The author analyzes the psychological essence and content of the information-psychological confrontation of the actors of the new "Great Game" within the framework of the six-week Artsakh conflict. The analysis of the latest practice of modified strategic and behavioral operations reveals the novelty and actualizes the obtained material. Methodology and methods of the research. The new "Great Game" as a psychoanalytic concept and category reveals the context of technologies of information-psychological confrontation in the Anglo-Saxon discourse. The game as a scientific tool leads the meaning of access to algorithms and technologies for destructive communications of the confrontation system on the "southern front" to hyperbolization. The methodology of system and discourse analysis, revealing fragments of information and psychological confrontation, operations and technologies of a new type, is becoming popular. Results of the research. The conceptualized discourse, which carries the narratives of "loyal" politics with the internal logic of management, sets "the dependent world", the ways of understanding and representation. The synthesis of fragments of the actors' confrontation on the basis of psychological research reveals the nature of the struggle for domination. The unification of the process, and then the "enforcement to consent and due order" reveal the mechanism of psychological influence used by them. Based on the results of the work, the author identifies the main forms, schemes, fragments of the British strategic operation as a modification of the operation "Azerbaijan" of the early 20th century, as well as the behaviorist operation as an attempt to resolve the conflict between Baku and Yerevan over Artsakh. The analysis of the views of researchers of the activities of Western intelligence services reveals a two-level model of the struggle of actors, where there are two internally closed and relatively independent control circuits. The author notes the effectiveness of the strategy of Baku with the introduction of new cyber-psychotechnologies, artificial intelligence (AI), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), reconnaissance and disinformation mobile groups (RDMG), etc. The lack of a proper strategy, the headquarters of the confrontation and reliance on the potential, the shortage of pre-emptive strikes, their interception, etc. led Yerevan to defeat. Theoretical and practical significance. The research results contribute to the theory and practice of information-psychological confrontation. ; Введение. Исследование посвящено анализу психологической сущности и содержания информационно-психологического противоборства акторов новой «Большой игры» в рамках шестинедельного арцахского конфликта. Анализ новейшей практики модифицированных стратегических и бихевиористских операций раскрывает новизну и актуализирует полученный материал. Методология и методика исследования. Новая «Большая игра» как психоаналитический концепт и категория раскрывает контекст технологий информационно-психологического противоборства в англосаксонском дискурсе. Игра как научный инструмент сводит к гиперболизации значения доступа к алгоритмам и технологиям деструктивных коммуникаций системы противоборства на «южном фронте». Становится востребованной методология системного и дискурсанализа, вскрытия фрагментов информационно-психологического противоборства, операций и технологий нового типа. Результаты исследования. Концептуализированный дискурс, несущий нарративы «лояльной» политики с внутренней логикой управления, задает «зависимый мир», способы его понимания и репрезентации. Синтез фрагментов противоборства акторов на основе психологического исследования раскрывает характер борьбы за доминирование. Унификация процесса, а затем «принуждение к согласию и должному порядку» раскрывают используемый ими механизм психологического воздействия. По итогам работы автором выявляются основные формы, схемы, фрагменты британской стратегической операции как модификации операции «Азербайджан» начала ХХ в., а также бихевиористской операции как попытки решения конфликта Баку и Еревана по Арцаху. Анализ взглядов исследователей деятельности западных спецслужб приоткрывает двухуровневую модель борьбы акторов, где имеется два внутренне замкнутых и относительно самостоятельных контура управления. Отмечается эффективность стратегии Баку с внедрением новых киберпсихотехнологий, искусственного интеллекта, беспилотных летающих аппаратов (БЛА), разведывательно-дезинформационных мобильных групп (РДМГ) и др. Отсутствие должной стратегии, штаба противоборства и опоры на потенциал, дефицит нанесения упреждающих ударов, их перехвата и т. д. привели Ереван к поражению. Теоретическая и практическая значимость. Результаты исследования вносят вклад в теорию и практику информационнопсихологического противоборства.

The analysis of the phenomenon of «information-psychological confrontation» as a direction of scientific research and practical activities of subjects in the realities of the metamodern of the XXI century is presented. The transformation of the world community, the development of technologies, AI, databases, biotechnologies (BEGEN), their complex application for destructive purposes have exposed new threats. The aim of the work was the theoretical substantiation of the phenomenon of «information-psychological confrontation » in the logic of the methodology of the psychology of the metamodern, and the refinement of the conceptual elements of the probabilistic model of the selection of technologies. The research methodology and methodology includes a system-activity approach and principles: virtuality, interactivity, digitality and oscillation. Associated activities within the confrontation have become a single genetic basis for its deployment. The general scientific method of cognition, included a theoretical and methodological analysis of sources, generalization, analysis, comparison. Systematization provided the flow of empirical and theoretical data using the methods of discourse and comparative analysis. In order to interpret paradigmatic texts, the techniques of hermeneutics, methods of metamodern psychology and political psychology were extracted. As a result of the analysis of the Anglo-Saxon model of confrontation, the essence is revealed, the methodology is refined, the author's edition of the definition is introduced. Analysis of promising technologies, problems of hybridization of confrontation, stages of their development, have determined the range of issues of psychological science to counter threats and challenges. The promising technologies of confrontation and the conceptual elements of the probabilistic model of their selection have been substantiated. It is based on the principle of oscillation with its mechanism for eliminating rigid structures and introducing conceptual diversity through flexible tools. In conditions of aggravated geopolitical rivalry, an adequate analysis and reaction of power structures is in demand. The development of theoretical foundations and bringing the confrontation system to a new level becomes relevant and is a novelty. In conclusion, the direction of further scientific research of various aspects of information and psychological confrontation was determined. ; Представлен анализ феномена «информационно-психологическое противоборство» как направления научных исследований и практической деятельности субъектов в реалиях метамодерна ХХI в. Трансформация мирового сообщества, развитие технологий, ИИ, БД, биотехнологий (BEGEN), комплексное их применение в деструктивных целях обнажили новые угрозы. Целью работы явилось теоретическое обоснование феномена «информационно-психологическое противоборство» в логике методологии психологии метамодерна и уточнение концептуальных элементов вероятностной модели отбора технологий. Методология и методика исследования включает системно-деятельностный подход и принципы виртуальности, интерактивности, дигитальности и осцилляции. Сопряженная деятельность в рамках противоборства, стала единым генетическим основанием его развертывания. Общенаучный метод познания включил теоретико-методологический анализ источников, обобщение, анализ, сравнение. Систематизация обеспечила поступление эмпирических и теоретических данных с применением методов дискурсивного и сравнительного анализа. В целях интерпретации парадигмальных текстов извлекались приемы герменевтики, методы психологии метамодерна и политической психологии. В итоге анализа англосаксонской модели противоборства раскрыта сущность, уточнена методология, введена авторская редакция дефиниции. Анализ перспективных технологий, проблем гибридизации противоборства, этапов их развития определил круг вопросов психологической науки по противодействию угрозам и вызовам. Доказательно определены перспективные технологии противоборства и концептуальные элементы вероятностной модели их отбора. В основе находится принцип осцилляции с его механизмом устранения жестких конструкций и внесения концептуального разнообразия посредством гибкого инструментария. В условиях обострения геополитического соперничества является востребованным адекватный анализ и реакция властных структур. Разработка теоретических основ и вывод системы противоборства на новый уровень становятся актуальными и составляют новизну. В заключение определено направление дальнейших научных исследований различных аспектов информационно-психологического противоборства.
