Abstract: The purpose of writing to be achieved is to know and analyze about what is the legal status of the wife who is still bound by a legal marriage in applying for marriage confirmation through a unified marriage isbattrial? and What are the legal implications for the legal status of the wife due to the establishment of the confirmation of marriage through a unified marriage isbat trial? This study uses a type of Normative research with two approaches, namely the legislative approach and the case approach. the results showed that: First, the position of the legal status of the wife who is still bound by a legal marriage in filing a marriage confirmation through a juridically integrated marriage isbat trial has violated the provisions contained in the marriage law that expressly does not allow for the wife to marry twice before there is a divorce ruling that has permanent legal force from the Court. Second, the legal implications arising from the legal status of the wife due to the establishment of the legalization of marriage through a unified marriage isbat trial, namely the emergence of legality for legally valid wives due to not getting a divorce ruling from the Court on the previous marriage which is essentially contrary to the provisions of the marriage law on the prohibition of polyandry for the wife and opens the space for violations of the law. from the legal side of state administration through legal smuggling at the time of issuance of marriage books. This research aims to find out the authority of the National Land Agency in the implementation of mediation on land disputes and the obstacles of the Gorontalo City National Land Agency in the implementation of mediation against land disputes. The research method used is empirical. The results of the research obtained by the author include the Authority of the National Land Agency whose rights are attached to the Gorontalo City Land Office, is the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2016 concerning the Settlement of Land Cases is valid based on applicable laws and regulations. So that the Land Agency must resolve disputes that are complained about by the community without having to go through the judiciary if the parties are willing to be mediated by officers in the Land Office in question. Furthermore, the obstacles of the Gorontalo City Land Agency are still a lack of public awareness and understanding of mediation, the absence of the parties to the dispute, as well as the appointed mediator parties, still, the lack of certified mediator personnel and administrative complaints filed by complainants are incomplete.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to find out how the Gorontalo's POM Office efforts towards consumers who were harmed by the promotion of problematic cosmetics on Instagram. This study uses an empirical legal research method, which puts field facts as data. Sources of data used are primary data as the main data (the results of observations and interviews in the field), and secondary data such as legislation, and scientific works. Meanwhile, the population and the sample used were Gorontalo POM Office. The results showed that the efforts made by Gorontalo POM Office against consumers who were harmed by the promotion of cosmetics on Instagram were carried out in 2 (two) ways, namely legal protection with preventive measures by carrying out socialization, and other actions deemed correct and relevant; and legal protection with repressive measures carried out by providing guidance to business actors, confiscation of goods, to imposing sanctions and other measures deemed relevant.Keywords: Legal Protection; Consumer; Responsibility

Tujuan Penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui urgensinya pembentukan peraturan daerah tentang majelis penyelesaian sengketa Pilkades di Wilayah Kabupaten Pohuwato, dan materi muatan tentang urgensi pembentukan peraturan daerah tentang majelis penyelesaian sengketa Pilkades di Wilayah Kabupaten Pohuwato. Penelitian ini meggunakan jenis Penelitian hukum normative, dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang (statue approach); pendekatan historis (historical approach); pendekatan komparatif (comparative approach), dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). hasil Penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa; pertama, Urgensi pembentukan majelis penyelesaian perselisihan hasil pemilihan kepala desa di kabupaten pohuwato yang mengedepankan musyawarah sesuai asas otonomi asli desa ini harus diterapkan oleh pemerintah. Pada intinya dalam proses penyelesaian sengketa pilkades adalah lembaga mana yang berwenang untuk menyelesaikan sengketa tersebut tanpa ada campur tangan dari pihak ke tiga yaitu pemerintah daerah. Kedua, Terkait dengan materi muatan penting mengenai peraturan daerah tentang majelis penyelesaian sengketa pilkades di wilayah Kabupaten Pohuwato yang untuk diperhatikan dalam proses pelaksanan Pilkades yaitu; (1) Pada Tahap Pra Pemungutan Suara, (2) Pada Tahap Pemungutan Suara, (3) Paska Pilkades yang harus disesuaikan dengan ketentuan pembentukan peraturan perudang-undangan yang ada di UU. ; The research objectives to be achieved are to determine the urgency of establishing regional regulations regarding Pilkades dispute settlement assemblies in the Pohuwato Regency area, and content material on the urgency of forming regional regulations regarding Pilkades dispute resolution assemblies in the Pohuwato Regency Region. This research uses a type of normative legal research, using a statute approach (statue approach); historical approach (historical approach); a comparative approach (comparative approach), and a conceptual approach (conceptual approach). The results of this study indicate that; First, the urgency to form a dispute settlement assembly resulting from the election of village heads in the pohuwato district that prioritizes deliberation according to the principle of original village autonomy must be implemented by the government. In essence, the Pilkades dispute resolution process is which institution has the authority to resolve the dispute without interference from a third party, namely the regional government. Second, related to the important content of regional regulations regarding the Pilkades dispute settlement council in the Pohuwato Regency area which must be considered in the Pilkades implementation process, namely; (1) At the Pre-Voting Stage, (2) At the Voting Stage, (3) Post Pilkades which must be adjusted to the provisions of the formation of statutory regulations in the Act.
