The article's aim is to analyse the legal issues concerning the compatibility with the EU law of Bilateral Investments Treaties concluded between Member States themselves (intra-EU BITs), on the one hand, and Member State and Third State on the other hand (extra-EU BITs). The questions arise as a consequence of the shift of competence for Foreign Direct Investments from the Member States to the EU, so it is approached as a problem of compatibility between sources of law that belong to different legal systems: international law and European Union law. The author's conclusion is that the EU has, despite several difficulties, succeeded in preserving the autonomy and the primacy of its legal order.

The concept of "Liberal International Order" (LIO) is one of the most popular in contemporary international relations. LIO received global recognition and became a key factor of international politics after the Second World War. Studies of the LIO have gone through periods of peaks and valleys since the Second World War. Nowadays, the studies are once again at the epicenter of political discussions. Academic studies of the LIO face difficult challenges since the concept has found itself in a 'grey zone' between two well-established disciplines — political science and economics. Two factors, which signaled a deep crisis of the LIO are: 1) disaffection of people living in Western democracies in multiple negative effects of globalization; 2) the progressive rising of powers such as China and Russia, whose political regimes are currently defined as illiberal. For many states in different parts of the world, the LIO did not generate prosperity for a majority of their population. Rather it led to an economically painful transformation from previous socio-economic systems as well as rising inequality. Member states of BRICS and of SCO have been and still are more respectful of the principles of the traditional Liberal International Order than the USA and western European countries. China currently is promoting a non-Western version of globalization, but it is still globalization with low customs barriers and the free movement of people, services and capital.

This study was carried out to determine the nutritional value of some selected peanut varieties and line in the Eastern Mediterranean Agricultural Research Institute of Adana, Turkey. The peanut varieties used were Gazipasa, Sultan, NC7, Cihangir, and Halisbey; while the peanut line was DA335/2011. The chemical composition, metabolizable energy (ME), net energy lactation (NEL) and organic matter digestibility (OMD) of the selected peanut varieties and line were determined through Hohenheim in vitro gas production technique. Incubation times for Hohenheim gas production technique were 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours. The analysis of variance (General Linear Model) was carried out using the SPSS package program. The differences among groups in terms of nutrient contents were found to be significant (P<ou=0.05), except for dry matter (DM) and hemicellulose (HC). The highest crude protein (CP) (40.13%) was found in Sultan variety, while the crude oil (CO) content was found to be between 21.32 and 31.01%. The ADF, NDF, and ADL content of the peanut varieties and line were within the ranges of 2.32-7.91%, 4.85-9.88%, and 0.43-2.62%, respectively. Conversely, the Sultan variety had the highest crude cellulose (CC) value, Cihangir variety was determined to contain the highest hemicellulose (HC) value. The differences in 24 hour gas and methane production among different peanut varieties and line were found to be not-significant. (P > 0.05).

The study discusses the potential of e-Pharmacies and the new digital skills of pharmacists in the aftermath of the Sars-Cov2 pandemic. From this perspective, a sociological analysis of the digital role-set of pharmacists is developed, in order to highlight the opportunities and risks of the spreading of online pharmacies and their potential contribution to the delivery of new digital services for addressin Covid-19. The paper ends with some considerations on the importance of the sociological studies of "e-pharmacy encounters" in the current phase of Covid Age in Italy.
