The article discusses the discourse on the methodological foundations of political science research and the need to outline the existing paradigms of political science research, both in the temporal-retrospective dimension and in the dimension of the subject area. It is emphasized that the determinants of defining the value of paradigm in modern political science research is the prospect of acquiring scientific novelty at the stage of determining the research topic. The focus is on the need for a more thorough consideration of specific paradigmatic means of determining the methodological design of contemporary political science research. It is noted that on the basis of linguistic analysis of subject aspects of political science, one can easily see the multivariate interpretation of many essential concepts of the modern political sphere. It is argued that one can also see expansive interpretations of particular concepts and processes from a non-professional perspective. The importance of interdisciplinary natural science paradigms has been established. Attention is paid to identifying the possibility of forming a new conceptual apparatus, taking into account the concepts that have become widespread in the scientific environment. The role of the concept of "paradigm approach in modern political science" is revealed, which is aimed at understanding the peculiarities of considering political science subject within other scientific disciplines. It is proved that the leading task of paradigm as a discipline of political science is the formation of paradigmatic choice of young researcher. The peculiarities of searching for a scientist's own «paradigm face» have been found. The ability to use the task of defining scientific novelty is emphasized to some extent. The specificity of choosing a paradigm vector of a researcher-political scientist with consideration of the requirements of interdisciplinarity is considered. The purpose of the article is to identify paradigm in political studies as a factor in the formation of authorial conceptualism against the backdrop of interdisciplinary imperatives. The purpose of the article is to highlight the main directions of paradigm and their correlation with modern political theories. It is proved that the choice of the paradigm vector of the researcher-political scientist is confronted with interdisciplinary, first of all philosophical meanings of cognition as a form of social activity. The idea that choosing one's own paraligmal vector for a specialist political scientist is presented is important because of the need to overcome the Soviet and post-Soviet paradigmatic provinces. It turned out that the formation of the national paradigm of political science, which should be carried out only on condition that the fullest representation of all paradigm directions. The situation of paradigm choices and orientation of political scientist researcher in the world paradigm mainstream is revealed. The necessity of finding a researcher in the environment of those paradigms that give the most significant scientific result is proved. The article establishes that the combination of the universality of interdisciplinary paradigms and the optionality of paradigms for a particular political science study is carried out on the basis of a conceptual and categorical apparatus of political epistemology. It is argued that on the basis of the notion of "scientific truth (episteme)", the formation of the author's own attitude to the subject of research and the prospect of solving his problem is carried out.

Стаття присвячена встановленню сучасного методологічного рівня розкриття дослідної політологічної предметності та логіки тлмачення міждисциплінарних зв'язків. Мета дослідження – визначення оптимальної політологічної методології з урахуванням позицій міждисциплінарного синтезу. Охарактеризовано постмодерністські методологічні уявлення щодо цілісної суспільної свідомості та підкреслення ними необхідність раціонально-критичного переосмислення основних позитивістський положень. Було підкреслено, що нелінійність політичного процесу, на яку звертає парадигма синергетики, дає змогу побачити сутність таких явищ, як перехід до нової якості, особливості політико-інституційних взаємодій за межами системного контуру передбачення раніше непередбачуваних подій. Проаналізовано нові орієнтири політичного пізнання та уникнення екстремальності наукових положень, запобігання профанації методів, захопленню синергетичною «фразеологією», довільному застосуванню метафори. Розкрито значення класичного детермінізму, яке втрачає чинність в рамках дослідження сучасного суспільства, яке стоїть перед загрозами соціальних, техногенних та природних катастроф. З'ясовано поняття «парадигмального синтезу», яке вимагає усвідомлення евристичного потенціалу всіх наявних або поширених політологічних дослідних парадигм. Розкрито, що набуття якісно нових наукових результатів, пов'язане швидше з еволюцією, ніж революцією в наукових політологічних дослідженнях. Доведено, що постмодерністська природа оптимальної політологічної методології вимагає формування певного тематичного порядку денного і визнання всіма учасниками політичних процесів актуальності тих, чи інших висловлювань (в залежності від типу дискурсу, в якому відбувається обговорення). Встановлено, що символізація політичного процесу може стати ключовим аспектом інтерпретації наукової істини. Припущено, що в процесі обрання оптимальної методології ключовим є наявність в політичній науці самостійного дискурсивного середовища щодо істинності політологічних наукових положень, а також експертиза щодо результатів наукових досліджень на різних етапах і рівнях наукової діяльності. Встановлено, що слід брати до уваги обережність у постулюванні певних викликів та можливості зміни політичних обставин, які стали причиною тих чи інших рекомендацій. Зроблено висновок, що політичний аналіз у буденному розумінні виступає частиною особистісного досвіду та практичної прикладної діяльності з прогнозування їх оцінки без застосування методів діагностики громадської експертної думки.

