus. Os dados encontrados identificaram que a maior frequência de publicações foi no ano de 2018, com o total de 26. Os autores que mais publicaram foram Nagano e Vick. O país com maior frequência foi o Brasil, com 52 publicações. O idioma é inglês e o tipo de documento é artigo científico. Já, a área de pesquisa é Engenharia e a instituição é a Universidade de São Paulo. Em relação à quantidade de citações, tem-se o total de 174. Após, gerou-se um mapa de clusters de cocitações e de palavras-chave. No decorrer do trabalho, foi possível verificar a importância e utilidade do uso da técnica bibliométrica para análise de dados disponíveis em bases. Quanto às limitações, nesse estudo não foram filtrados estudos duplicados em ambas as bases, portanto, sugere-se que futuros estudos façam essa tarefa e, portanto, recomenda-se realizar um estudo sistemático e a construção de uma agenda de pesquisa.
As a strategy to promote regional development, leverage new business niches and disseminate a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in its area of operation, the Santarém Commercial and Business Association - ACES, in association with the Guamá Foundation, presented to the Government of the State of Pará a proposal to create an Innovation Center in the municipality. Based on this case, this article revisits the fundamental concepts for the differentiation of innovation environments and presents the state of the art of the project by pervading the construction steps of the ACES Tapajós - CIAT Innovation Center and the integration process between universities, companies, governments, and social organizations for its execution. ACES, as a backbone organization, identified 43 potentially relevant external partners, of which four are essential for space consolidation. As a counterpart, the Government of Pará allocated more than three million reais for the CIAT's implementation. The initiative, inaugurated in March 2023, involves more than 350 associated members, groups of researchers and university students, companies, and independent professionals. This essay, therefore, records the first steps for these partnerships and the network's ability to deal effectively with the current socioeconomic, environmental, and technological transformations underway in the Amazon.
