"The paper highlights the vital role the English language plays in the aviation industry. Its purpose is to explain the connection between the military specialties and branches that can be chosen by the students who pursue a career in aviation, and the ability to speak, write and understand English. The correlation between these two aspects is further sustained by the analysis of the all-time deadliest air disaster – Tenerife, whose major contributing factor was the communication error based on the English language."
Knowledge has been often crucial for an organization in order to maintain a competitive advantage and it's a fact that has been wellknown and established. Nowadays knowledge has become more and more important, one factor being that the organizations are no longer restricted to local operations. This now means that knowledge from an original location needs to be transferred onto the new ones, employees must be trained and prepared, systems and processes must be kept up to the original standard and, of course, progress must be unhindered by all of this. In this new context, knowledge is increasingly seen as an important asset and valuable resource for the organization, often making the difference between the success and the failure of a company. Knowledge management is now seen as a strategic initiative and is being considered the key to creating opportunities for companies, businesses and organizations that aim to use their knowledge resources in order to maintain themselves competitive and in order to conduct business in an era of information technology. The reason for this is that companies now operate in a global market, meaning that the competition is always present and the most important, is evolving faster than ever. This research study and its future results will provide an insight into the knowledge environment of an IT company, the overall state of it and the opinions of the ones involved. IT is a very competitive market where technologies evolve at an astounding rate, where keeping an edge means always coming up with new solutions for new and existing problems, providing qualitative work in the scope of keeping and attracting customers and, of course, creating new knowledge and information that is aimed at helping the individuals within the organization and the company itself.

Global development is not only a strategy, a practice, or a process. It is also a perception linked to mental constructs and desiderates a place to reinvent living and doing business. No matter the topic of it – social, economic, environmental, the single approach will never be enough.Changes in global development issue aggressive challenges of competition and uncertainty for market, society and individuals at a local level which impact more widely than expected described by complex systems science as the "butterfly flapping" effect influencing development in all its dimensions. The change comes along with opportunities, risks and challenges, which influence both life and work.In the present paper, we combat the myth of "no choice" policy and sustain the recovery of the fundamental values by exploring new approaches to the relationship between governments, markets, society and environment.
Throughout history, racism and anti-Semitism have killed people around the world. In recent years, they are still being expressed in public spaces, near places of worship, on social networks, in discussion forums and in all spheres of human activity. Discrimination based on origin affects human dignity at work, in access to decent housing, in health and at school, and fractures society. Such human rights abuses take the form of insults, intimidation, violence and unequal treatment and rights. These cowardly, serious and degrading attitudes cause lasting damage to the victims and their families. However, we will never resign ourselves either to trivialising evil or to becoming disillusioned about the responsibility of public action
In the books of the Old Testament there are several references to the person who provides healing and to cases of illness or advice for the care of the sick. The presence of disease is often correlated with the reality of sin (especially in the prophetic books), just as the absence of disease and infirmity is a true eschatological symbol of universal restoration, when no man will suffer from disease. The Holy Scripture, especially the Old Testament, describes numerous occasions when God brought plagues and sickness upon His people or upon His enemies "to make you see My power" (Exodus 9:14, 16). At the same time, the healing power of God is made manifest when the people as a whole or a particular virtuous person is in a state of illness.
Through its initiative to make thought efficient for a more secure investigation of nature, modernity will mark a methodology revolutionary step, leading among others to defining and pointing out the coordinates of scientific research, more than any other form of knowledge. This is how the scientific method of knowledge comes into brining. Modernity is what makes an obvious separation of science and theology, as two specific fields of human knowledge. A new paradigm of knowledge is fundamental, as well as the double quality of the philosopher - theologian and scientific, valid today and in the Middle Ages, they are as outdated. Science and theology, as different fields of human knowledge have in their being different objects and methodologies. The object of knowledge in science is the world, whereas in theology it is God, and then world. So that in modern science the anthropic principle was adopted.
The present research continues a European project on "sustainable exploitation of bioactive components from the Black Sea Area traditional foods". Known as Base Food, it was a collaborative program, funded by European Union under the 7th Framework Programme, few years ago. The initial research brought together scientists from countries situated around the Black Sea together with consultants from Italy, United Kingdom, Greece, Portugal and Serbia. Farther the medical, nutritional and technological approaches (Campos S., Doxey J., & Hammond D., 2011, pp. 1496-1506) in the initial project, the Romanian team initiated a unique and outstanding valuable contribution and extended the local research towards socio-economic tracks. Thus, specific aspects were analysed and detailed within certain doctoral programmes. The present paper is emphasizing farther elements, remained collateral, when the main research was considered.
