A natural human desire for fearlessness in the society may be fulfilled by awakening human values in the entire humankind. The efforts have been taking to ensure the fear free society for ages. Due to lack of value based education, the criminal activities have been taking place in the society and increasing day by day. In this regard, the descriptive study with primary data method held on 163 male convicted prisoners which cover 26 per cent of Universe. The study aims to investigate the effect of universal human value (UHV) education, basic reasons behind crimes, and possible solutions for reformation and rehabilitation of male convicted prisoners. Although, the government and many social welfare organizations, have been working with several models from long time for reformation and rehabilitation of prisoners. But this study also may evolve a solution through Universal human value education to ensure right understanding in the mind of prisoners for stress free and happy living. The education of Universal human values through the process of self-exploration may leads to right understanding and right feelings in prisoners and may cause for significant reduction in feeling of opposition and stress in male prisoners. The result analysis shows 20.25 per cent positive effect of Universal human value education on the mind and behaviour of prisoner participants.

The procurement of food grains from farmers and their transportation to regional level has become decisive due to increasing food demand and post-harvest losses in developing countries. To overcome these challenges, this paper attempts to develop a robust data-driven supply chain model for the efficient procurement of food grains in India. Following the data collected from three leading wheat producing Indian regions, a mixed-integer linear programming model is formulated for minimising total supply chain network costs and determining number and location of procurement centres. The NK Hybrid Genetic Algorithm (NKHGA) is employed to cluster the villages, along with a novel density-based approach to optimise the supply chain network. Sensitivity analysis indicates that policymakers should focus on creating an adequate number of procurement centres in each surplus state, well before the start of the harvesting season. The study is expected to benefit food grain supply chain stakeholders such as farmers, procurement agencies, logistics providers and government bodies in making an informed decision.

In this paper, the impact of radiation on the MOS devices is investigated on recently reported programmablesecond generation Current Controlled Conveyor (CCCII) wherein some updates are suggested to take Hot Carrier Injection, Bias Temperature Instability, and Time Dependent Dielectric Breakdown into account. As radiation is yet another important factor that causes change in threshold voltage, the transistors which are amenable to larger threshold shift and may lead to functional failure are identified first. Subsequently, three possibilities; uses of all thin oxide devices, all thick oxide devices, and mixed devices are being investigate and it is found that while using mixed devices, the circuit becomes functional at lower voltage without any effective increase in leakage current. Architecture is updated to enhance the performance of circuits under time-based ageing and radiation environment. The major challenge is to control dynamic leakage and radiative noise due to imposed radiation. All simulations are carried out using 28nm CMOS technology models in Cadence Virtuoso environment using ±1.0V supply voltage and results have been verified with post layout netlist. Proposed circuit can function at low voltage with the reduced degradation for 8 years at 25 °C consumes less area as compared to the existing CCCII circuit with 0.008 FIT value.

This collaboration motivates the work presented in this paper to propose better decisions for decision makers in the providers under the fact that integrating decisions of the collection of End-of-Life products and their disassembly process proposes a reverse supply chain with better performance. In this paper, an integrated problem concerning those decisions is presented and formalised. It also deals with the uncertainty of the quality and the quantity of products as well as the demands of the associated components. Two approximate methods are developed to provide the solutions.
