The research found that 1) the strategic economic community network of women's groups in the northeastern shall be encourage community self-reliance and sustainability by the network must support a group of local women, the exchange of information and to cooperate. 2) the Women's Leadership must have the ability to convince and motivate their learning in a group of people working to achieve the goals.