Розглядаються біфуркація як протяжний у часі процес, в ході якого відбувається якісна перебудова властивостей політичної системи. Вивчаються напрямки виникнення, підтримки стійкості і розпаду політичних структур (систем) різної природи, які перебувають в динаміці і постійній зміні, яким притаманні властивості самоорганізованості та самокерованості. Розкриваються особливості експертизи істинності результатів та новизни дослідної методології, яка формує вихідні положення вивчення сепаратизму. Встановлюються особливості нелінійних зворотних зв'язків, жорсткі причинно-наслідкові залежності (жорсткий детермінізм) у політичному процесі. Обговорюється вплив випадкових факторів на вибір системою шляху розвитку в період біфуркації та непередбачуваність даного процесу з точки зору синергетики. Вивчаються властивості політичної кризи, які ведуть до самознищення: за порогом біфуркації дана політична система вже не може існувати, на її місці виникає щось принципово нове. Досліджується досягнення політичними системами критичних параметрів (точки біфуркації), зі стану сильної нестійкості, яка «звалюється» в один з багатьох можливих, нових для неї стійких станів.

Bifurcation is considered as a time-consuming process, during which there is a qualitative restructuring of the properties of the political system is taking place. The directions of origin, support of the stability and disintegration of political structures (systems) of different nature, which are in dynamics and constant change, which are inherent in the properties of self-organization and self-control, are studied. The peculiarities of the examination of the truth of the results and the novelty of the experimental methodology, which forms the starting points for the study of separatism, are revealed. The peculiarities of nonlinear feedback, hard causal dependence (hard determinism) in the political process are established. The influence of random factors on the choice of the system of development path during the bifurcation period and the unpredictability of this process in terms of synergetics is discussed. In the article it is established that due to the nonlinearity and unpredictability of the political systems` development, the possibility of scientific methods and approaches applying to their study is substantially limited. It is argued that the frequency of bifurcation periods is directly dependent on the complexity of the political system: the higher its complexity, the more often will be bifurcation periods during its development. It is substantiated that the political system, which has reached critical parameters (points of bifurcation), from a state of strong instability, as if «dumped» into one of many possible, new to it stable states. The point of bifurcation is characterized by the fact that in it the path of development of the system is branched out. The branch selection of further political system development will be determined with the probabilistic, unpredictable parameters of the political process. Determined that, the period of bifurcation can be considered whithin the transition of separatist processes from the latent to the active state, and whithin the sharp aggravation of the power struggle (in those separatist processes, which are still in active form).The properties of the political crisis that lead to self-destruction are studied: at the threshold of bifurcation, this political system can no longer exist, there is something fundamentally new in its place. The political systems` achievement of critical parameters (points of bifurcation), from the state of strong instability, which «dump» into one of many possible, new stable states for it, are studied. ; Рассматриваются бифуркация как протяженный во времени процесс, в ходе которого происходит качественная перестройка свойств политической системы. Изучаются направления возникновения, поддержания устойчивости и распада политических структур (систем) различной природы, которые находятся в динамике и постоянном изменении, обладающих свойствами самоорганизованности и самоуправляемости. Раскрываются особенности экспертизы истинности результатов и новизны исследовательской методологии, формирует исходные положения изучения сепаратизма. Устанавливаются особенности нелинейных обратных связей, жесткие причинно-следственные зависимости (жесткий детерминизм) в политическом процессе. Обсуждается влияние случайных факторов на выбор системой пути развития в период бифуркации и непредсказуемость данного процесса с точки зрения синергетики. Изучаются свойства политического кризиса, которые ведут к самоуничтожению: за порогом бифуркации данная политическая система уже не может существовать, на ее месте возникает нечто принципиально новое. The objective of the article was to identify the public determination of the activities of international political actors. The methodology combines a systems approach, comparative method, structural and functional analysis, institutional approach, postmodern methodology, logical generalization method, communicative approach, sociocultural analysis and the scenario forecasting method, which ensure to determine the importance of the public elements of the international community. At present, the model of public opinion allows us to see the main trends of public self-expression of political actors and their relationship with social groups. That is, the attitude of the population of certain countries to this problem became the basis of various actions of public political actors. It is concluded that advertising is a prerequisite framework for modern international politics both at the theoretical-conceptual level and at the level of pragmatic activity.
