According to the experience of military conflicts in recent decades, including the Anti-Terrorist Operation (Joint Forces Operation), it is known that the survivability of armored combat vehicles and crew largely depends on the level of their protection. From the analysis of the received damages during performance of tasks it is known that repeatedly fighting armored cars due to a low level of protection lost a working condition because of receiving damages of knots (aggregates) by fragments of external armoring, which were formed during its penetration. Therefore, the task is to find ways to improve the layout of armored combat vehicles, to reduce the number of deadly fragments generated by external armor. The article presents an approach for evaluating the results of the impact of fragments of external armor elements on the internal equipment of armored combat vehicles using mathematical modeling of the processes of spreading the action of fragments on the internal units of the vehicle. It was also found that the fragments, which have a high impact capacity, fly behind the obstacle in the form of cone-shaped flows and are evenly separated, and their penetrating ability is a random variable. Therefore, the article shows the probability of damage (penetration) of the aggregate by fragments, as well as the average number of fragments that can affect the aggregate. For clarity, in accordance with the proposed method determined the probability of damage to the aggregates of some abstract sample of armored combat vehicle, the results allow us to judge the nature of the impact of fragments on various aggregates and combat calculation of armored combat vehicle, as well as identify those vital aggregates that are more subject to influence and damage by fragments.

In accordance with the strategic course chosen by Ukraine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the transformation of the management system based on the principles of joint leadership of the defense forces must be completed. The main purpose of the transformation is to ensure the maximum efficiency of the use of heterogeneous forces and means of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the interests of the tasks. One of the components of the transformation is the transition to a logistics system. The introduction of logistical approaches to the management of material resources aims to provide in the shortest possible time with minimal costs and losses of military formations (units) with material means.
Therefore, the paper proposes a method for evaluating the effectiveness of logistics operations. The initial data are determined in the method at the first stage.
At the second stage, the hierarchy of the logistics system with the subsystems of management bodies, warehouses with material resources, restoration of weapons and military equipment, provision of the material means, transportation, etc. is presented. However, on the example of the subsystem of material support, priority technical means have been identified that will be used to perform logistics operations using the method of analysis of hierarchies.
At the third stage, applying the method of the maximum element, rationally distributed forces and means of logistics for the timely provision of military formations with material means.
At the fourth stage, to avoid threats that arise on the routes of technical means, taking into account the terrain, road conditions, etc. using the method of dynamic programming determined the rational route of maneuvering technical means during the task.
At the fifth stage, using the method of a progressive standard, a comparative analysis and evaluation of technical means involved in the implementation of logistics operations.

Analysis of wars and armed conflicts in recent years confirms that the success of mechanized, tank, assault and other military formations (units) will depend on the effectiveness of the system of supply of troops (forces).
The location of military formations (units) engaged in hostilities in a permanent state of combat readiness will depend on the effectiveness of the system of restoration of damaged samples of weapons and military equipment.
Therefore, in this work on the basis of the analysis of the current state of functioning of the system of restoration of weapons and military equipment in the conditions of operation (combat operations) the problem is formulated and the set of principles of construction of the system of restoration of armaments and military equipment is substantiated.

The main impact force of ground troops is the hard weapons and military equipment, that is why the loss of one of them is always painful for any army in the world The basic combat weapons and military equipment (high-precision samples of weapons and military equipment) are too expensive to destroy damaged vehicles or leave them on the battlefield. Realizing this, the special vehicles were created for the evacuation of this type of weapons and military equipment – armored repair and evacuation vehicle, which are designed to evacuate from the battlefield damaged and stuck tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, armored personnel carriers, self-propelled artillery system and other units of equipment, even out of the probable enemy fire.
Taking into account the analysis of the development of evacuation means which are in the service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the armed forces of the leading countries of the world, in this work the method of substantiation of tactical and technical requirements for means of evacuation of damaged weapons and military equipment is proposed. The essence of this method is to distribute the means of evacuation by mass and size, by type of mover, by the method of moving the damaged sample, by the level of application.
The formation of requirements is aimed at the transition of evacuation means and basic models of weapons and military equipment to unified basic platforms of the modular type. The implementation of these platforms will make it possible to install various types of special modules of evacuation means (material-handling, load-lifting, etc.) and modules of samples of weapons and special equipment.
The application of this metodology will provide an opportunity to obtain technical outlines of evacuation tools for different levels of the hierarchy, taking into account the scope of tasks assigned to them.

To solve the problem of timely provision of military formations (units) with the logistical means (LM), the method of optimization of material flows is proposed in the work. To implement this method, the system of the material flows management, storage and transportation of the logistical means is divided into strategic, operational and tactical levels of the hierarchy, whereby the highest management body has access to the entire management system and database and the lower one only within its responsibility. At each level of the hierarchy, an automated control system is created, which includes subsystems with normative data (set standards of storage of the logistical means, norms of variability of the corresponding nomenclature of spare parts, norms of the working time of samples of weapons and military equipment (WME) to the appropriate type of maintenance and repair, etc.). In the next stage, the accounting of records of the WME samples and the actual availability of the logistical means, which have arrived to the logistics centers of the strategic level, the distribution centers of the operational level and the warehouses of the military formations (units) is entered to the automated control system.
During the exploitation of WME samples, the information of the actual consumption of their resource is provided to the automated real-time management system. After that, the automated system compares the actual consumption of the resource of the WME samples with the established standards, which are laid down in the technical documentation and orders, regulations, directives, etc. by the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff. When the time is coming to dispatch the WME sample to the appropriate type of maintenance or repair, the automated system having the logistical means account at all levels of the hierarchy determines at which storage the logistical means data is located and paves the optimal route for their transportation to units or to the warehouses of the lower level of hierarchy.
Thus, the use of this method allows to determine the unit in which the appropriate sample of the WME will require maintenance or repair, to determine the necessary nomenclature of logistical means, to provide this unit in advance with the necessary logistical means, which will reduce the time and cost of resources to provide the logistical means to the military formations (units).
